Amanda was a gem! She really knows her stuff and she is very gentle, yet also quick! I also love that they get you all set up for your next appointment the moment you finish up. And they keep your card information on file so you dont have to keep bringing your card out to pay each time! It makes everything a breeze, and I love it so much!The place is also super clean and very well-decorated. It just feels good being in there!

Amanda never lets me down. Every time I need my eyebrows shaped, she’s does an amazing job! The Brazilian is not painful with the technique and products she uses. She is professional, yet, personable. I consider her my therapist too...lol! She has a BEAUTIFUL shop and carries the BEST hair care and face products. I’m a huge fan of the Wellness Shampoo and Conditioner as well as the Lash Food eye makeup remover. I recommend her to everyone and anyone, as I always get compliments on my eyebrows.

Hey y’all, I just finished receiving services for a lip, underarm, and Brazilian wax from Amanda and I cannot express enough how grateful I am! I’d missed an earlier appointment that I’d scheduled for the morning, but she found a way to pencil me in for the afternoon. She was courteous and took all necessary health precautions and wiped every surface clean for customer use. On top of that she was very friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about the care she provides. I’ve never had an experience as amazing as this and the results have honestly never been this nice! The wax and methods she uses are gentle, causing little to no discomfort, not mention Amanda is encouraging the whole way through. The first time I went to get an upper lip wax here it came out fine. However, the second time I went for my upper lip wax it was a different technician and she waxed 2 places twice and applied a spray afterwards, and as a result I’ve gotten a reaction in the places that she waxed twice and the skin is irritated around my upper lip area. I’m not going back.

My first time here and Celine did my eyebrows. I want to start off by saying she was very nice! I also liked how painless it was. I thought my eyebrows looked decent but one was a little more thinner than the other. I think my expectations were higher because of the price they charge and all of the reviews I read.

From the time I called to initially book, to the time the appointment was over, Cassy made me feel 100% comfortable and confident. Cassy was so kind and made me feel like I could be myself and relax. I went to Blossom for my first ever wax. I chose them due to their great reviews, online scheduling, & flexible hours. Celine did my wax & was fantastic. Not only was she informative & professional, she did a thorough job that I was pleased with. Before we left the treatment room, I asked her when I should follow up & had decided that I was going to be an ongoing customer. But then we walked into the hall...where there stood a large standard poodle with pink bows & other sparkly accoutrements (i.e., not a service animal). Unbeknownst to the employees, Im wearing a medical alert bracelet & have an EpiPen in my purse, & one of my allergies is dogs. (Poodles are producers of allergens through their skin/dander & saliva.) I tried to keep my distance from the dog...assuming that the customer checking out would take her dog & leave soon. I was surprised when the customer left, & the dog followed the other employee (or owner?) back to one of the treatment rooms. In addition to my own allergy concerns, having a non-ADA animal in a salon or cosmetology setting is a sanitation & infection control issue per the NM statutes (16.34.7.9). Had I been advised of the dogs presence in advance, I just wouldnt have gone, & no one wouldve heard from me. But that choice was taken away from me. Ill be going elsewhere for my next wax.

My first time here today and I was super nervous. I have never had my eyebrows waxed before. As soon as I walked through those doors Celine made me feel so comfortable. I went to Blossom beauty for the first time a month or so ago after moving to ABQ and had the MOST wonderful experience! My wax tech walked me through the steps, aftercare, and was so incredibly kind and considerate during the wax that I felt like we were best friends by the time she finished!You could imagine that to my surprise, upon trying to reschedule with her I had found out she had been let go over something as mindless as not editing her social media posts. I don’t know about you but I value the QUALITY of my service over the QUALITY of some dumb post and WILL NOT be returning or referring anyone to this salon simply because I have zero respect for management that doesn’t realize what makes them great and what keeps customers returning is their personal relationship with their wax techs ( who you should be treating WAY better). Shame on you

5 of 5 stars!!! Ive had many waxes over the years-even the wax at home kind. This was by far the least painful wax Ive ever had even on top if the fact that I have sensitive skin. I also love the convenience of booking online over the other was place Ive been going to the past couple of years. If you havent given them a try yet, I highly recommend them.

I decided to visit Blossom for my first ever waxing, and on that note, decided to go all out with a full leg, armpit and Brazilian waxing. It went amazingly! Not only did I feel very comfortable (as comfortable as one can feel being completely exposed during a Brazilian) but everything was done in a very professional way. The wax was the perfect temperature and my hair was removed in a very short time period, which made the stinging of the hair removal very bearable. Kassandra continually asked me how I was feeling, kept conversation flowing so that there werent any awkward silences, and made sure that there werent any stray hairs before leaving. I will definitely be visiting again.

Today was my third time going to blossom for the wax service and I dont want to go anywhere else. My first time going there I was a little nervous because I never had a wax before, but Marissa was very professional and made me feel very welcomed. She explained everything she going to do and spoke to me like a friend which made the experience less awkward and nerve-wracking. The wax they use is not painful at all and not harsh on the skin. I will be back for the great service and will schedule with Marissa again.

Blossoms is the best waxing bar in the city. Ive been coming here for about two years, and Im never disappointed with the service. Amanda always does a detailed job on my brows and Ive received compliments all of the time on them and its because of the amazing work she does. Her waxes are never too hot, and theyre all plant/vegan based. She uses different waxes dependent on your skin type and the area which is being waxed.

Each time I come I receive excellent service and love my results. Today was even better because the store mascot- Holli the poodle- was there and gave me cuddles and puppy kisses. No need to go anywhere else, this is the place you want.

I called when they opened at 10:00 this morning for a facial and Brazilian wax, because Im so over shaving, (my first Brazilian) and got an appointment for 2:00! I was pretty nervous but Cassie put me at ease immediately, and kept me that way through the entire appointment. She took her time with me and was very professional. Im fairly new to the area and was unsure of where to go, but I can say with great confidence that I wont be going anywhere else or to anyone else!

I went for my first ever Brazilian wax with Amanda the end of last year and she is absolutely amazing!! She made sure i was comfortable and talked me through the whole process. I really like that her products are vegan and she takes her time researching the products she uses as well. At my most recent appointment I also told her about some issues I was having with my face due to new products Ive been trying and she recommended a face cleaner. Im really excited to try it!

They sell their own products and the wax is made by them as well, after I had this soothing stuff put on and it feels pretty good right now. I highly recommend this place!

Very cosy and cute place with very friendly staff. The wax they use there was so gentle (and pink!) and even though I have very sensitive skin I had no irritation. One of the best, most thorough and least painful intimate waxes I have ever had. However, my leg wax wasnt good. Amanda waxed my legs randomly and even though I checked a few times in the room to see if she had missed anywhere when I got home I saw that she missed a couple huge areas. Given that this was the most money I ever spent on a leg wax ($85) I expected it to be totally thorough.

One would think that a lady could find incredible spa services with plant-based products in Southern California, which is where I live. None of the services offered here compare to what Blossom offers in Albuquerque. Scheduling an appointment at Blossom is the first thing I do immediately after booking my flight to Albuquerque. I highly recommend a visit if you are interested in plant-based skin care.

Amanda fit me in at the end of the day on a Friday before a holiday weekend. She was amazing! Fast, courteous, friendly. She even was super nice about me bringing my three small kids which was really amazing. (I didnt even expect her to say yes I can get you in in 15 minutes !) I was in and out in like 30 minutes, not even.

I have had the most awesome experiences at Blossom. The work is incredible, always perfect. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. And great customer service is just one of the great things you receive. Went for a Brazilian and butt cheeks at the last minute. I made the appointment at 9:15 am and was in by 11:15. Very convenient! Kassandra was wonderful, talked me through it and let me swear when I needed to haha. I will definitely be going back. Their waxing process really is quicker and less painful than others Ive had.

I finally found a place to get my eyebrows done! Kelsey I hope I spelled it correctly did an amazing job!! She gave my eyebrows shape and I love the way they came out! I had went somewhere else and they looked horrible but Kelsey was able to fix them and they have way more shape to them now! I will definitely be going back!

Ive been going to Amanda for a long time and while she has always done amazing work for me, she so kindly fit in my son at the last minute this evening. He is embarrassed by his unibrow and after wearing a hat for weeks he finally fessed up as to why. Someone picked on him and it brought his confidence down. Will not return. Asked questions about preparation before my appointments that did not get answered. After I got home and showered I discovered stubble in various areas. Cost to much for such a sloppy job. If any one ask me about a good waxing salon this is not the place to spend your time or money.
