Please don’t ever do this but… I got my Brazilian and lower leg done in 13 minutes with Nicole and the Brazilian itself should of been 15 minutes tops. Nicole was fast and efficient while still being careful since it’s my first one getting my legs done.I love going here and the staff is amazing! 🙌

I went in for a Brazilian wax for the first time. Lobby, bathroom and private room all clean. Amanda made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Definitely will return and would recommend!

First off , I’ve never been charged so much for just eyebrow waxing . Ever . Second , I can see how much hair was missed in waxing . I’m truly disappointed and would get a refund if I could .

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE!! I had an appt. For 4:30pm . I arrived 15 mins. Early called and left a message to let them know I was here and what car I was in. 4:30 came and Not one person called me back or came outside.. So I went the door and knocked &still waited for someone .... NOTHING.. I still waited another 15-20 mins in my car... and Nothing!! I went home very Upset!! I called and left another message asking what happened and I still want an appt.! I wanted to give them another chance... 5 days later and NOT ONE PERSON from this so called business has contacted me!! So RUDE!! Keep your money and go somewhere else!!

I would highly recommend getting ANY type of wax here. Ive been scoping around for a year now and Im very satisfied with the work that was done. I had everything waxed by Nicole. She was super friendly, down to earth and she made me feel extremely comfortable. She was super quick as well. To top this review off, it was priced great.

The people here are friendly and professional. The girls here make you feel comfortable so there is no awkwardness about the reason you are getting waxed. For my first time ever getting a Brazilian wax done the girl was very nice and helpful. She told me what to expect and how to take care of my skin following the appointment. They are fast and efficient and very clean. One thing I liked the most is that I can make the appointment the day of by simply calling or going to the website. There is little to no wait time after scheduling the appointment and once you are seen you are cashing out within 30 minutes. I have now gone twice and have had two different people to do my waxing and I was pleased with both girls. I will definitely go back to keep with follow up appointments.

I have been a long time customer and I used to love this place. I started decreasing my frequency of visits because I was not allowed to schedule with the Esthetician of my choice. If I am paying for a service I should be able to schedule with whom I feel is the best. I have attempted to schedule twice (leaving messages both times) since they re-opened post COVID and have yet to receive a call back. I will take my business elsewhere.In response to your reply....My review has nothing to do with COVID. Customers deserve at minimum a call back, especially if you cannot provide a service. Be honest I’ve been waiting well over 4 weeks for just a call back I believe that’s being patient if you ask me. I’ve contacted other small business with ONE person working and received a call back in 24 hours. The other issues like not being able to schedule with whom I like is long standing even before COVID was here and clearly by your other reviews I’m not the only person who feels this way. Also if you actually listened to my voicemail I was also trying to schedule my daughter for JUST her eyebrows. This is the owner replying to me? Your lack of professionalism is unfortunate. Well wishes to you.

Unfortunately, after several years going to this place I will no longer spend my money here. They do not allow to schedule an appointment with a certain waxer. Some of the waxers are good and some are not...complete hit or miss. If you find one you are comfortable with you should be able to stick with that person like most waxing places around town. I also feel like a giant weight has been lifted off of my shoulders now that I don’t have to see the front desk lady anymore. So incredibly rude, pushy and downright mean. I always felt like she was going to yell at me. She NEVER smiled. They recently changed their cancellation policy which I understand but hearing the change from the meanest customer service girl in Albuquerque made me never want to go there again. The prices are reasonable but I’d rather pay a couple extra dollars somewhere else than deal with that mean lady.

Ive been going to Brazilian Waxing Boutique for over a year now and I have NEVER had any problems! I know some of the reviewers here are mixing up this place with one close to it who arent any where NEAR as great as the gals here! I go to the Westside boutique and I love the atmosphere and there is always someone available for answering questions or the phones. If you want a great experience waxing, come here! The prices are quite affordable as well and they do have little extras you can buy at the shop both pertaining to waxing (like numbing lotion for the extremely sensitive people out there) and non-waxing (earrings, purses, shirts & dresses). I cant think of any reason why I wouldnt go here.

This place is terrible when it comes to setting up an appointment. The receptionist is short, and rude. If you ask for the closest available appointment they expect you to be there within 5 minutes of the next open slot. Like that’s realistic. You leave a voicemail and they never call you back unless it’s 2-3 days later. You can no longer request a specific girl, so you’re stuck with whomever is there currently. I’ve frequent many of their other locations and I get stressed knowing I have to battle just to get an appointment set up in a convenient time.

They do full body waxing & Ive been coming here for 5 years now & I absolutely love this company & the service it provides. $45 per brazilian wax & you get a stamp card. Buy 6 get the 7th free! I personally did not receive a wax, but I did witness my girlfriend go through the it. Although I can only imagine the sensation, whether good or bad, of having my public hair ripped off my body. The employees are very professional and kind. Very popular establishment.

My favorite place to get waxed because of the cleanliness and efficiency...however, it’s a bit pricey and you can’t request the same aesthetician...which sucks because of the ummm- intimacy of the matter lol. But other than that, well worth the price.

Boy, this place has changed since I first started going here. The prices keep skyrocketing, the quality keeps dropping, they are generally rude and unresponsive to any kind of requests. Now they wont even let you request a certain aesthetician, let alone tell which one they scheduled you with, in case they want to change it 2 seconds before your appt. There are other places in Albuquerque now that are operating under the same business model, only doing it less expensively and with better customer service. My advice is to go the one of these other places!
