I have started to fall in love with you guys.Earlier i did my hair and today i did eyebrows, upper lips and arm.I was afraid in the beginning to do wax but seeing Erin i was a bit confident because she was the one who did my hair too. Although it was wonders…i loved the waxing.I always wanted a one spot for everything and seems you are making me tick all the boxes. Thank you Erin you are wonderful for the hair which we did earlier and even waxing was smooth, painless and excellent service.

It was my first time in the salon, and had also been a while since my last haircut, so I felt very welcomed, pampered, and encouraged with Natalie. She knows her stuff, and was sharing tips and suggestions that would fit the way I do my hair. I was the last client of the day, but I didnt feel any less important than if I was the first. A lovely place! My sister and I came in for haircuts and styling, and it was an amazing experience. Hair smelled wonderful, feels wonderful, and the scalp massages and actual attention and care to my wavy hair was great.

My hair was butchered by Dena. I went in for a precut consult, we discussed the cut, my hair texture, what I expected and what I absolutely didn’t want. The day of the cut all of the above was disregarded. My hair was chopped, there was no style, uneven cutting so it would not lay down. She then sprayed my hair, and used a flat iron to make everything lay down. I was overwhelmed by her lack of care for what she did. I was told to come back in a month to see what could be done. Just because I am a senior does not justify her treatment of me. I am embarrassed to go out in public, and even a hat does not cover the mistakes in my hair

Crystal was such a pleasure to work with today. She paid attention to detail. She took her time, explained everything she was doing and asked what I wanted. It was my first time at Casa Verde but it won’t be my last. Loved the environment and everyone was so professional and genuine.

Erin is amazing! I had not had my hair cut in a long time and she made me feel completely at ease. She is well educated in the products she uses and takes the time to explain what the do and the benefits of using them. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Got my eyebrows waxed today by Madi and she was AWESOME! I usually get them waxed by Erin, but she was not available until next week. Unfortunately I was unable to obtain the hair color as anticipated. The stylish suggested a color that was very similar to my current color and possibly tone my ends. I was disappointed but agreed and mentioned my hair pulls a lot of brassy color.After color was applied and hair was dried I mentioned my hair was too brassy and I was told more or less I would have to accept it and eventually it would tone down. Ive had my hair colored several times before and have not experienced a time when I felt unheard and unsatisfied. I paid good money and very disappointed. I left acknowledging that I would have to figure out how to tone down the brassy color before I go back to work on Monday.I have made a decision not to go back to Casa Vedre for any future services.

I was treated very nice with the highest quality for sanitary protection. Mattie did a excellent job of explaining what she was going to do. She had me relaxed. My face looks and feels amazing. I also appreciate her explaining to me about my Future skin care.

When we moved from California to New Mexico, I worried about finding a new hair stylist after 15 years with my last one! But, all is great as I found Casa Verde and Erin, who does a great job coloring and cutting my hair. I’m probably going to come to ABQ even after we move to Santa Fe in the Fall!

Called for a hair cut they got me in within the next hour. I saw Crystal she was so nice and did such an amazing job with my hair! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and I asked for more layers in the front. It was exactly what I wanted. I wanted to mention how safe I felt with COVID precautions. I was really nervous but they made me feel so comfortable. Took my temprature at the door. I answered questions, had me wash my hands, everyone had masks on and they had everyone sit every other chair it was more then 6ft apart. Crystal had gloves on while cutting my hair. Crystal was wonderful. I will definitely be back at this salon to see Crystal for my next haircut! And be recommending to family and friends!

Really appreciated everything! I was running late and they worked with me. I was super stressed and the head rub was amazing I didn’t realize how much I needed to relax. She didn’t even have to cut my hair I could’ve left after the head rub and been very content.The cut is fantastic and my hair smells amazing wish I would’ve asked what was used.

Great place. Emilee did a wonderful job. I had a mastectomy several weeks back, and because of restrictions, etc., it has been months since my last haircut. Emilee was understanding and very talented. She gave me a haircut that was exactly as requested. And she was right, it did cheer me up!

Such a treat to have my hair color and cut by Natalie. She listens to what I want and don’t want and then transforms me into a younger, more attractive version of myself. Professional, fun, and well worth the drive from Santa Fe.

I love Crystal. She she started coloring my hair 3.5 years ago I haven’t gone to anyone else since. My hair is VERY long so not only am I picky about how it’s done, I’m also choosey about whom I’ll have to talk to for the 4 hours it takes to color all of it. Crystal is not only awesome at what she does, but she’s also kind, sweet and funny.

I loved my results! I went from my long hair to short. I was nervous for my transition, but I loved the cut Natalie gave me, and also the tips for my blonde hair!

Ive seen 4 different stylists at this salon and no matter who I see, they ALL make me look like a million bucks. One of my favorite stylist, Kylene, left and I was so hesitant about anyone else. Then I saw Erin and she was even better! I had to get an appointment most recently and Erin was booked so I had Crystal. She was just as phenomenal! You cant go wrong with anyone, they are all great artists and their products are out of this world.And the icing on the cake is they give you a free head and neck massage, if you want as well as a exfoliating hand treatment while youre getting your hair done!They are super clean and taking all the Covid precautions to keep everyone safe!

I got a massage for the first time at casa verdeand it was one of the best places that I have received a massage. They actually read the form I filled out beforehand to ask what my favorite spots were and every spot was addressed in the massage. I would definitely highly recommend them and will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful productive massage! Normally most spa massages dont apply much pressure but here I was able to get a great deep tissue and walked about feeling amazing! I wish I kept the name of the massage therapist!

Bree is very sweet and talented. The deep conditioning treatment is a must as its very relaxing. Went in with hair just below my shoulder blades and decided to go shorter, the execution of the cut was well done and am happy with the results. I now have chin length hair with layers and some bangs. The end result is a super fresh vibrant updated bob that brings out natural curls throughout and volume and height on the crown of my head. Dena gave me a fabulous haircut with absolute precision and highly technical skill. I know Ive received an excellent haircut when I wake up in the morning and my hair looks amazing. Im a wash and wear, no hair styling gal, so the haircut has to be perfect and thats exactly what I got. The entire Casa Verde staff provided me with first-class, first-rate service.

I could not recommend this salon more! Emilee is excellent! I have been extremely happy with my blonde highlights and cut each time. Also, the salon staff is welcoming, kind and helpful. They are taking cleanliness seriously during the pandemic. As a result, I felt completely comfortable going to my recent appointment. I wish I would have found this salon sooner after moving to Albuquerque. I wasted two years trying different salons, including Mark Pardo, but wasn’t satisfied with any result. Since finding Casa Verde I will not go anywhere else (or see anyone else except Emilee) for my highlights.
