I usually look pretty good but it depends on who does it. Drove 40 minutes to get here and when I arrived it was 5:15 p.m. on a Sunday and there was only 1 person working with the storefront gate halfway closed. I’m assuming all stores in the mall close at 6. Could not get my eyebrows done. Need to find a more consistent and reliable place to go in the case that I’m in a crunch the day before something important.

I have gone here several times. It’s a nice place to get your eyebrows done. I suggest getting them done by this one short lady that has a nose piercing. She did it three or four times for me and I really liked them.

I have been going here for years and they have always done amazing. However, this last time the woman did a terrible job. She missed so many hairs and made them look terrible.

I showed up at 5:51 & asked if they were closed. Rhe lady replied yes. And then i asked what time do they close. And she said 6. I thought i had time considering cottonwood closes at 7. So im letting who ever know that this is NOT the 1st time this same exact thing has happend. Its infuriating that i drive from the south valley to cottonwood to get my eyebrows threaded here. And they close early. I was on time and was denied service to me that is unacceptable. And i wont tolerate it. If they close at 6 they close at 6 . they shouldnt close because they arent that busy or because they wana be out right at 6 that is horrible buisness like i said this has happend to me over 3 times in the past. & i keep comming back like a jack @$$

DO NOT! GO HERE! THEY MESSED UP MY BROWS!I am naturally someone who likes to leave things all natural. I decided that i wasnt happy with the shape of my brows so i wanted to get them shaped but not extreme. The girl who did it was awful. My eyebrows are not even the same shape and they are so thin. My eyebrows naturally are light, this made them stand out. When i went in she didnt even speak english well, and i figured a lot of the time this isnt a problem but let me tell you the communication in this visit was so lost. I was trying to tell her what i wanted and she was like okay just sit down. So the dummy i was for continuing sat down and she started right away. At one point i told her i needed to stop so i could itch my nose but nope kept going. She was done and made me pay right away. I didnt know what else to say. At the time when i looked in the mirror i thought they were okay but the lighting in there was so bad. I gave her a generous tip because of this. I got home looked in the mirror and was horrified. I think i cried for about an hour because it was that bad. I played with makeup and tried to fix them but nothing is helping because it looks like i did them myself when i was 12. I of course looked at the reviews on this place and was like hell no, my friend and mother in law said they were good. Let me tell you i will never trust their judgment again. Honestly my advice to you is trust the reviews, do your research and possibly spend the extra pretty penny to get them done right.

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for almost ten years now. I used to do waxing but when I tried this I never went back. Ruhi at Eyebrow design is the best. My daughter and I have been going to her for quite a while. She lets me know what will work and what Ill be able to achieve with the eyebrows I was given. They are all really nice and I would recommend this place to all of my family and friends.

I have been coming here for the last three years.. good experience they are fast and nice shape to my browse. I went tonight July 23rd, the most painful experience . I have never seen this young girl before. She was so slow I had to stop her it was so painful. When I complained she started a little faster but by the time I left the chair my face was burning with pain. I tried to get her name but she would not tell me. I tried not to be rude but clearly threading is not in her skill set. Sadly I will not be back. Be careful who does your brows here ,obviously they are not all trained the same. I would give no stars as my eyebrows are still burning.

I have been going here for years. Today I went and the young lady who did my eyebrows completely ruined them. My eyebrows just needed to be cleaned up and she threaded off almost all of my eyebrows. They are so thin and There is no way to get them back to the thickness they used to be with makeup. They look very bad and if I could give 0 stars, I would.

If I could do ZERO stars I would! This place is AWEFUL. Save your money. You could get a better job from a child. My “technician” (if you can call her that) was not only very rude, she didn’t even try to take the time to make them look good. This was my first time with threading and I won’t be doing it again from this experience. I’m actually on my way to pick up tweezers so I can fix what she REFUSED to. I’m surprised this place is still in business. To the owners, try and hire people who are qualified to do what they are supposed to and that aren’t rude as hell. I’m also telling all my friends to avoid this place and putting it on my YouTube blog for my followers to see!

Designer eyebrows 21 in Cottonwood Mall is the perfect place to go for threading eyebrows. I recommend going to Ruhi, she is amazing at doing eyebrows! I have been going to her for 4 years and every time I go in she is always smiling and greeting everyone. She sure acknowledges everyone who comes in the doors and lets all the customers know that her self or the other lady working with her will be right with them.

I decided to get my eyebrows done on a whim and Id never tried threading before. I walked in and was serviced right away. in 100 seconds I had GREAT eyebrows, probably the best Ive had and the results were way better than waxing. The technician who did my brows was a real pro!

Just got my eyebrows done here and they look horrible! I have been coming here for years and theyve always done such a great job. The bigger lady was obviously in a very bad mood, she kept hitting my elbows away very rudely and did my eyebrows in under 45 seconds. One eyebrow looks fine but the other has maybe 10 hairs left on the end and is not even shaped like the other one. It looks like an eyebrow from the 90s!!! Hoping this does not permanently ruin my eyebrow and it will grow back.. If you see a fat lady, request someone else or wait until she is not working.

This place has TERRIBLE service. They do the threading way too fast and don’t care about how you would like it , plus the bigger girl that works there is very very rude no manners what so ever. I’m not paying for a crappy job. I am DISGUSTED with this place, never coming here EVER again.

I dont think i will be going back to this place. I went in on Saturday to get my eyebrows threaded. The short pregnant lady messed up my eyebrows she pulled out hair that should have not been pulled out. All they could say is we can try and remove more hair to make it look better um no you screwed them up already so NO.

I’ve been coming here for years and now that the 2 main girls are gone it’s hit or miss.. my eyebrows are now rounded and thin and horrible.. thank god they grow back

My family and I have been coming to Eyebrow Designer 21 in Cottonwood Mall for the past 4yrs. Ruhi’s attention to detail, her loving personality and her professionalism is what makes her the best at what she does. Ruhi is highly recommend to all my family and friends.

Ive gone three times. First time I wanted the bottom of my eyebrow done more she said no but she could do the top. Weird but ok. Left it was fine. Second time she did them they were thinner than the time before. Didnt care much but ok. This last time I went it was an hour before closing. Im still new to threading and I express this each time so Im guided on finger placement. She seemed liked she was in a hurry. Its the end of the night so whatever. Well this time she nicked me just below the socket bone. I wasnt going to write a review but I just noticed a new scar where she caught me with the thread. Im not going back to that place for my brows again.

The technician did an ok job. Her hands smelled like she used the bathroom and didnt wash them. Literally took two minutes to do my eyebrows. I was so put off by the way she smelled I just left. Definitely wont be going back.

The lady was in such a rush!! she made my thick eyebrows into tiny worm looking ones!!! Do not recommend at all! They will ruin your eyebrows!

They have a sign saying, “no public bathrooms don’t ask” umm excuse me? There’s a better way to put in. all the girls do is stand around and gossip. One of the girls that did my hair her hands smelled. please improve on ur customer service and maybe u girls would get more traffic in this store. never again.

Every time I go there.. they leave my brows THINNER and THINNER every time.. so I’m not gonna go and imma wait for my brows to grow back alll the way. I don’t recommend..
