First time using Mister Car Wash. Don’t waste your time or money. Paid $34 for the Platinum service which included a vacuum and a few other things. The bug removal on front bumper was great but the vacuum was incredibly poor. See one of the photos I took. The quality assurance manager, Eddie, gave me one excuse after another about why it was done so poorly… are you sure the debris didn’t fall from between the seats?… the nozzles we use don’t allow us to get into tight spots…the four or five areas they missed did not need a special nozzle. I just wanted Eddie to say “we did a poor job” and we will make it right. Instead excuse after excuse until he offered me a refund (which I took). Money didn’t matter… my time did.

Just wanted to give feedback on my first visit. I was there yesterday mid day and I was stunned by the prices for 1 car wash. I chose the highest level you offered which was $34. I asked that my windshield specifically be cleaned very well as the inside and outside always have cleaning product residue left that shines terribly in the sun driving to work and back every day. The attendant said she would add a quality check on my car and still the cleaning was not up to the expectations of a $34 car wash or even a $10 car wash. The residue from an oil change sticker was left too. The interior of the vehicle was fine. The exterior was ok but it looked like it didnt have the bells and whistles promised with the package. Shine etc. My car is a 2016 Buick Verano Premium Turbo Group in near mint condition with about 16k miles on it. Just wanted to let you know that I wont be returning. The staff was super nice and kind and the attendant told me about the monthly service. I said I would see how you do with the first wash. Just disappointed. Thank you for reading.

I usually let most things slide but this one is beyond that. I went into Mister Car Wash on Hwy 528 needing a complete detailing. I was told that due to COVID, they had suspended that service and I could only get a wash and vacuum. OK, so I requested the most complete service they had. I mentioned that the back seats were down and would need to be set back up to vacuum under them. I was assured that this was no problem. I picked up the car and noticed they had done a poor job of cleaning bug guts off the front but I decided to let it slide. When I got home, I discovered that the floors in the back had not been vacuumed at all. I returned to the car wash and asked for a re-do. The greeter wrote on the windshield that they especially needed to address the bug guts. When the car was completed for the second time, there was still a substantial amount of bug guts on the front. See photo. I made the mistake of not completely inspecting the re-do on the vacuuming

I drive a black mustang so i have to wash it frequently...ive been going to this location for a few months now...this last monday was a bust though...the line just stopped before it was through...i saw the front guy talking to the back guy...then it started again but we missed the last part of the wash..my car didnt dry right..the last roller never came down...i really hope that doesnt happen again..my car looked worse than if i had taken it to a $5 car wash :(

If I could give it zero 🌟 I would. Overpriced. We took the full service option and having 3 men vacuum and clean interior still left the truck only 25% better with only having vacuumed some of the floor boards. The car wash was terribly done too and back end of truck didnt even get touched. Inside of doors still had dust on and cupholders which easily remove wasnt touched. I wish I could get my money back as I do a better job than that of 3 men.

Workers worked too quickly on a very slow day. Missed tons of interior spots. Half wiped and not fully vacuumed in noticeable areas. Do not recommend. Posted photos

The recent wind and rain left my SUV covered in dirt. I went for a wash and wax with an i terior vacuum and they did a great job! Not perfect, but quick and easy. I enjoyed the fragrance and the wax helped my vehicle look ten times better. I doubt it had been waxed before I got it. I am pleased. Definitely will return.

Always have to go through more than once to get my vehicle somewhat clean...

Its quick and thats the best thing about it. Interior vacuuming still leaves dirt in all the corners. Interior wiping only hits the dash quickly, but youll have to touch it up yourself if you actually want it clean. Not worth $26.

Well, a bit rough today. Had to go thru twice as there was no soap on the first go-round. But, the employees are always Awesome, helpful & kind! My car loves them!

I had just gotten back from a long trip to California and my car was filled with bugs. It came out they were done and still had a lot of bugs on the front. I had asked the employee with blonde curly hair if he could try and get it off, he said of course and then he sat there and scrubbed the front of my car until there was no more bugs and I mean there was NONE. He was very polite joyful and made good conversation, I had offered him a $20 tip. And he respectfully declined and said “don’t worry about it it’s part of the job” this is outstanding customer service.

I love having my car washed. Keeps it looking like new.

I had gone through at like 1pm on April 17 I have gone through many times before but this time my dash was perfect! I don’t know if it matters but the people hat where working on my car was tall blond and had curly hair. The other two where shorter and had black hair it looked like. Anyways this was by far the best experience I had ever had at this location, plus I didn’t even have a scent on my ticket because I forgot but the blond guy gave it to me anyways!!

Prices continue to climb while the quality of service has rapidly declined.

Update on my experience. It took me 24 hours to make contact and had to go through their 1-800 number to get someone at the location, the office will not answer the phone. An employee pretended as if he was the manager, I got his name and their CS line verified the person was not a manager. They forwarded my complaint to the Reginal Mgr, I still have not been called back. I notice there are many 4-5 star reviews, just wait until there is a complaint, then their true CS will show itself.

Quick place if you are in a hurry, had trouble with the vending machine and a young polite staff member helped me, would recommend this place

Never had an issue until yesterday. I saw a kid drive my car to the tcar wash track and hit the track so hard my car tilted I spoke to the GM and he said he would speak to the kid but was more interested on a FedEx truck that arrived. Then what I had to say.

I didnt like that the blowers didnt dry in my car as well as the other places and the fact that they dont have the free vacuums although the guy was nice enough to allow me to use the one for the other people I guess that pay for it which Im a member of unlimited washes and they didnt have vacuums there so unfortunately I wont be back to this one because I do need to vacuum out my car but thanks to the guy that allowed me to use the vacuums

Need to pay attention to detail pay so much for a car wash with multiple employees working and the car was still dirty. Need someone who knows how to vacuum properly!!!

Pulled up today 2/3/20 and told the attendant I wanted the $15 wash. He upsold me to the $35 service and told me it was the way to go. They would vacuum thoroughly, clean the interior, wipe door jams and sills, amongst many other things. I was still hesitant but he was persuasive and I went for it. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and dissatisfied. Its literally the $15 wash at double the price. I have always gone for the $15 wash and thats understandable that it wont be great but if youre going to have your reps up sell for double price there should be a noticeable difference. Just look at the photos of my truck. Its like they half as*ed it. I would hope that you reach out and try to make this right. I have been going to your car washes for over 3 years now and this is just unacceptable.

Its nice that they are open and have a crew to wash and vacuum your car, with a little help from the machine.

The best service you can get Im a senior and they even drive my car through for me because I have a little bit of a hard time seeing there were is professional the young men there all care cars come out so great even if my car is old Ive been going to them now for about 4 years I would recommend them to anybody thank you very much Mary fiola

I always feel like the inside of the windows are dirtier than when I arrived. I have now learned that they no longer wipe down the door panels and refused to do so, even when I offered to pay more. Lousy customer service and attitude.

Went to this car wash to get a basic car wash on my brand new car. When I got home I realized that my hood was all scratched up. So I called them to notify them of what had happened. Once I got there they filed a report and the manger, Eric Flores told me he would call me back the next day with an update. He never called me back, so I called him back a few days later and he said he had no idea who I was and was unaware of the incident. It’s been two months and I want my car fixed. Very disappointed in this car wash.

Possible poor job with the interior. Wasnt worthy time asking them to do better. Saw no enthusiasm.

First time using Mister Car Wash. Car looks amazing and the staff/customer service was great.

I was very good friends with Sam when he was at this location this store was GREAT but not anymore I was a regular who went every week, but today I had walked up to my car and seen some water still there, I had asked the guy with short blond hair and arm tattoos to wipe it up for me. He looked at it rolled his eyes and said they will get it and walked towards the mister sign and was on his phone just standing while eveyone els is hard at work. I had to ask a tall blond employee to do it and he said if corse stopped what he was doing and did it.

Always a pleasant experience. Staff is always friendly, upbeat and courteous. With the adjustments that everyone has to make due to no fault of our own just getting my truck washed is a breath of fresh air after self quarantining. KUDOS to Mister Car Wash and all their associates

Michael was very nice at helping me pay an extra $10.00 to get the inside of my car cleaned. I wasnt impressed when I pulled up to the servicing area and a guy (employee) was eating Mcdonalds in front of me and coming towards my new car. I expect more professional behavior.

I spent $34 and they couldnt even wash the mud from the floor Mats. I am sure the employees are only doing what they are told, so nothing against them, but for $34 they should have washed the floor mats. Yes, they vacuumed the interior, but come on!! Exterior looks good, they washed the mud from the wheels and the under carriage, great job, just expected a little bit more for $34!! But thats what we get these days, in a Corporate society thats killing the small Mom and Pop stores!

Full service car wash. Solid if not spectacular cleaning. Interior cleaning and detailing are available as well. I typically get a platinum wash and basic interior clean that includes vacuuming, dash clean and window cleaning. They have adjusted well to operating during the pandemic, and I felt totally safe waiting for my car to be done.

Every since Mister bought all the Octopi in Albuquerque and immediately almost tripled the price of an interior/exterior vacuum/wash/dry Ive been unwilling to pay the freight.I drive my vehicles though the exterior only lane -- the wash machinery is better and a better show than that of good old Octopus, at least -- drive away with the windows and exterior blow dried, and use my wifes battery powered Dyson on the interior when I get home. Its only a buck more than the Octopi were for full service, and my wallet feels fatter all the way home -- even though I paid by credit card!And yesterday I had left my wallet at home and they passed me through! A very nice courtesy.

I have a membership here and they do a great job with the time allotted to them.

It wasnt busy,, wish the staff would take the time to actually clean the vehicle.

Do not just stop by, make sure you clean out your car, leave nothing of value or personal information, even if it a quarter, earring, proof of insurance, watch. Lock your glove box and center consul because if anything is left out and in sight, regardless of value or information, they will take it then deny it. Consumer beware if you choose to use this location!

Not a very good cleaning (SUV) under mats was not vacuumed along with the rear cargo area, grill was not wiped down ,water spots. Cup holders not cleaned, door storage left uncleaned. Apparently supervisors do not care.

I was at this location on April 29th and had arrived at 3 and I had seen, one of the managers milling around on his phone, and when I had gone up to him to ask where I needed to put a tip, the manager said over there while typing on his phone, then just walked away. I had asked one of the employees in the front where I needed to put the tip. And they pointed and was very pilote, I had then asked what the name of the manger was and he said Steven. This location has gone down hill sense Eric Flores left

Everyone is friendly and theyre very quick. Unfortunately there were some areas not vacuumed and wiped down. I also found a fingernail in my center console tray that definitely wasnt mine.

Terrible service the first time I went through once and they didn’t do anything I asked for. They didn’t vacuum. Went back and the manager was rude and sarcastic. They still didn’t get all the stuff off the outside.

I went to Mister Car Wash and paid for the platinum service. First off when we got there, they rush you out of the car with little time to grab your belongings, then when they finished the car they did a very poor job vacuuming and we had to go to another carwash to re-vacumme it, the windshield was very smudgy making it hard to see when the sun is out, the outside had water marks because they did not dry it properly, They were very fast and the inside of the facility was clean, however, after leaving I noticed the earbuds I had just plugged in to charge right before the carwash are missing. So on top of a very bad carwash, someone took my ear buds. This is very disappointing. I have had hundreds of bad carwashes from there, I only return because of the convenience and lack of choices in Albuquerque, but now to steal out of my car, that is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed.

This place never uses enough water to rinse your car. I always drive out with soap left.on the vehicle. After washing my truck here weekly for 3 years the new management arbitrary decided they wont wash flat beds anymore. Go elsewhere!

I paid for the most expensive wash and they didnt even towel off my car, just waived me through. My car was dirtier and covered with waterspots after the wash. Thats why I canceled my membership. Truly disappointing, and then I had to go spend more to wash it myself... -_-

I took my car to get it washed there and after going to the washer to people dry the car I left and after going to a store and looking at the front of my car which was still dirty I had to go back and get the car washed a second time which they still didnt get all the dirt off the car I wasnt very happy and I want to take my car back

They forgot to take off the antenna and it was broke.

Don’t bother with the platinum wash or any wash here, especially if you have an SUV. The rear of my car wasn’t even touched by a bristle. Some of the brushes were not functioning at all. Dryer was only effective on my hood.

Had a little issue with the vacuuming this morning however management was very happy to run it through again. Great job guys!

Its good...dont get me wrong but for $20 for a basic wash I would hope that I didnt have to come home and vacuum the parts that they missed or reclean the inside of my windows due to streaks that were left.

Save your money! I took my SUV in yesterday and paid for the high-end wash ($35!). For that, I was met by a sullen employee who took my car from me who didnt even acknowledge my greeting. When I was called to pick up my vehicle after the wash, the back panel still had large, obvious areas of dirt that were never wiped. I pointed this out and asked that the back be cleaned better. They wiped it down for less than a minute and turned it over to me. Is this really all that one gets for $35? I strongly recommend people find an alternative.

Great job on the outside and vacuuming, but not so good on the inside dusting and cleaning.

Convenient, quick, but a little overpriced for what you get. Interior only includes a dash dusting rather than how they used to actually clean the interior better when it was Octopus car wash.

I am currently a member of the unlimited car wash club considering canceling service. For what I pay and my return I should just go back to pay as you go.Went there approximately 1month ago and 1 car in front of me. I was made to wait while the attendant and customer carries on their own private conversation. Only 1 line at the timeAttendant should have had his friend pull up get out the car, processed my vehicle and continued their funny personal conversation up against the building. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Had my older pickup washed for the $26 service, which included wax & interior.I didnt check it until I got home. Passenger side wasnt even close to clean. Looked like no water or equipment touched it. Dont know how the wax could work on dirt. I rewashed it! Interior job was just as poor: doors were dusty with a few streaks of dirt. Dash was still dusty. Floors had been vacuumed but none of the dirt spots were wiped up. OK, they did do the windows.

Not cheap but at least there are people at this site that attend to your car where just up the road no one wiped down wet and still dirty car. I will not agree that our results were satisfactory at this visit. I will say that its becoming status quo for this state at this point and time. Rush rush and good hussle to get the money is void. I take blame because I too didnt bother to return my car to request better quality results paid for. I guess if most like me just chalk it up and dont demand better quality control standard then none will be set.

I went to get my Dodge Charger washed as always. It was ran through and it looked pretty good. But the manager I believe named Eric, and his team, decided it didn’t look clean enough. And sent it bacc through again without me even asking. My car looks great. I appreciate Eric and his team being so thorough. Great experience. Will be bacc to that location specifically.

The old octopus car wash. It was a better facility back then. Pretty much the same operation just waaaayyy more expensive. Quality of the wash is still good and fairly quick and there is an option to have the exterior only cleaned. I got free wash coupons from church, or not sure where I would go. Probably do it myself at home.

This car wash takes extreme pride in their work and do an incredible job! After a third row was missed during the original vacuuming however during the final stage of cleaning, noticed the error and took it back and finished what they had missed. All the workers were very kind and I am overall impressed and very satisfied with the work done.

I only use Mr. Carwash. Their customer service is ON POINT. Unprecedented at any business, let alone car wash. Today I went in to get my full service wash like usual, but I forgot my credit card at home this time. They gave me a free exterior wash anyways! So nice of them. I’ll never use a different car wash place.

There are so many options to choose from theres something for everyones budget! At different locations theres full service & your car will look & smell amazingly yummy when they get done washing & cleaning it inside & out!If you go just once you will be hooked!After your car goes through the wash if you dont choose full service you have the option free of charge to vacuum & clean out your car in one if the many, many bays they have!Another huge plus is there are so many locations throughout the city so youll never have to drive around in a dirty vehicle!Example: your vehicle is dirty & you have to unexpectedly pick up family or friends at the airport asap! You can stop at mister car wash & have your entire vehicle washed & vacuumed in less than 15 minutes (self service) 30 minutes (full service depending on how busy that location is) Give Mister Carwash a try you wont be disappointed!

Have the Platinum membership, and I take advantage of the fact that I can go to any of the locations and get my car vacuumed, washed, and dried every day, several times a day, if I want. But...on the downside, the employees know that, and sometimes they dont seem to care if they do a great job or not, because they know that you can get it done again, whether its convenient or not. Which it usually isnt.

Worst car wash I have ever had. They installed dryers at the end and no longer use people to dry your vehicle. The car wash moves very quickly now as opposed to in the past so your car is only being washed for about seven seconds. Water spots everywhere. Worst car wash ever.

Say there open when they are really closed!!! I pay monthly and honestly I still have to dry and detail my jeep when back home!!! Dont waste your time paying for expensive detailing. Just get basic wash

Of all the misters IV been to this one uses the lest amounts of soap.The staff is top notch!

Easier than cleaning car byself. I recommend doing a walk around to ensure all areas paid for are completed.
