Im normally extremely impressed with this place, but I guess thats only when the girls are working here. Some new guy? Didnt have rags, only new leather scent option available 🤮🤮 wth. At least the vacuums are still free. 😒🤷🏻‍♀

We recently moved so no longer go to the Coors location. This location is really nice. The employees have always been helpful and the facility is well kept. Just like the Coors location, the wash is great. We really enjoy our memberships!

The place has been great. Sometimes some things are not working like the tire shine. Took several days or weeks to fix the matter. We pay extra for this. When it takes weeks make you wonder.The staff has been great and professional.

The nicest crew, work with you to have the best experience. Fits larger trucks and is safe for the custom parts.

Very good car wash! If youre looking for a place to wash your car fast, I recommend quickshine express. Youre able to sit in your car while it goes through the wash in about 3 minutes or so. Good prices on different types of wash!

Terrible customer SERVICE. Their car wash ripped the mirror off my mint condition ws6 Trans Am. Then they told me that cars older than 7 years are not their problem. I had 4 monthly subscriptions there on 4 of my cars, and would, on occasion, take other cars as well. That meant nothing to them. I cancelled my monthly subscriptions. Worst car wash in Albuquerque.

Definitely gonna be canceling my membership the air guns by the vacuums never work and I always somehow pic a stall with missing vaccums these things are part of the wash and theres always a group of about 4 workers just standing by a little black run down car doing nothing they should be checking making sure the equipment is working properly.

I am pretty much new to Albuquerque. After being ripped off by couple of car washes around Abq, went to Quickshine today. I had a great experience with them. For only 10$ they cleaned my car very well ! Honestly, the best car wash I got after a long time. The employees were very polite and helpful. The best part is the free unlimited Vacuum after car wash! There are plenty of vacuum stations which works great!! The service I got for only 10$ is incomparable to any other car wash around this city. Definitely going to go back to them again.I would highly recommend this place!

This location needs some help and better management. I got the $14 managers special wash. My first impression, the credit card reader at the pay station did not work, a good thing I had cash. Reading reviews on Google, the card reader has not been working for a while. No receipts. Also no tire shine. These were signs posted on the pay machine. They were handwritten signs on lined notebook paper. Not a good look at all. Car wash with no tire shine? Thats your business to pamper cars, you should never be out of anything.Visited on a 60º day in February and they were open. I tried a few times before in January and they were closed. Probably because the temperature was in the 40s, which is understandable. Vacuums were available. Washed very well.If you have been to other Quick Shine locations you know they are always exceptional. Management needs to get it together at this location. Its the little things that make a huge difference. Especially when you compare this location to the others.I also want to add, if you want to use the Quick Shine website to renew your unlimited wash club membership, it does not work. The option is on the website to manage your membership but it has not worked for the last 3 years I have had my wash membership. You have to renew in person at the pay machine. Wish someone would fix that.

Besides the fact that the staff seems unsure how to wear masks correctly, we LOVE this car wash. Good price and does a good job.

Theyve done great work in the past, and the unlimited use of the vacuums are a plus, but this morning was horrendous... I paid $12 for half of my car to get washed, ( pictures are from when I got home and my husband questioned if I got the car washed) and the other half seems it was never touched. The system was being worked on, and I was never approached with an apology or an explanation as to how long or what was going on. All of this couldve been avoided by saying Im sorry for the delay, we are working on a repair. Then myself and two other people were stuck inside the wash for about 10 minutes. Still no one approached me. Not even when I was vacuuming my vehicle. At least to come over and see how the wash went! Totally unprofessional and I will not use this facility again. Sorry, guys! Hard to find a good car wash these days! Ill gladly pay Mister for a bad car wash! *rolling eyes*

Nice location but things are constantly broken such as the buff and dry, tire shine, air pumps, and vacuums. We have gone here a few times in the past couple months and things dont get fixed but they still charge full price for everything.

I had a fantastic experience at this car wash for just $10. There was hardly any wait time between the time I swiped my car to when I pulled into the car wash. The person directing my car was careful and made sure we pulled in correctly. The car wash itself was high quality with some nice lights to look at while you’re going through it. After coming out I used the complementary vacuums, during this time I encountered some vacuums that weren’t working or had trash stuck in them. Regardless of this, I was able to clean the car and put my trash in the available trash cans. I had an overall good experience at this car wash, it was modern and did what I needed it to-do.

Its a 50/50 chance that the air guns will work and sometimes when you pay for the buff n dry it doesnt work. Plus they used to hand out the dash cleaning cloths and used to spray your car off until recently.

I used the touchless wash... the upper wands did not appear to be working much at all, and when I got home it looked as though my cat had not been washed

Went in for a car wash paid for tire shine and a buff and dry and I didn’t get tire shine or the buff and dry when I asked for a refund the employee didn’t know what he was doing and pretty much told me there is nothing he can do about it because he doesn’t know what he is doing! Tried calling but apparently the phone number provided is no longer in service I’ll never give quick shine my money again

When you arrive, there are barrels with scrub brushes to pre-scrub any bugs off of your vehicle. The prices are reasonable and the wash club is a great value for those that like washing their vehicle daily or weekly. The staff is friendly and willing to assist when needed. With the purchase of a wash, you have access to high-powered vacuums for the interior and even have air to blow out the crevices that hold water to keep you from having water spots. I visit at least twice a week to keep my vehicle looking good.

Car looked good except the back where the brushes obviously did not touch the car. I returned the next day to show an employee and complain to see if I get get it rewashed ...they said nope sorry, have a good day. Easy way to get your car clean, they have a great special on their car wash club. You can vacuum your self. Its fast and safe!.

So we bought the monthly plan after a couple times of getting my sons car wash. We went today and the side brushes pulled off my the entire drivers side mirror. We went in and the worker said we need to make an incident report and gave us the number for his manager. We called the manager and she told us to get the f___ off her phone continued to be unprofessional and hung up. We went back inside and the manager then called and told off her employee for giving out her number. So now we have to wait on the mirror to be special ordered and $250 dollars later which may be more if they have to fix the automatic mirror switch. It really sounded like the brushes were going way to hard and it was scary the way it pulled off the mirror by the bolts. Please dont risk it... And by these reviews sounds like we need to file a small claims lawsuit and definetly report to BBB, Attorney General and consumer complaint...

A great place to get your vehicles washed

My vehicle is brand new I took it in because it was a little dusty After it came out the wash there was mud all over the quarter panel I did not have mud on my truck when I brought it in It was not a big deal I asked an associate if I could run it through once more He Said ok no problem As I was waiting in line to go through once more the owner comes out of nowhere and starts arguing How this is an express wash and if I wanted it professionally done I should have paid $300 I just looked at him in his eyes Asked if this was the 1st business He ever owned he replied yes I told him with that customer service it will be the only Not only was the customer service bad Their machines scratched My quarter panel I have proof because the truck is one day old and I have pictures to prove so Personally I will never be going back that is my honest review

Paid $20+ for the best car wash they had and the thing broke off rear windshield wiper. Tore it right off. You enter these style of car wash at your own risk. Dont do it. Attendant said at your own risk, he could not do anything. My wiper was not an after market add on it came with the van..

Please do not go here. Every single time I go they put that I have a trailer hitch when I don’t and the back of my suv does not get cleaned. Waste of money. Please hire competent workers.

Amazing car wash. I would say it is the best in town. It is very cheap and the work is really good.It has free vacuum with any service. and the price is very reasonable.The cheapest service is only 6 bucks and it leaves the car very clean.If you want to get your car spotless and with everything in the menu it is only 12 bucks.that is a better price compared to other places that I have gone to.

My car door was badly scratched by their equipment

This carwash works amazing! The only thing is that they allow trucks full of mud and no body wants to have to be behind as I think that will scratch your car. I know some carwashes wont allow muddy trucks and I think that is great. If you like to play in the mud, go rinse it yourself and then come to the carwash.

It really seems like no one works there. The young guys open the gate when they want not at 8am like the hours say. And take your own towels because you will need it to dry off your car. Also look for a clean vacuum with out dirt on the floor. I tracked all that dirt back in my car because they don’t sweep the parking lot. OH YEAH NOOOOOOOOO CASH ONLY CREDIT CARDS!

Just plain neglected now. Can only pay with Credit as the part that accepts cash has been stolen. This is really not a very good car wash any longer. My Charger was not clean upon exiting the wash cycle. There was still dirt on the hood and on the bottom half of the car. There is not any receipt tape in the machines where you pay so you will not get a receipt. Today there was one person working and he did not look happy to be there and seemed pissed off by his actions of spraying the cars and brushing the windows. While going through the wash it was very apparent that only about half of the wash nozzles were working and spraying liquid. The free vacuums were barely working and most were missing the hose. I was really hoping that this would be a less expensive option to Mr. Car Wash, but it just turned out to be a cheap option. I have had cheerleaders wash my car for less money and do a better job.

Paid $15 for an incomplete washing of my car. Missed portions of roof and trunk, and majority of the hood. First experience with this location. Clearly not maintained well based on the damage of the kiosks. Unlikely to return ever.

DON’T GO HERE. The new Car wash broke off part of my mirror. I had to walk back through the washer with an employee to find the broken part. I was told I would be reimbursed. I’ve stopped by twice and dropped of the receipt for the damage and haven’t heard anything back. On top of that my car wasn’t actually cleaned well.

Used to be good. Now the vacuums dont work or fall apart. The final straw for me was trying to visit during business hours and the gates were closed. I saw an employee sitting down doung nothing outside.I recommend rain tunnel car spa now. Its at 10705 Central Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87123.The vacuum system is amazing there! Way better service than ultimate car wash.

It would be so much better with more friendly people working here. Also, if they were ACTUALLY OPEN during the times they say they are. Half the vacuums actually work, so youll have to move your car around a few times until you find a working one.

The woman running this place is unprofessional. She told me they weren’t giving out dash towels. Then her friend walked in while I was filling out a form for car washes and asks for a towel. This girl hands him a towel and says “see you later.” ...

The wash is good when theyre open, and they have free self vacuums after the wash. However, take their 7pm closing time with a grain of salt. They close half and hour to an hour before advertised closing time regularly.

Quick service and usually friendly. On busy days, they just run you through. At less busy times, they have scrubed my whole car down with a brush before going into the car wash. The wash does not always get the stuck on grime (bugs, bird poop), especially if you dont get the scrub down first. Nice option to Octopus (it will always be Octopus to locals!)

Spent $8 for a car wash, left with at least $3,000 worth of damage to the vehicle overall. Do not go here unless you want extremely noticeable scratches from the fender to the bumper. The sides of the car are the worst!
