The shift manager this morning(9/15) was nice to customers but was incredibly rude and belittling to other crew members. He referred to them as deaf when one shift member was spent literally an extra minute on a vehicle to ensure the customer received the service they had paid for instead of quickly and haphazardly moving on to the next vehicle. I could see the frustration and dissatisfaction in the eyes of every crew member there with their shift manager who were actually working really hard. This man is toxic to your company and I will not be supporting a business that employees leaders that are so rude and disrespectful to their staff. I thoroughly believe that my bad car wash today was the shift leaders fault, the crew members were willing and able to give quality service but this man was their hindrance.

Mgr has nothing better to do than to watch her vacuums. So FYI you can’t vacuum your vehicle before the wash or you have to pay for both. YOUR GOING TO LOSE BUSINESS

These gentlemen always do a great job!! I have been coming here for about 15 years and i wouldnt even think about going to misters💩. What I like the most is a 72 hour rain check as nobody can predict the weather and as we all know the day you wash it, its probably gonna rain even though its been Sunny all week lol.Jaime makes sure all the washes are up to parr before announcing your vehicle Is ready. Extremely disappointed in their customer service! I have been a loyal customer for years with no issues until my last visit. On my last visit my vehicle was damaged by their automated carwash and management has decided they are not responsible for any of it. They are definitely willing to take your money but dont expect them to admit when they are wrong.

Hello Buck, You have a Great Team and Manager at Coors. My dog sheds horribly, some how her fur drifted to the driver side floor. Your manager, very nice lady, not too tall...lol, she could barely reach the top of my back hatch door to hit the close button. Since I have been to this location twice, because she was there I anticipate that she would go in and make sure things were clean. She did exactly as I anticipated. I bet the fur is not easy to vacuum, but she went back in and made sure the fur was gone. My dashboard was impeccably clean as was my middle console. As a manager, she appeared to be training a guy and she was very animated and giving advice and guidance rarely seen from managers. This is good stuff. I suspect it is very hard to please customers and their cars. I was very pleased and have to say it was one of the best job through a car wash I have had in a long time, well except for last time she was supervising. Thanks

After the car wash my vehicle was still dirty so I brought that to the managers attention and the customer service she gave was not good. I then had to wait 15 minutes for them to correct the issue while they helped other customers as they kept arriving. The young man who sprays the vehicles down before entering has always been very nice and does quality work and the cashier inside was nice also. Maybe he can give the managers some tips. The quality of service and customer service has gone down hill. I will not be returning and do not recommend this car wash.

They did a good job on the outside of the car but the inside wasnt wiped down, cleaned or vacuumed well. I even removed all of the trash from the cupholders and cubbies and it wasnt touched. They said they were short staffed which I understood and didnt mind the wait but they just didnt do a good job. Next time I will just go to Mister car wash and pay the extra to get the real full service experience.

Went today and purchased “the best” option. Outside of vehicle looks great but the inside was hardly cleaned. Nothing was wiped down on the dash, radio or doors, console wasn’t vacuumed or wiped. The leather seats weren’t wiped either. Pretty disappointed. It was a busy time, but that shouldn’t cause the quality of work to go down. I would rather wait a little longer for my vehicle to get properly cleaned. We’ve been here plenty of times before and haven’t had this issue.

I visited this location yesterday to have my car cleaned, the service I chose was the Best they offer which cost me $25.00. Before I entered the washing tunnel the attendant asked me to turn in my mirrors however there was no mention of removing the radio antenna. During my cay wash they broke off my radio antenna, I immediately went to the manager whose name is Curtis and he blew me off and said this is not our problem or responsibility, I let him know that his customer service skills were less than appropriate and that I would use this facility ever again and I would let all my friends, neighbors and everyone know of his unprofessionalism and unwillingness to put the customer first.Very disappointed customer,Randy Gutierrez

Ronnie at the Seville location is awesome. She directs the cars to the next available bay for hand dry vacuuming, etc and she inspires the young people to pick up their pace. She challenges them to do better. She is a better boss than the boss Curtis at this location!

Horrible service met with horrible management and customer service. Waited an hour after my car was washed before they attempted to dry what was left. Sprayed the interior windows and cloth ceiling of my car with window cleaner and never wiped the windows, so it all dried. They left their towel on the roof of my car when I drove off. I asked for a refund and two managers got confrontational and refused a refund, stating they dont give refunds. I asked if they would give me a free wash another day to which they refused, stating I either had to get it re-washed that day or nothing at all. I did not want to wait another hour for a second car wash, so I ended up having to leave with a car that was worse than when it went in, no refund, and no solution. Managers need some serious training in customer service. I will NEVER be using this car wash again, their quality has gone down significantly over the past year. Excuses that they are doing their best with the staffing level they have is not acceptable. If I am paying a premium price for a wash, I deserve to get a car wash that is acceptable. Asked for the district manager to call back reference the service and have not heard from that person, it has been a week since I was promised a call back.

When this facility first opened the staff was friendly & they did a great job washing our vehicles. Sadly it appears they may have sold out to The Rain Tunnel. Ive noticed the quality of work and attitude of the employees has been horrible the last 3 times Ive been there in the last month. Ive had to ask them to do their job and complete the work as described in the $25 best wash that is supposed to include them cleaning & applying a protectant on your exterior trim. Today the young man that I asked to have the trim cleaned up got real I upset & while walking away muttered some not so nice words in Spanish behind his mask. Just FYI some of us Gringos understand & speak Spanish...He yelled at a couple co-workers to complete my truck while he spoke to a another employee about me, again talking badly of me.They did a piss poor job on my truck the last 3 times & after the attitude of the employees today Ill not be going back.Dont waste your hard earned money at this business!

Prices went up and quality went down, you can tell some kids were working hard but some were definitely not, the inside was not wiped down at all and they forgot my tire shine, I had to remind them

I went to this location today & I will never return or recommend Rain Tunnel to anyone. Management was very poor & yelling at 2 young men that were on their first day working here. One asked if he could get water to drink, as he was dripping sweat & the manager yelled at him threatening to fire him. This place is an absolute joke. Dont waste your time or money. Go to Mister Car Wash instead.

Ronnettes outstandingly warm and welcoming personality was indeed refreshing. I then stood still and began to sway to the TRULY sultry sounds of Euge Groove, Brian Culbertson, Norman Brown...I thought I was in my very own jazz oasis!! I was blown away with the very mature and classy music selection. Wait...theres more! I then went outside to check on my baby/Lincoln, I was then met by Curtis, the site manager, who possessed extreme professionalism and outstanding business acumen! Rain Tunnel on Coors and Sevilla is excellent! I have a dog who rides with me but you couldnt tell it after Rain Tunnel is done cleaning my car. They are great!

I waited in line for 25 minutes for them to clean the inside of my car. Once it was my turn, I waited on the sidewalk for them to finish. Their way of telling you that your car is done is by yelling. However I could not hear what they were saying because there was so much noise. Once I walked over to my car I asked if it was done and I was very rudely told that he had been calling me for a while. Very unprofessional, employees have no right to talk to any customer in that manner. Will not be visiting again and hope that they find a way to make this more professional and inviting to customers.

They said that they were not able to clean the mud off of my undercarriage and I needed to leave. Im so disappointed! I drove pretty far because of the good reviews of this place. I dont have an excessive amount of mudon my undercarriage and I thought that a car wash is supposed to actually wash your car. I cant believe that I was turned away from a car wash because my minimally dirty car was too dirty. Wont be returning to this place.

We have used this car wash in the past and have had amazing service and they did an awesome job. The manager on duty was very concerned about what we wanted and he was polite. But today was very disappointing!! The best was the worst. They didnt wipe down the interior at all!! The service manger was very rude she didnt seem to care at all!! We will definitely rethink ever going back there .

First time I was here the attendant explained the options and pricing. And I honestly feel that for the price, this is one of the best options around. A full service wash comes complete with a carpet vacuuming, dash, windows and tires/wheels cleaned. The detail is amazing and best of all, it comes with a 72 hour rain check in case it rains after you get it washed. I haven’t had to use the rain check but that’s still an awesome deal. All for $25!I’m curious how the full detail works, it seems it takes twice as long as the normal wash, but I guess that’s to be expected based on the levels of detail (also costs around double of the ‘Best’ service wash.There’s even a waiting area where you can use the bathroom, get refreshments and other car cleaning supplies if wanted.For the time and money, this place is absolutely worth it. I’d make the drive to this place if it’s within 15 minutes of your place. Highly recommend.

This used to be my favorite carwash. My last visit was awful. They didnt vacuum or clean the windows inside. Didnt wipe anything down inside. They said it was due to worker shortage. Sorry, if your open for business conduct your business because your still charging the same amount.

I came by for a car wash and Robert made sure that I was well taken care of. They sprayed down my car really well before the wash, and they really took the time to dry my car after. Robert also noticed that one of my tires was flat and he went the extra mile to help me out. I will definitely come back here and highly recommend others to come here for an amazing wash and unmatched customer service!

This company claims to split tips between employees,THATS A LIE. The manager PICKS employees to give tips to! They’ve had an overdose happen in their facility as well!!!

I do not prefer the set up to vacuum and dry after car is washed. The system bottlenecks and is confusing. It took way to long for s simple wash and then the inside of the car was still dusty.

Never again.... First and last time going here. Paid $17 for the best car wash which apparently doesnt include interior service, and hand drying is a hidden upcharge at the kiosk. Attendants were just as confused about the service options as I was. Tire treatment spray missed over half the tire. Water spots, residual bird droppings, and grime remained all over the car. Had to go home and wipe down and re-wash most of the vehicle.

Rushed and incomplete, paid for The Best package, tires were barely scrubbed could see the scrub brush lines. Inside wasnt wiped down there was still dust.

I cant imagine why people still use Mister Carwash when Rain Tunnel Car Spa is sooooooo much better, and on top of just providing a higher quality drive-through car wash service (and all other hand-washing services) they actually care about your vehicle and making sure your experience is a positive one! I have gotten my car exterior washed a couple of times here using the basic wash, always noting the care they take with my car even at the simple wash because it felt like the same standard of care they provide all customers.I got my car detailed here and I surely will never use any other service again. For the service and quality, the price is unbeatable! They go above and beyond with their service with ALL customers! Especially in my experience I was very satisfied with my service, the detailing and every aspect of my time spent. The ladies inside are also wonderful! All employees are super friendly and helpful! Highly Recommend.

I took my car to the rain tunnel for “the best” car wash. They always take there time and clean Inside and out real good. Robert is awesome as well. He and Curtis are kind and very helpful!! Will definitely go back for other services!!

I dropped off my car that had caked on water spots from the sprinkler everywhere!! It was horrible! Luckily Robert and Kurtis took care of it and when I got the car back it looked like it was brand new off the lot. The chrome was so shiny, and there wasn’t a single spot they missed. They told me it would take awhile and I was going to Uber home and instead, in their shuttle Ronnie gave me a ride back home. I couldn’t even believe they had a shuttle service! Not only did they save my car but their customer service cannot be matched! I am so happy I found this place - consider me a loyal customer!!!

Very impressed with the attention to detail and time the team at Rain Tunnel took. I got the $22 Full Service Wash (I believe its the Tire Shine + Wash + Interior Vacuum). Windows were spotless, they pre-washed and blew out all the water after. Interior was spotless, and dash was wiped clean. Rims and tires were as shiny as the day I bought it.

Went in today to get my Subaru Outback cleaned with The Best full service package ($25). Overall, I was pleased with the care that the workers took with my car after it went through the auto-wash. They took their time to blow out all of the dirt from the jambs, they vacuumed the inside, wiped down the surfaces (there was still some left over debris in the cup holder and on the middle console), cleaned the windows inside and out, and dried the exterior. There were a couple of young men doing the detailing and I commend them on the extra effort they took to clean my car thoroughly. I appreciated that a gentleman who was probably a supervisor opened my door for me and wished me a good day when my car was finished. Ill be going back tomorrow to get my wifes car serviced as well.

I moved closer to this location recently. I have visited here 4 times and each time I have been pleased. Today 5/26/20 I went in for a wash. When they finished, I gave the gentlemen with a red shirt my claim check and began to leave. The gentlemen quickly stopped me and made sure that I kept my 72 hour rain check slip. He said youll want to keep this maam, its suposed to rain this week. Now Ive had them give me my slip before, but there was something about this particular interaction that felt genuine and made me happy. I will definitely continue to come here. Oh, and my vehicle looked amazing!!

These people went above and beyond the call of duty today when my car wouldnt start after they finished wiping it down. They took very good care of me while I waited for a tow truck. The caring attitude of these people deserves notice.

I love taking my vehicle to Car Spa! You must take your car here! The $12 wash is the best deal in town. My car never has a dirty spot. The interior & exterior are wiped down well and vacuumed nicely. Theres seating inside as well as outside. Purchase a beverage or products for your car. Staff are very polite. There are lots of different wash packages to choose from.

Really really not impressed. I paid for the best ($23) and I didnt get the best at all. They rushed and didnt meet expectations. This is a absolute great place to get a vehicle washed. I got the $13.00 carwash, and they did such a great job, that I added to the original tip that I had out. They wiped, and cleaned, and dried for a long time. I am so impressed with the way they cleaned my car. Thank You Rain Tunnel!

As much as it bothers me to say this I feel like I can no longer bring my vehicles here... The service used to be above and beyond. Unfortunately that was short lived. It seems like the quality of customer service and wash on my vehicle declines tremendously the busier that they get. I am tired of having to correct something that wasnt done properly or at all for that matter. And the attitude that comes along with it. I work hard for my money and will not continue to throw it away on a wash that does not meet my standards. If you want a tier one wash schedule one with Hella Clean Automotive they do it right the first time and can handle any of your detail needs.

My truck was filthy after a camping trip- dog hair and mud everywhere, and a coffee stain in the back. I bought the interior super clean and the cloth seat express, and it was 100% worth every penny. They did a phenomenal job! Coffee stain was out, mud and dog hair gone. Seriously, it’s the cleanest it’s been since I bought it. I will never go anywhere else from now on!

Wow! Took my car this morning and it didn’t look this good when I first drove it off the lot. My car was in desperate need of detailing and the guys at rain tunnel did an amazing job. They took the time explaining the different package options and then went to work. I have been majorly disappointed by other car wash chains in the city before but rain tunnel took their time and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend you take your business to them!

Way better than the other conglomerate car wash that has taken over ABQ. Local biz pleasing customers. Car Spa is a great value for a full service wash. Once we had to take our van back because some spots were missed in vacuuming and a manager took care of it right away with excellent customer care. Keep it up Rain Tunnel!

If you are like me and love the drive through wash, you like this place. Sitting in the car and listening to the sounds of your car being automatically washed. Colors of the soap, the different styles of brushes on your...simply zen. Detail outside and in, please. I have two boys= messy car and food everywhere. Very pleased always.

First time here, and everyone was so nice. I have a large dog who gets his good amount in the car not to mention my child who owns the backseat...so I wasnt expecting much clean up but wow they did way more than I expected. All I have to say is thank you...and I will be back.

I really like going here. The tunnel car wash has multi-color soaps, the employees are friendly. If they miss an area for the wipe down, let them know and they will correct it right away.

Last time I went to this place my cars battery died right smack in the middle of the work/drying area. I did not have jumper cables with me as the dead battery came as a surprise. One of the employees went to her car and got her cables and jumped my car. Good folks and very friendly.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this car wash. My experience with others in the area have increasingly disappointed with increases in prices for even the most basic service and the assembly line grab my money business model where human contact is almost non-existant while the quality of car wash ranks average at best.The Rain Tunnel Car Spa on Sevilla Avenue never disappoints. From the friendly (and helpful) staff will keep me coming back and the attention to detail with even the most basic car wash is outstanding!

We brought both trucks, two different days and outstanding service and care for detail on both days. Crews were fast but took time to make sure trucks were clean. Then opened doors for my wife and kids. We will be returning here more often.
