Farmer’insurance has always been on top of things for me. The Rob Thomas agency in Albuquerque is very caring and respond quickly, and accurately. Josiah Thomas has been wonderful to work with and Robert goes well beyond anyone I previously used. I highly recommend Farmer’s insurance and specifically the Rob Thomas agency on Juan Tabo , just south of Menaul. You will not regret it!!

Poor service from agent, Rob Thomas. Has refused to return calls over a period of 2 months, made assumptions about what I wanted, was wrong, didnt confirm with me, cost me money. Continued to refuse to respond to any communication (phone calls, message to FB agent account) Complained to agent on chat while trying to fix problem created by my agent (did i mention he wont return calls?) Gave me number for district manager Jason Cassidy. Left VM for Mr. Cassidy. Also no response. Seems to be a systemic problem. Poor service - unacceptable. Taking my business elsewhere. Was a Farmers customer in good standing for many, many years. What happened??

I received a call from the phone number associated with this business and used the Google screening service to answer the call, which the caller hung up on. After texting the number for information, I researched the phone number associated with the call and it was the same number for this farmer insurance agent. I called the number for this insurance agency to express my displeasure and was hung up on repeatedly despite it being before their 5:30 closing hours and me calling from multiple numbers. Unprofessional. I was on the DNC list at the time.
