Rick is an amazing agent and more. I mean WOW!!! What a breath of fresh air. The old agent was very nice but would never return calls, never return emails and would leave you hanging without insurance because they didnt file or forgot to renew your policy. It was impossible to reach the old agent, the phone never works and for awhile the business phone number was crossed and would be rerouted to some guy Matts personal cell phone and the agent would say is Yea that keeps happening to everyone, I couldnt believe it. Also, you could never get anything done with the old agent, but when Rick took over the office, it was like WHOA!!! What a 360 turnaround the Los Lunas Allstate office made. Rick is on top of it to say the least. He is incredibly friendly, (probably one of the nicest person that I ever met,) he is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that you have the coverage you want and finds you the best deal possible. He doesnt try to sell you stuff you dont need, but rather, he wants you to get the best deal possible. His customer service is beyond exceptional, he turnaround time to call you back is impeccable, and his willingness to give you the best service and best rates are impressive. I can go one and one on about how great my experience was when working with Rick, but I think its better if your experience it yourself. Hands down the best insurance agent Ive ever met!
