This State Farm is so awesome. Cesar specifically, went out of his way to help me get caught up, covered and legal. All the people working there are helpful and considerate- not judgemental or rude. They answer your questions honestly and are totally willing to work with you to keep you, your family, your car and belongings safe. And if you are a calm, safe driver (at least most of the time.....) the drive safe and save app really does lower your bill. Call them if you have any questions, they all know what they are doing but ask for Cesar. He goes above and beyond to help!!

I chose this agent because they were the closest to us when we moved here, but they make me miss my old agent in Pennsylvania. Getting our policies transferred to NM took months and countless emails, and so did getting our Drive Safe and Save beacons. Then I got a letter from the motor vehicle division saying my insurance company never sent verification of insurance for one of our cars, and I’ve had to contact the Saiz office twice to get them to correct this. Find another agent who will be on top of things for you - I plan on it.

Not happy with lack of follow up on a question Ive asked about my policy. Was told I would be called back and 2 days later have not heard a word despite leaving another message. Poor customer service, in my opinion.
