Hes always been very helpful when I have a claim or other questions. Same also goes for his staff when hes not available. Even when I wanted to get him as my insurance provider he made it easier to get rid of the other guy.

We changed from our car insurance company that we had had for many years due to continuous rises in our premiums. And we were not given a good reason for increases other than our credit score and our insurance score. We notified, they told me that it was due to mileage, because they had changed their coverage on mileage. We were told they would get back to us that exact day after talking to underwriters, but we heard no more from them. I called and canceled our car insurance with them and we went with ALLSTATE and had them bundle our car with our homeowners insurance. Our premiums went down almost 2/3. Again, I would definitely recommend ALLSTATE insurance for car. And, I would definitely recommend ALLSTATE insurance for car or Home or bundle them.

Not helpful at all the app was giving alot of trouble to pay and when i had questions nobody called back 2 weeks later never going to another company lile this
