I have been working with State Farm all my adult life, which is several decades. Stephanie and Edward are very knowledgeable, and always answer the many detailed questions I ask. I have confidence that I can trust the information they give me. I particularly like that they contact me every couple of years to see if my insurance needs have changed.

I called the Ed Dunn Agency to help me get a commercial general liability policy and a workmans comp policy. Ed Dunn thought I did not need the workmans comp policy but I insisted since it was for a new customer. Stephanie Flores immediately expedited my wishes and within 24 hours I was able to email both policies to my customer. However Ed Dunn was correct that I did not need the workmans comp policy and Stephanie immediately filed paperwork to have the policy withdrawn. I put the company through many unnecessary hoops. They are a very expedient, efficient and friendly team. Certainly a five star company!! Kudos to the Ed Dunn Agency, place for all your insurance needs.

Edward is a great agent with knowledgeable office staff. We have been with State Farm for over 20 years. They are not the most nor the least expensive insurance company but they are one of the best. I have looked into other insurance companies over the years and have been enticed by lower rates but I am aware of low rates initially only to have the rates adjust one or two policy periods later. At that point, I would be shopping again so I have stayed with State Farm to avoid that stress in my life. We changed State Farm agents because of office staff. Our previous agent was great but the office staff was subpar in their ability to engage in conversations with us, and to understand questions being asked. Explanations of policies, billing, and coverage was confusing and contradictory and this necessitated a change in agents. We have never looked back and are very appreciative of Edward and his staff! Our questions are answered clearly & promptly. Thanks

Started off really Well was with them for a little over 2 yrs. unfortunately our rates kept going up EVERY month. we had called and he was able to fix a few times, well this month apparently he had to much on his plate our bill went up doubled we tried for the past 3 weeks (even though Mr. Dunn argued it wasnt that long I have email dates) to get this sorted out and finally got a response literally when we were on our way to another company. well now they still took the payment out even though we had cancelled our policy with them only to find out they are not refunding it all. which he has explained to me why not all, however if we could have gotten a call saying Look we are still going to charge this much, things would have been so much better from our end now I have over drafts fees which we get charged daily etc. Id Recommend going to another agent if you choose to go to state farm. maybe someone more dependable.

Used to be great. But now all they care about is how to sell you more services. New staff has has little knowledge of the services they are providing and does not follow through.
