THE MOSSAMAN AGENCYInept service, lies to clients.Took took payments from us for insurance that we never had.By phone, assured us coverage for one of our cars for which they N E V E R issued a policy.Spent nearly $1000 and two days of labor to make small repairs that THEY Demanded only to be told we had done nothing.Owner, apparently barely out of diapers, based on a complete lack of basic COMMUNICATIONS skills, is puerile, and RUDE. Shows NO interest in the welfare of his clients.Save your hard-earned money.In a city with a virtual ocean of insurance dealers, why choose a sinking ship 🛳?Go elsewhere for your insurance needs.ANYWHERE.I will take my satisfaction in watching the cobwebs grow once they fold up shop and lose their business. My mother received a letter from this agency in the mail regarding some Home insurance. When we called together we were greeted immediately by a sweet young ladys voice and welcomed. In my experience with sheisty insurance brokers here in the city who are pushy and rude, this Agency is heaven sent, where the agents are professional and explain, in detail, a lot of things I didnt even know about insurance. They took extra steps to make sure that my 80 year old mother understood exactly what she was getting. Even explained that she can get money back! For being claim free, they said. Extremely gratuitous to this agency for being so kind, professional, and treating my mother and I like they really care.

When we signed up for insurance with the mossimann group, the agent who signed us up told us all our properties would be covered. I wont mention any name. However,. When we received our first statement only one of our vehicles and two of three of our properties were insured. Now we received a very cold and unspecific letter stating were sorry, were not able to provide you insurance. This coming three days after I boosted our FICO score with the three leading reporting agencies( the credit bureau) Shyler mossimans unprofessional letter to us implies , theres something negative in my file of a credit reporting agency. Perhaps Shyler Mossimann did us a favor by showed his true colors early on before we gave him thousands of dollars. He never told us a specific reason he dropped us just that we should request a copy of the report with LexisNexis whatever it is, Im sure its a mistake and will be corrected. However, the mossimann group made a mistake that can not be corrected. Allstate may be great insurance, its this one agency that is not... Its run by kids. Consider this a heads up.
