Stranded, I called my roadside assistance company (GEICO). They asked me to pick a tow company to transport my inoperable car to the garage of my choice. Therefore, I needed my car delivered to my townhouse without a driveway. Roadside Assistance picked a towing company to tow my car, but stated my presence wasnt allowed (blaming covid, vaccination proof and mask meant nothing). This meant I could have my car towed and then be stranded. Eventually, I was lucky enough to get Perlman Towing on the line. Perlman arrived sooner than expected on New York State border. Driver did everything, was courteous, and took the time to drive around my neighborhood and patiently help me find a street spot where he could place my car without morning parking tickets. The Perlman crew were more helpful than my paid service provider. These guys, from dispatcher to responding operator, were friendly, patient, and of course helpful. Im very lucky to have had Perlmans take my call while working with Pelmans -- many thanks to their hard workers.

I needed a 1957 Thunderbird towed from a skinny driveway and out of a garage in the far corner of a lot with a tenants car parked right in the way. The driver was an expert. They are professional and really good at what they do.

Dont call this people they send you drunk drivers.

Perlmans was dispatched for roadside assistance through geico because my car was stuck in a sheet of ice after a recent episode of freezing rain. their driver, Chris, arrived 15-20 minutes earlier than expected and got my car out quickly and with no drama. great experience.

Was cut off by one of their drivers on the I-90 ramp while driving home with my two children in the back. After he cut off he flashed his top lights to rub it in. If thats how they drive might want to avoid.

Great company. Called on a busy snow day, all their drivers were out, the guy on the phone was so helpful, luckily it wasnt an emergency, so we were able to work out a time for someone to get here and help me. Other places I called either said NO they couldnt help or they didnt service the area. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PERLMANS.

Called on a Saturday afternoon. Others I called said 2 hrs or more. Perlman’s was there in 1/2 hr. (Maybe because I was a cash customer, and partially blocking a road).The dispatcher (Shane?) and the driver (Chris) couldn’t have been more friendly.I highly recommend them!
