James was absolutely amazing in response to my call for assistance when my sons car died today! He not only assessed the problem and had my car running in less than five minutes, but also called and found a new battery for me! I drove immediately to Battery Exchange where my new battery was installed in less than ten minutes. I have never had such great service in my life! Thank you, James!

Most if not all of the negative ratings for this business are around towing, not around wrecking & salvage. My business with them is around buying car & truck parts and in that arena they are great. Prices are fair. They are patient and helpful. I will continue to buy parts from them. Nobody likes having a vehicle towed. Ive only given one positive rating to a towing company ever (out of several in 52 years of driving) so I probably wouldnt like having them tow me either, but the wrecking yard is one of the the best Ive found.

Very friendly and personal service. I was stranded on the freeway for 8 hours after my semi truck gave out. Called a different tow company in the area and they refused to pull the semi off of the trailer so another driver could take the load. They also werent willing to problem solve to get the truck towed, finally abandoning the job, making me lose hours of time. I called AA towing around 1am and the woman who answered my call also assured me they would do everything possible to get my truck towed. I was in tears trying to resolve everything in freezing cold weather and AA towing came to my rescue. I highly recommend their services and they have a new lifetime customer, me! Thank you AA towing for rescuing my truck and me off of I5 South❤ blessings to all of you.

Had a blowout on highway 34; called AAA and they issued out a driver from AA Towing within 15 minutes. A gentleman named Charles got my car hooked up, towed to my house and unhooked in less than 45 minutes! Amazing customer service, he was very pleasant and professional. Couldnt have asked for a better, less stressful experience! Thank you!

I had a bad day at Lowes and locked myself out of my truck while it was running, I called every where which they wanted to charge me over 100.00 to use a jimmy and wait for 45 minutes to get to my location which they were located in Albany. I decided screw these guys I am calling AAA and they wanted to charge me 60.00 to help me back into my truck, took them less than 10 minutes to arrive and less than 5 seconds to unlock my truck. I tried paying the man with my card but he told me dont worry about it just go have a better day, of course after checking my ID and registration to ensure this was my truck. This man was respectful and very helping which I will not forget what he did for me

I called to have a simple forklift moved they quoted me $200 an hour for that kind of money you can move a hundred ton truck crane on a 9 axle low bed this business is completely incompetent and ridiculous at the obstronomical rates that they charge I would not recommend this business

I had to have my truck towed this morning... I was impressed. It cost me $90, and I think that was a fair price. David was there within a half-hour of my call. He was pleasant, professional, and highly-skilled. I rate the whole experience at 100%.

My Son died 3 days ago. He past away in his truck that also had all his personal belongings. These guys towed his truck. I understand they were contracted and had to tow it. However I have owned a towing company in central Oregon for the past 20years and I have never charged a family who just lost someone I have paid out of my own pocket to make sure they weren’t burdened more then they already are with their loss however not only did these guys have the truck less then 20min they also charged full price and were completely insensitive to the loss of my son and what my family is going through. They added more burden to a already impossible situation. So great job taking from a family who has just last so much.

They charged me $417 to tow my car about 5.5 miles, after I totaled it in an accident. Then proceeded to charge me for storage. The car was totaled and they wanted me to bring them the title and pay $750 for tow and storage of a totaled car that they are keeping anyway. If I refuse to pay they said I would be charged for storage until the time of the auction and will have to pay $2177. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Dont let the police call for a tow for you if you are in an accident call yourself and DONT CALL AA Towing.

I had AA Towing pick up my 2014 Dodge Ram, they were very careful with my truck. They got to there a lot sooner than was expected and was fast at loading and getting me to the dealership. I was impressed with the drivers professionalism. I plan to call them again if I ever need a tow again. The cost was very affordable, I had expected to spend a lot more. I will make sure family and friends call them first.

Adam towed us from the I5 to Danes Auto Service so we could rent a uhaul and get back home to Canada. We were so emotional and stressed about our vehicle leaving us stranded. He was incredible, a truly amazing human being with a heart of gold. Outstanding service from him and he was absolutely lovely to be around.

Be sure you know Oregon Motor Vehicle law inside and upside down if you are unlucky enough to have this business tow a car. It happened to me, years after I had sold the car. The new owner never changed the title to his name. The car was abandoned on the side of the road and the police had this company tow it. The company said it informed me towards the last day in which it legally must after the company had it inpounded. However, even the way I was supposedly informed was strange. AA said it had sent a letter to me through another company in the Portland area, a letter I never received. I found out about the towed car through a collection company almost a year after it was towed! Long story short, if I hadnt connected with a great person at the Salems Department of Motor Vehicles, I would never have known there is a law on the books that once you have turned paperwork into the DMV that you no longer own that car and have proof, you do NOT have to pay for the towing and storage fees. I believe both this towing company and their letter-sending company were trying to con me. If there was less than a one star, I, too, would use that option as someone else said.

I used to work for them, and still go by to say hi. See Dave at the counter, he is there from 8:am to 5:30pm.

Highway Robbery! What a way to punch people and take advantage of them while they are down. I got my car towed from in front of my house because my neighbor didnt know it was mine. I was at work and couldnt get the car until the next day. $210 for less than a 24 hour stay. If you dont pay, you dont get your car and the bill just keeps going up. Talk about a way to rape the public. I will never use their services for anything ever!

These people are dishonest. I was quoted $280 by the lady on the phone but when it came down to it they charged me $314. They had no explanation even after looking at the invoice. Patronize ethical businesses not dishonest outfits like AA Towing and Auto Wrecking.

Overcharged. $300My insurance covered the recovery.They charge me for travel time back to their yard.?..I understand being charged coming (travel time to location) and being charged for the time it takes to do recovery.They did not tell me theyre going to charge me for the travel time time back to the yard.When I talk to them on the phone and my insurance talk to them on the phone they mentioned nothing of this, then when they were done there was a change.Also bill me $50 for use of the strap and was not told that there would be any additional charges for using a strap.

Waited an hour for tow truck to come open my truck. Called another company an hour later at 2am and they showed first. Still no truck from AA. They said they had a driver in town and we sat here for 3 hours total without assistance.

We had a bubble in our tire and a very tight budget. A lot of people in Albany referred us to AA Towing and we were able to get a used tire for $20 👍👍 We were very satisfied with their customer service and their price.

HORRENDOUS! They got my car PARTIALLY on the truck and they charged me for a FULL towing!! NEVER using them again! And when I went in to ask them about my bill, they admitted that they charged me for a full towing because they have to make profit. I am astounded. They lack of integrity of these people shocks me. I only put 1 star because thats the minimum.

Bought a motor with carb, had it delivered no carb. When back to Dave to get, gave me an in pieces carb. He said that was the one. Liar and a theif, dont set your wallet down.

Rude people crappy money return policy. They couldnt get a part and I used my debt card. Instead of refunding it by manually entering it I had to drive back the second time 20 miles just to get my money. Then had to wait 5 days for it to be returned to my bank. I needed this done now not 5 days later. So 40 miles wasted later and a line of bs they gave Ill never be back.

My car was stolen and the cops found it after 12 and a half hours in AA tow yard the total cost of the tow and storage was $305 so my car has been stole found stolen and held for ransom

Pulled half way into the burgerville lot, an AA tow truck was parked to the left, a broken down car to the right, the owner of the car waved me through.. I drove in between the car and tow truck, as we neared the front of the truck, the driver started to pull forward, but saw us, and hit the brakes. As we slowly proceeded, he layed on the (very loud)horn for a few seconds. This seemed rather unnecessary, and unprofessional. We had no where else to go, and were blocking the drive through exit. That particular driver should be in the yard, not out in the field..

I went in to pick/buy parts and waited at the counter patiently with a smile on my face to ask a question. When the a--hole behind the counter finally hung up the phone, it was to yell What?! in my face from 2 feet away. Seriously. Never went back.
