Make sure you have the right size ring before you put any engrave letters on it. If you resized it, you have the pay again for the letters to be engraved again. Even with the insurance. They failed to mention that to me. Unbelievable.

Visited for the first time. I was very impressed with their knowledge. I was more impressed over the fact that they were not pushy at all. My sales associate, Tonya, was amazing at helping me pick earrings and rings.

My fiancé bought my engagement ring here the diamond fell out days after getting it after waiting five weeks. Got it back three days later the diamond fell out yet again, We returned the ring and start looking for something else. I then brought a different engagement ring they sent it out to be sized got it back as the wrong size, As I went to pick it up today everybody in the store basically told me that there was nothing that they could do for me it is now going on four months and I have yet to wear my engagement ring for more than three days. I just don’t understand how a company can make so many mistakes and not even care! I’m heartbroken the first time okay but 4 months later and I still don’t have a ring on my finger! How is this even possible!

Amazing jewelry, kindest and most informative sales people. I went to Kay’s first, who were obnoxiously rude and went right to zales and it couldn’t have been such opposite ends of the spectrum with two stores right across from each other. Every time I went in and called they were wonderful and helpful. If the newer members didn’t know the answer they brought over the manager to help. I found the ring someplace else slightly cheaper, but given their customer service and they protection plan I chose to get it there instead.

My wife and I exchanged her ring and band for a more expensive one at the end of February 2018. The store manage unfortunately messed up the exchange and did not give us credit for my wifes old band. When this was noticed days after and brought to the managers attention she stated she would meet with the district manager on 3/2/18. Days after I did not hear anything from the store manage and called the store to find out the status and was told there was a issue and the refund wasnt processed but the store manager guaranteed me it would be done on 3/20/18 when she had a meeting with the store manager again. I called the store on 3/20 and spoke to the assistant manager who stated she would text the store manager and make sure she would contact me that day to tell me the status of my refund. Its now 3/21 no word from the store manager and when contacting the store and customer service I was told the store manager is off today and there is nothing they can assist me with as the store manager is the only person in the company who knows the status of my refund.
