I took in a beautiful stainless Rolex in mint condition with all the original paperwork and original green seal with both original boxes. He robbed me. He only offered me $2300.00 for the watch it had the original sapphire crystal.

I went here based off of other reviewers because i needed a sentimental watch fixed, and i was tired of dealing with bigger chain stores... The store is *beautiful*, and the staff was super friendly! Justin took exceptional care of helping me and coordinating to get the watch fixed BEFORE my husband and mys anniversary... which was AMAZING and so appreciated! I came here to have my engagement ring sized and to have the epoxy re-done on the gem, and I couldnt be happier. Not only was the work done extremely quickly, but it was also of a very high quality.
