I dropped off a yeti cup to be engraved. I was given an estimate of $30 for the engraving. I had someone pick up the cup for me, and they were charged $100 for the engraving. Not only was it over three times the quote, but it was barely legible. When I called and talked to Rick about my confusion with the price and my disappointment with the performance his only response was he had seen worse.

Best place I have ever been I had my engagement ring upsized and its perfect. The customer service was super nice and only took one day to get the ring not to mention very very very affordable...i definitely will be going back.

I dropped off my wedding set as well as a bracelet that my ex husband bought me that i wanted to get appraised. This was on 6/2/20. I know how much the bracelet was worth because he bought it from there. I wasnt told when i dropped off my jewelry that there was a fee for the apprasial. I also asked that they have my wedding ring removed from the engagement ring (they were soldered together) and that was a charge of $20. They kept my jewelry until 7/1/20. When i went to pick up my jewelry i was told it would cost $80. I was like for what? I was told it would cost $20. Then i realized it was for the apprasial. Mr. Steve Allen came jumping out of his office and said you werent told there was a charge for the apprasial? I said no. So he snatched the apprasial back and said well well just take the apprasial back and you can just pay for the removal of your wedding band. Who waited on you? I told him that i didnt remember even though I did, I wasnt about to get the lady in trouble. I have never dealt with anyone so rude in my life. What he should have done is said well since no one told you there was a charge for the apprasial, then this time we wont charge you but from now on there is a charge of ..... But no he wanted to be a straight up a***. I wont do business with them again.

Simply the BEST. Steve, Joy, and staff have always been quick to actually help and slow to overwhelm, which can be easy to happen when relying on an expert in a field in which few have expertise. We are going on our third generation of loyal customers of Allen’s and could not be more pleased. Engagement to wedding to re- sizing to re-setting stones to fabricating new from old to cleaning and care of timepieces, they can do it all. Thank you Steve and Joy. We appreciate you!

Our family has been shopping at Allen’s Jewelers for decades. From special occasion jewelry (wedding bands and earrings) to special occasion gifts (engraved frames for a First Communion) the team at Allen’s is simply the best. They are terrific. Definitely five stars.

I have let them work on several things for me! They have repaired my earrings that I received when I was 16. They also have done a lot of engraving for me and even made a gold necklace for me! Evertime I have been there they have been friendly and what matters most is the fact that they were reasonable and totally understood my vision. If I ever need anything jewelry wise they are the only jeweler I trust!

I went to Allens to have my late mothers ring repaired and ended up buying a set of pearls as well. I have been to Allens before and have yet to be displeased!! They are the most courteous and professional people ever! Ive recommended them to other people and will continue to do so.

My wife and I have used Allens to size a few rings and been very happy with the results and the service.We recently had them repair a ring that we had taken elsewhere to be re-sized. We had them replace half the shank. The difference between what we brought them and what they returned to us was astounding. We could not be more pleased with the results. The fellow up the road may have been cheaper, but for quality results, Allens is well worth the additional money.

Curtious and very helpful in helping me choose the right diamond.The only jeweler I found in this surrounding area that is GIA approved.Also felt secure in leaving my jewelry to be correctly appraised.

Do not take your watch there. Went to Allens to have my Jaeger LeCoultre watch repaired. The auto winder was tapping a bridge due to a hard knock. It would not hold power while wearing & the winder made a noise. This is not a difficult repair. I almost didnt give it to them because everyone working there were so dour. I wrote down the problems on a separate paper to be attached to the work order & was told it would take 3-4 weeks. Each time I checked on it after 3 weeks I was treated rudely. After 6 weeks I was called that it was ready. It was not repaired. I was lectured that this watch, that I have been wearing for 43 years, is not designed to hold a charge longer than 6 hours & all autos make noise! JLCs hold power for 40 hours & never make noise. I asked that it be returned to the repairer (somewhere near Atlanta) & was told that it would be sent back through USPS insured mail (The first time it was batched with other watches & shipped when convenient). My integrity was questioned, but worse my knowledge of watches was questioned. Instead of shipping the next Monday, they put it on a auto watch winder, which forced it to wind though the watch was broken. This may have caused additional harm. Again I was told that I was wrong. Im a fool for entrusting my watch with people who do not know timepieces & seem to want to be as unfriendly as possible.
