I was told by a watch shop that my grandfather’s watch was corroded and needed to be gutted if I wanted it replaced. They quoted me 60 dollars, minimum. Nor took a look at it, and found that it actually only needed to be internally reset. The watch is old and I wasn’t expecting it to be fixable, but Nor was awesome! Fixed a broken chain for me too, and both were well under the 60 I was quoted elsewhere for just the watch.The service was quick, affordable, thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. If you need something watch or jewelry wise, this is the place to go.

I brought in a piece of costume jewelry that I have that broke. The piece had sentimental value in spite of being made of cheap metal. They were able to repair it, good as new, for a very reasonable price. I definitely would recommend them.

Excellent customer service, fair prices, quick service, excellent work, and friendly staff.I wanted my watch battery replaced and was hoping it could be cleaned, including cleaning some yellowing around the edges of the glass. A couple of ther places have said that cleaning the yellowing glue wasnt possible with the way my watch was constructed, but these guys were able to clean it so that it looks like new :)Overall great experience, and Ill definitely be going back.

I have bought 2 very pretty sterling silver chains from Nor which he resized in a few minutes for my daughter and one had enough extra length that he made it into a bracelet. In the few minutes it took to resize the chain today we looked over his beautiful display of gold and silver jewelry much of which he has designed and made himself.

This is a very professional jeweler who was knowledgeable on fitting my new watch and bracelet. I also had him polish a watch and replace batteries in two or them. Very reasonable prices (much less than I anticipated) and he did a great job!

Bad service he lied to me from the jump try to take Some of my gold from my ring they repair then bought a chain and put a deposit on a grill I called today he said it was finish I was on my way there he called me back said that it’s not finish wasn’t even respectful about his mistake I went in to get my refund because of the name mixed up because grills are no refundable if it doesn’t fit or etc so that was his first mistake so I went in there and he told me he wasn’t giving me a refund try to make a lot of excuse to make me still continue to do the purchase then I had to get all lawyerish on this guy to receive my refund smh what a bad experience I would never go here again
