Don is AMAZING! My carpets were damaged when we moved in. The old owners had dogs and clearly did not like to clean up after them properly or vacuum! And to top it off, I have 2 huskies, 1 chiweenie, 2 cats, and 3 small kids! Yes, I am crazy! But Don makes it easier to be crazy and clean! I have had him do my carpets twice. Both times I am amazed. The bedroom have older carpet in them and he has brought them back to life. My living room carpet always looks new again. He just does his work with a smile! His mask even has his face on it, smiling! Which was a HUGE hit with my kids as they watched him in amazement from our dinning room table! My chiweenie also likes to repeatedly remind us that he is in fact, still in the house. Never bothers him! If this doesn’t sell you to him, the price will! I feel like I ripping the man off with how low his prices are! My whole house(living room, 4 bedrooms, split level lower floor, hallway, and 2 sets of steps was less than $75!

So happy with the service! Had stains from four years of little kids, and our carpet looks like new.

I paid $360 cash for carpet dyeing in two small areas from pet stains. THE STAINS LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME AND THE CARPETS ARE WET ONE WEEK LATER. He used an old rotary scrubber and I did not see anything that looked like dye work. He just talked about his secret, patented cleaner which I think was all a fabrication (Proctor & Gamble would steal it?). He says he stands by his work but when I asked him to come back out for his color correction services or for a partial refund, he texted Over and out! Weirdest carpet cleaning experience of my life. I would not recommend AT ALL. I am sick to be out all that money for NOTHING. I should have known that there was a problem when he told me on the phone $150 for each area, then texted it was $325, then showed up and asked for $400 cash. For 30 minutes of work. BEWARE and do not hire this man.
