Aside from a very good job and cleaning my carpet, it was good to support a local business which I like to do when I can. An important part of doing so is having someone communicate as well as Chris did. He responded to all my calls and needs to reschedule and change the original order. He also didnt push to add to the sale and very willingly explained when I asked questions about some of the issues present in this job.

Chris is very professional, responsive, and helpful. He did a fantastic job cleaning out the carpets and putting in a deodorizer. He was very easy to get in contact with and I had no issues scheduling an appointment. He even recommended a better solution and was honest about his pricing. He is fantastic and would definitely recommend!

Its been about 6 weeks since I had my carpet cleaned by Akrosteam and I purposely waited to submit a review to see how the cleaning held up. We had stains due to an ill pet and the carpet was older so my goal was to remove as much stain as possible, deodorize and sanitize. As of today my carpet looks just as beautiful as the day Christopher and Rob left my home. The nap on the rug is still standing up; there has been no bleed through dirt that worked its way to the surface as I experienced with other carpet cleaners due to not removing all the deep down dirt! Im accustomed to 45 minute, one guy, in&out carpet cleaners. AkroSteam sent two experienced guys and they were here for nearly 4 hours. I was kept informed of each of the processes they were doing. It was more like a spa treatment for your floors than a typical quickie cleaning. Carpets now look several years younger. The tile & grout cleaning work made the 20 year old ceramic look like new. Everything smells clean versus perfumed, and, carpets were dry sooner than expected. Not cheap, but, you truly get what you pay for.

Akrosteam came into our home and restreched our carpet and then steam cleaned it. They were very professional in all procedures and put on footies over there shoes and laid carpet down to wipe there feet before they came in and there equipment was very clean. They did an awesome job and I will continue to use them and recommend them.

These guys do amazing work! We have a large house that is a rental and our last tenant lived there for 8 years and never ran a vacuum. We had pretty much decided the carpeting was beyond help and was going to replace it all until a friend recommended that we give Akrosteam a try. They did UNBELIEVABLE work! The carpets look amazing! Some of the stains were really bad and we had no hope that they would come clean, but they did! They treated some of the stains with 2 different types of stain removers. They worker really hard on our carpets, and we were very impressed! They offered to come back and treat anything a second time if needed. We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them for their great customer service and product!

Akrosteam is a 5 + star organization in my book. We had new carpet installed and 3 weeks later my wife fell and split her head open which resulted in a ton of blood on a very light colored carpet. Carpet installer recommended Akrosteam and Chris was out in about 2 hours, gave us an estimate and had a crew out that afternoon. Blood is extremely difficult to remove but they worked and worked until it was gone!! We are so impressed that we now have them scheduled to come back and clean the carpet in the rest of the house.

Chris & his crew arrived when scheduled & did an amazing job cleaning my carpet & grout. When some stains wicked back through, Chris personally returned to attend to those areas. I was referred to Lee by a good friend who knows flooring and highly recommended him. My mom was selling her home and all the flooring was original ...17 years old. He provided a quote to clean both the carpeting as well as tile (and grout that had discolored over the years). We had a timing issue as the house was being prepared to have photos taken and listed for sale. I had the interior of my car steam cleaned today. I have had the car for four years and never had it professionally cleaned. The interior is light gray and with two kids it was an absolute disaster. Coffee stains, chocolate, dirt, and all kinds of other stains the kids embedded into the interior. The results of the deep cleaning they did is amazing! It looks like I have a new car again.
