Stanley Steemer came out to clean bedroom carpets, carpeted stairs, tile floor/grout and a fabric sofa. I appreciated their professionalism throughout. After looking at the sofa, they were upfront that cleaning it with their steam method would damage it, and they even recommended the competition who would do dry cleaning of this kind of fabric couch. Carpets and tiles look great.

Paid to have a shower done - everything within arms reach was good, but there was grout higher up that was still black and easily wiped off by hand after they left.Edit: Brad from QC called me and personally came out and completed the job, it looks much better and I appreciate them going above and beyond.

After my rooms were done. O had to go back over and get the stains out myself. When I called the company they just said thanks for the input. No offer to refund any of my money. I spent alot and had to redo on my own dime.

Booked an appt and the original crew that came seemed a bit rushed. They did their job but didn’t spend time on the problem areas, I felt. In and out. So I called to see if we could get someone to try again with a little more care and thought into the job, as it didn’t smell fresh like I was hoping and Brad Adams came out and did amazing. He kept me informed, showed me every step of his process, spent extra time where it was needed and was super nice! Thanks Brad for the extra care in making sure I felt the job was done well. Nothing against the two young me that did the job. They only follow directions from their corporate office.That being said I thought it would be a different experience than the chem dry place I used in the past. I believe my carpet could have been cleaner had I went with Mikes Carpet Cleaning again. I may use him after all.What really drives me nuts is the carpet being so wet after they are finished. I am not even sure they got the dirt out of the carpet due to the amount of water used.I am going to get my little carpet cleaner and do a test spot now.There is no doubt the chem dry spot would have been a better option due to the amount of water used and the dirt that got sucked up through the carpet since this carpet is old.I could not see if there was any real difference in the carpet from before and after photos. Now that the carpet if starting to dry there really is no difference

Whole house carpet cleaning 6 room, hallway and strairs with protectant. Brittany and Zack called first, was on time, professional, respectful and courteous. As Brittany cleaned carpet, Zack moved furniture and return to original location, placing floor proctectures under all furniture to include nurmerous plant stands. They gave detailed instructions to not walk on capet with cotton socks for 3 hours as protectant will absorb in socks removing it from carpet; carpet should be dry from cleaning after 24 hrs.; pad to be left under metal plant stands 3 to 4 days to ensure carpet dry to prevent rusting metal. Stanley Steemer (Akron location) always delivers and does an excellent job with my carpets. I have light colored carpet, so I have them come out every few months to clean my carpet. The annual contract (offered at some locations) is excellent to have if you are having your carpet cleaned often. Every technician that has come to my home are respectful, professional, explains/confirms the services offered, ways to keep the carpet cleaned and does excellent work. Scheduling appointments are easy and I can get whatever date/time that works for me, including ease of rescheduling. They also call you in advance to see if it is acceptable to come early and calls when they are on their way (on time). I will continue to use Stanley Steemer (Akron location). I have used Stanley Steemer before and it has always been great but this time they caused damage to my wall and didnt mention it at all. Not a little ding but removed paint down to the wood over a 2 foot area. If they would have just told me what happen I would have understood and handled it but to try and cover it up and not mention it is way wrong. I will not use Stanley Steemer again due to this so they ruined a valued for the past 5 years.

I definitely recommend Allen and Jayden! You never know who are are getting and these guys are top notch. They cleaned the grout in my kitchen and it looks as good as it did 10yrs ago when it was installed. I ended up having them clean the carpet in my house and was very satisfied, but to be honest the value is in the grout cleaning. They spent 2-3X the amount of time in my kitchen as they did on my carpet and it looks amazing! Once everything dried, my grout lines looked like brand new!

They were able to come the week that I called while a competitor wasn’t able to come for over a month. This crew arrived on time and immediately got to work setting up their equipment for air duct cleaning and was very careful not to damage anything in our home. They were friendly and professional. I have used Stanley Steemer for years, but this last time I was even more pleased with the way my carpet turned out! I really didnt think the crew could get rid of the stains, but they did. Most every stain was gone when the guys finished and were talking stains from family dinners, grandchildren and a new puppy! From the friendly man who answered the phone to make my appointment to the young men who did the cleaning, I couldnt have been more pleased. I hope the next time I call I can get the same crew. Everytime I get SS, they price gauge me for way more than what I was quoted. I was supposed to pay 200 something, they try to upsell you then come back with a 500 dollar quote! Jesus, I could buy new carpet for that much for the area they cleaned. I see ads for $119 for 2 rooms. I call bs on that. I just want a simple cleaning service, I dont want a salesman. I still ended up paying near $400. I will find a local trustworthy company next time.

Zachary was awesome. I will be requesting him again by name as soon as we can some more rooms cleared out. He made some good recommendations for future cleanings. Told me how long to let the carpet dry. Our living room carpet looks brand new! He was quick and told me what to expect and he was super nice and friendly and wore his mask during the entire process and I felt safe and comfortable being a working mom. Awesome service.

I paid 160$ for my dining room chairs. I thought that was a crazy amount. They weren’t here long and my chairs weren’t that bad. But I checked around and that was the going rate. So it is what it is. But the two men that came to my house were so nice, they showed me all the chairs when they were done. I had kids at my house they were super friendly and understanding with that. They did an amazing job. And I wasn’t going to get my carpets done but after seeing how nice my chairs are and just the customer satisfaction I have, I’ll be calling back to schedule my carpets!

I had Stanley Steemer clean my ducts and my carpets and both teams that came out were very professional and did a great job. I had a fuse blow out in my furnace and the duct team came back to help me with it at no extra charge! They were life savers for helping me with that and I will definitely be using them for these services again in the future!

Ive used Stanley Steemer on multiple occasions. The carpets always come clean very nicely. I usually get them deodorized as well because of the dogs and the last two times Ive noticed the deodorizer does not work well. I had my living room cleaned due to a dog accident and the odor is still there. I think its time to invest in my own carpet cleaner.

I have used Stanley Steemers many times over the last several years and have been pleased with their service and professionalism. However, I was not impressed with this particular team at all. The lead young man was polite, but I did not feel they were thorough in their services. They did not wear booties over their shoes and did not pay attention to the spots I needed them to. They would not have even moved the furniture if I had not asked them to! I did not sign anything at the end nor did they go over protocol for letting it dry etc. They told me I could go ahead and walk on it which has never been the case for any previous cleaning. I fully expect that I will have to call Stanley and have them come back out once it dries, and, if I do, I will not want the same team to come. :(

I have used Stanley Steamer for several years and was disappointed this time. There were a couple of areas that remained spotted after the carpet dried that I was able to get out with my Hoover Steam Cleaner. I requested a specific staff member who has done a great job in the past and for the second time, I did not get him. I understand there were call offs on my day of cleaning, but this is the first time they only sent one person.

Very friendly, polite, and on time!! They cleaned one room and an area rug. Both areas came out very nice. My only area of dissatisfaction was the price. I didnt expect my area rug to cost way more than the actual room that was done! $100 to clean a rug that cost me about $200 seemed a bit pricey. I will shop around for a better price next time!

This is the second time I have had my basement and stairs cleaned from Stanley Steamer. They are a professional and efficient team of individuals who do a great job! They called me 15 minutes before arriving, which was great so I could get the rooms picked up before they got there for the cleaning! I will definitely be using them again!

My experience today and the last time I had carpet cleaned were excellent. My carpet is off white so it is easy to get dirty. Each time it’s been cleaned it has gotten back to looking very nice.People have been cute it’s and friendly and done their job well with professionalism.
