We had about 500 sq ft of tile cleaned by Veterans Floor and Tile Cleaners. They were very efficient, professional and the tile looks wonderful!! It has a beautiful sheen that I haven’t seen in years.I can’t wait till they come back and clean our carpet next!!The entire staff was great, from the first call in to inquire about pricing ,through the process of the cleaning.

I am absolutely blown away by both the service and results of my carpet cleaning experience with Veterans. Mike and his crew are professional, courteous, and friendly. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and making customers happy! We had our 2 year old carpet cleaned this morning throughout the house. It was cream/white when it was installed, but looked beige (we have 3 small dogs and a toddler). They cleaned and eliminated the pet urine stains and our carpet is plush (like new). The BEST part is, it smells amazing! I really wish I had before pictures!! 5 PLUS stars!

After the loss of 2 elderly dogs, and raising a puppy we knew our carpets were in need of some much needed TLC. As a local business owner myself I strive to keep business local and found Veterans from my own social and Google review search. I called and spoke to the owner Mike who answered all my questions (never having our carpets professionally cleaned) and learned about their services. He was able to schedule me in that week. The 2 men who arrived were very professional, reviewed all the rooms and my concerns in each room. Even Mike the owner came by to check to make sure how everything was going and even jumped in to help give some extra attention to our pet stains. The drastic difference - not only in their process of vacuuming, stain treatment and cleaning is amazing! They removed stains that were on the carpet from the previous owners so theyve been there for YEARS. Professional, on time, friendly and local!

As a prior on site property manager for 10 years, Veterans Carpet is the only ONLY carpet cleaning company that actually get stains out and makes the carpets feel clean. Others may appear clean when wet, but as soon as it dries, the flooring feels just as dingy as before. This place is extremely irresponsible and rude.I scheduled an appointment for carpet repair and waited for a week. I sent them a reminder just In case that they forgot. They do not reply until exact the morning of the repair day. Since they do not reply, we are afraid that they would still come on the day because that’s a set up appointment. So I asked my husband to ask for one day leave and waited at home. In the morning on that day, they told me that they could not make it.I said you should have said that early. We waited for a week and my husband asked for one day leave for that. That interrupted our lives. But they said, they told me early enough and do not even realize that they got it wrong. That’s ridiculous. The day on the service day with just a few hours ahead could not be considered early. They also do not have a good attitude for saying that.Do not choose them unless you would like to be highly disappointed!

We recently had Alex out to our home in Cuyahoga Falls and they did a FANTASTIC job! Alex was very friendly, answered all our questions and made sure we were 100% satisfied before leaving. I have depended on Veterans Carpet Cleaning for treatment of my carpets since May 2019. I had my ENTIRE household carpet cleaned. AMAZING results!!!! The price is VERY REASONABLE! Very friendly, honest professionals. The house looked and smelled amazing. Since then, I have had to call twice for repeat treatments (kids, pets and grankids made spills of soda and tea) Super cheap to come back and hit spots and high traffic areas. Veterans was called in to ascertain whether they could get grout and tile clean that was heavily soiled with dog urine and sealed in with floor wax. We were very pleased with the results. Great work at a fair price. The equipment they brought along with the tricks of the trade were impressive. I asked for business cards so I can recommend their service. Outstanding customer service! We had the carpets cleaned before moving into our new home. Not only were the cleaning services great, they also repaired a few holes in the carpet and sprayed the carpets with something to get rid of the pet odors. They are also extremely reasonably priced. They came to my home and clean fast very fast. I felt as if my carpets were about the same when they left . plus when I asked them each what branch of the military they served in. the all said it just the name of the company we are NOT vets.

Excellent service! They removed pet urine stains and the smell permanently instead of masking the odor. Their special product continues to work for days after the cleaning...getting rid of the urine so my dog couldnt even smell it anymore. I moved into a house that the previous owners pets had been urinating in the livingroom. They had the carpets cleaned and I couldnt tell there was urine in the padding..but my dog could smell it and started having accidents for the first time in her life. After having the carpet cleaned by Veterans Carpet, she never peed in the house again! Thank you!!!
