Previously took our vehicles to Jenkins Auto but will no longer, wanting me to purchase a car part that was unnecessary and when I said I will wait he got a bad attitude and told me to pick up the car!!! Also, every time I went there it was exactly a $300 charge! Dont waste your time here.

MR JENKINS IS VERY HONEST AND FAIR WITH HIS PRICES . HE UNDERSTANDS WOMEN ARE THE CUSTOMERS THAT GET RIPPED OFF THE MOST, AND EXPLAINS HIS REPAIRS IN PLAN LANGUAGE AND NOT SCARE TATICS THE OTHER MECHANICS .

My experience with jenkins auto I thought went well, then I sold my car to a mechanic which I told that I got a new Fuel Pump PUT on..Wow, this mechanic had trouble starting the car and realized he better check it...he took the fuel pump jenkins installed out to realize it wasnt even the right fuel pump for the right car. Not only that, jenkins told me he got the part from car parts warehouse, well low and behold this mechanic had an account with CPW. Took the part over there and they told him, that fuel pump come out of a junk yard..i have a picture of the one this mechanic bought from CPW and the one that jenkins installed. Wow, I feel if jenkins took advantage of me, he is doing it to alot of people..i do plan to pursue this further..Good luck jenkins auto..you will NOT ever get business from me nor anyone I know. Let alone my son could of blown up, he had the wires rigged together with duct tape..
