This place is amazing!!! Took my Hummer in for an alignment, they didnt have any openings but after explaining what was going on they fit me in that day. Got my baby back a few hours later and she is perfect! She drives amazing now. great great guys working here, they really went above and beyond to make sure I was safe out here driving. We got a large piece of metal in a tire. They looked at it immediately for us. It was determined that the tire couldn’t be repaired, so they put the spare tire on for us and charged us NOTHING! We went back the next week and had all 4 tires replaced. They were wonderful to work with. Quick, professional, friendly and helpful!

John, one of the most honest mechanics I’ve ever met, went over all the tires available for my car. He really knew what he was talking about and explained things to me, in layman’s terms, how my car would handle each tire. I’m a female so it was nice to know these things. He helped me pick out tires for my vehicle and they weren’t even top of the line tires as most big name tire shops try and sell you, especially to women! These guys are great. They have the years of experience that enable them to quickly diagnose any problems and you can rest assured that it will be fixed correctly when you leave. Well worth the money. I have been ripped off by too many other mechanics. Even national chains. As long as these guys are around I will never go anywhere else!

Tried them but nah... got tires here and they didnt even last a full year. I had a crack in my rim and they quoted me with a whole new rim stating it couldnt be repaired. Well, I got it repaired elsewhere for a fraction of what they quoted me. Just dont feel like they are the best or most honest car repair around. Lack of consistency and trust lost my business.

Lance and his team did a splendid job on a pre-purchase inspection for a used vehicle that we wanted to purchase. His team did a thorough, exhaustive inspection of the vehicle. We were quite pleased with their warm customer service and their careful attention to detail. After driving 5 hours, they quickly fitted us into their busy schedule and Lance took his time to explain to us all of what was inspected. We wouldn’t have made our vehicle purchase without their help. Their services are truly appreciated! I’d recommend them to anyone needing car servicing.

Very Helpful.. I would definitely recommend Auto Excel. John, I believe is the Senior Technician has excellent knowledge and explains everything in full detail. He made me feel comfortable with the used car I purchased which needed some regular maintenance soon after I bought it. He also worked well with the dealership to coordinate the payment and honor the warranty. My car is a Mini Copper and John is certified in foreign engines. John works on 2 of our personal vehicles as well as our service van. All work is done in a timely manner with no surprises and keeps us updated on everything as well as fitting us in on short notice. Definitely recommend this shop.

These guys are awesome, i woke up to a flat tire this morning so I had to put my spare on and drive to get a plug for my flat.I went to auto excel for the simple fact that they recently put a new starter in my truck and did an amazing job. When i got there I was not disappointed, they were very polite and professional and ended up taking good care of me. I will recommend this business to everyone I know. Went in to have my sunroof repair was told of how much it would be for them just to look at it which I accepted and had an oil change and tires to be rotated at the same time. I only end up getting the oil changed because they said the tires were too worn to have them rotated that I definitely need new tires They were supposed to charge me $80 just to look at the sunroof and I did not charge me anyting for this service and there was no repairs that had to be taken onto the sunroof. Service is always excellent here and they treat me very fair would you recommend it to anybody

I took my car to Auto Excel and had a great experience! When I thought the problem was fixed, I went to drive my car home, but still heard noise. I took my car back to the shop. Lance was nice enough to get in the car with me to hear that not only was my exhaust a problem, my wheel bearing also needed replaced! I was thankful to Lance and Auto Excel for their kindness and expertise! Highly recommended!

This was my first visit here. Was pleased with the service and respect that I was give. He asked me if I knew that I needed a synthetic blend oil which I knew, and he quoted me a price which for the synthetic blend was god price. I was glad he asked before doing it. I was confused about which filter i needed and he said let me check before we proceed. He quoted me a price which was still good. i got the tire rotation also. I have other family members who ago here also. Will be going back when i need service again. thanks for being respectful and taking time to explain things.

I made a 1:00 appointment, and when I arrived, I was met courteously, and my vehicle was taken in at the scheduled time..The work was completed quickly , as my time is valuable.. I was also given other information about inside tire wear that went by undetected by me... Great service at a great price, as 18.95 for oil change, NORMAL Tire rotation and check all fluids is the best value Ive found....This was my 1st visit, and I will utilize them again for future needs !!!

Horrible shop. Well replacing my exhaust manifold, they failed to turn off the sensor for the truck engine light. When I complained, they told me Id have to come back in and pay roughly $100 to do something they should have done the first time I will never go back to this place

Awesome, friendly place, after a week trying to figure out why my car wasnt starting I stopped in trying to get a part tested and they were able to figure out my issue and Im up and running, saved me ~$90 in parts!
