I’ve worked with them in two separate occasions, and both times they were expedient and precise with the job placements. This second time was a bullseye though! Adam was very adamant that I interview for this specific job, although I had my eyes set on something different. Boy, am I glad that I followed his intuition instead of mine? Not only did I get the job he sent me for, but I acquired a position that wasn’t even on the radar! If you are searching for a job, definitely work with Cornerstone. This is the worst place!!Applied through this agency, did my phone interview and was told to keep applying online on their site, not one call about a job for months!! I called severally its either voicemail or a rude person telling me we are busy or something l. Was sent on assignment back in 2013 and hired on after 90 day probation period but unfortunately when I quit the company the following year, that left reason for owner to give any information he wanted and now I cannot use this staffing agency. Here I am in 2020 trying to seek employment through them and cannot because of employer review. Had a good experience at this cornerstone, Everyone I encountered showed great customer service, and they was able to find me a job the same day. They give you multiple chances to pass their assessment tests which I thought was awesome. I like that they give you snacks, coffee, or water while waiting. I would recommend people to choose this cornerstone over the one in Dallas. My experience was so much better at this certain location. The Front Desk lady was cool. TQ was my recruiter and she didn’t listen to any of the requests I asked for. I told her I wanted something during the day that paid a minimum of $12 per day. The first thing she offered me was a job that pays $11.50 from 3pm-midnight. I have a toddler and I can’t work those hours. This was my first time really coming to a temp agency and she really pushed for me to get it so I felt obligated to to take it, even tho it was my choice. After the interview I emailed her and told her that I didn’t want it. She then emailed me the next day with a new job offer with “No Interview”. That already sounded sketchy but I said sure. Shortly after she said never mind you’re already scheduled to work at the first job they offered me on Friday. I then told her to remove me from their system completely. They completely ignore your requests and you waste hours of your time for nothing. If you do come here I don’t recommend accepting her as your recruiter.

Unresponsive, unprofessional, and superficial. CornerStone Staffing is snail-speed slow and will give you the runaround if they decide they dont like you. Dont dare disclose any unavailabilities, desire for a specific kind of job, or standards, because the recruiters will hang you out to dry. No one ever knows what is going on. Being on assignment with them is a nightmare. All time off is supposed to be reported directly to CornerStone, and even the companies they staff for disregard this rule. Expect to be chastised frequently if you are a human being who requires necessities besides work. There is no communication between CS and said companies, and youll get a headache cleaning up their messes for them. I recommend you try a different staffing agency that at least protends to care about getting you a job!

CornerStone Staffing is an excellent agency and has been wonderful to work with! I am from out of state but was wanting to move to the Dallas area but didnt know where to start in looking for a job. I had heard good reviews about CornerStone and decided to check them out. I flew down and came in on a Monday morning. They have a great process for interviewing and testing applicants. I met with Shonte who was extremely kind and helpful. She had a company in mind right away and within a few weeks, I was offered a job! I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you are new to the area.

I had a great one time face to face interview, and over a month and a half later, I have not received any feedback about the roles we discussed. I have reached out to them more than once I am continually being ignored. It is NOT that hard to answer a simple email to follow up with your client. Its unfortunate these people are in business.

Very good employment placement options to choose from but God forbid you getting approval from the client to respond to a family emergency. Its absurd that after taking the proper steps to not violate policy, theyll side with the client if they tell them you violated it. I dont appreciate my work ethic being tarnished and/or questioned when it very well shouldnt be.

Thoroughly disappointed with Cornerstone Staffing, Addison location. Terrible communication, there was no enthusiasm in terms of finding potential opportunities for me. If I were to solely depend of Cornerstone Staffing, I would have still be waiting after seeing them in early December I believe. I have read all the great reviews and wish that my experience was good too but it has been the worse yet.I am further disappointed that no file was created for me. The recruiter that I got to sit down with was Ms. Iris Swope. The day I went, I can recall bring there for 3 hours or so being that I had to do the assessment and fill out paperwork. I dont mean to bring Ms. Iris down but she wasnt friendly towards me and I did not see any enthusiasm towards searching for an opportunity for me. It really makes me wonder knowing that she had not even created a file for me and the fact that back then, she said she had submitted my resume for opportunities and I never got a call back but as soon as I was searching on my own I landed several opportunities to choose from. I did mention to her that it was another staffing agency that was nice enough to recommend Cornerstone, one that dealt with me really well, was able to find me an opportunity in less than 3 days and I was working for 7 months under them, until the company had gotten bought out and I moved close to Addison. I am now working but still looking into other job opportunities. Ms. Iris called me last week about an opportunity and asked me if I was still interested (after so long) and I said yes and that I will email her my revised resume and did so right away. There was no acknowledgement as to whether or she recieved it. Days passed and I did not hear back so I sent and email Friday I believe to follow up, never received a response. I emailed yesterday several times and no response, I resent the email today and all she responded with was that the company moved toward with another candidate. Which raises the question even more if my resume was even sent in the first place. I am thoroughly disappointed and was hoping my experience would be better.
