After 15 years when I decided to change my company, it wouldn’t have been possible without Kforce.Kforce took necessary steps to train and guide me on how to crack the interviews.Special kudos to Becca and Tanya whose constant feedback and keeping me in the loop- helped me to decide which one to choose when I have three competitive job offers at the same time.The best part is I always knew that they are just one phone call away to clarify my doubts.I would recommend Kforce to any job seeker who are confident in their abilities but need a helping hand to route their potential.

I had an overall great experience with them, they were very professional, warm, and informative. I was kept informed every step of the process and was able to successfully negotiate a livable salary as well as a solid career opportunity. Gabe and Steve were great to work with. I just wanted more clarity on some aspects of pay process.

Hired on with 10 other people. The company we were hired to work at had no clue as to what they were doing. Supervisors were always in meetings and not around to supervise. They had favorites and didn’t like their employees pointing out issues.I was sick and didn’t come in but called in. I was called that night by someone I had never spoke to. Brittany who pursued me for this wonderful job never called me. I have been black-balled. Also items that were left in my desk were never returned to me. Calls to the office are never returned.Do not work for this agency!

If you leave for a better opportunity, don’t expect a good reference, even if you performed well while you were with them.

I met with a gentleman by the name of Justin Williams. Though there was a scheduling conflict that day, he was extremely professional, apologizing, when honestly there was no real need. I was already aware of the scheduling conflict as their Receptionist was very kind in her explanation. Justin explained the job opportunity in great detail and asked really professional questions to see if I would, indeed, be a good candidate. Been registered w them for over 3months, they tell you that they will submit you over for a position just to tell you that you didn’t get it. They come off as helpful but you will soon realize your time is just being wasted.

They are very helpful and motivating. I have enjoyed being with them so far!

This is the most unprofessional staffing agency to EVER work for. It sickens me that they get away with alot of things. After what occurred today .I am sitting in the ER at this very moment due to the emotional distress they have caused

Very unprofessional, low class staff. I met with Wendy Shade, she smelled like cigarette smoke it was so disgusting. It was like she just came back from the bar. I dont see how this woman would have the professional connections that I would need. Plus she made me wait so long after scheduling an interview. What a waste of my time.

Unprofessional and unreliable. There must be an unwritten rule about not contacting candidates, not returning emails, nor voicmails. I was placed at an assignment by Kforce that proved to be nightmarish. The employer would have me on site for 10 hours straight on some days with no breaks or lunches. The one time I tried to take a break, the employer sent my representative an email that stated I was not available to them. I tried contacting SEVERAL KForce accounts managers and my local Kforce representative to see if they could relocate me to a different assignment, never heard a word back from them, but conveniently, a few weeks later my assignment was ended. It wouldnt surprise me if this company was headquartered out of China.

I am so thankful to have been a part of the KForce family. Ive partnered with other staffing agencies in the past, but the KForce culture was a first for me. I was recruited to work with a high profile client and had an amazing/educational experience. Along the way, I had Rob Cornwell and Eric Garrison to guide me. They were a very crucial support system between myself and the end client.In my many years in marketing for staffing agencies AND being a part of one - I can honestly say that KForce is the very first agency that Ive seen, which gives 100% to their clients and 100% to their consultants. I look forward to working with them again. Great group with an amazing mission and culture.

I was working with Wess Miller in the Addison office. Not once did he ever reach out to me on his own. Instead, I had to contact him and drag him along ... whats the status? Any jobs? Have you shared my resume? With who? I think that Wess found me as a very viable candidate and thought he could make a quick $... when it didnt turn out to be so quick (i.e. less than a month) for him... he dropped me like a hot potato. His communication is non-existent. I would not recommend Kforce and specifically Wess ... certainly not for Senior and Executive roles which can take upwards of 6 months to a year. Wess (in my opinion) doesnt have time for you.
