I was recently placed at a property which I was told was temp to hire, I was only at the property two weeks before the property manager stated that I was no longer needed as they were not needing any more temps. The property manager also stated that George of ASAP was supposed to reach out to me to let me know. Which he did not. It is very unprofessional and reflects badly on my end when I show up to a property that I have unknowingly been released from. The property I was placed at itself was nice, however the management involved with this property (Dominion at Mercer Crossing) had no sense of urgency, talked poorly about its residents and could not be bothered with things that clearly pertained to the property itself. If I am going to be placed at a property, I expect for the staff to be professional, prompt and ready to serve with a grateful heart. It’s really not that much to ask however, I find that it is extremely rare to come by. I will find the perfect work environment/culture soon! I will not be discouraged!

The experience started out great answered all questions truthfully, let them know everything upfront. James Watts the branch manager seemed empathetic to my situation he called a manager and got me a position to start the next day. I get home getting prepared for my position to start James called me and stated that something from 30 years ago came up and the information that he had was inaccurate but he held this against me after he built my spirit up for the position. I have never seen such a significant sign of discrimination did not check to see if I really have the experience. Plus I gave the information up front, not that I lied.I have over 5 years experience in this field and never seen this.

March 12, 2020 is the day i took the leasing class under a nice young lady named Misha the class was very informative and understanding. If there was something you didnt understand she was more than willing to explain further, Thanks Misha.

I have been now with ASAP Personnel for over 6 years we have been in business now over 10 years. We do take care of everyone that needs are help with in reason. My entire staff takes pride and the employees we staff help put on jobs. Yes there are those few that get mad and unhappy and that happens in this business. There are better paying staffing agencies out there that wont make you temp for 4 weeks before you can go perm. They also deal in mostly Tax-Credit properties which arent in ideal locations. Im not on here to bad mouth the company or its employees, Im simply stating facts. There are other companies that pay at least $15/hour and only require 2 weeks. Use your own judgement, but I wouldnt recommend temping for this agency.

I have had the WORSE experience with ASAP. Ive been with them nor even a year now nothing but bad experience. I took the leasing class in January nice trainers. I feel like if the screen us to see if we are great candidate they should screen the employer also. The first company I was sent to the manager was so disrespectful, unprofessional it was sad. I was having problems with her from day one. I called asap on plenty of occasions to document what was going on not once did they ever try to see what was the problem. Second location they sent me too same exact thing. Asap dont have they best interest in they employees at all. Besides all that the payroll lady is VERY RUDE! she speaks to clients like they beneath her like we owe her. She says smart things and when you catch her on it she double back and says now I didnt say that. After you ask to speak with a manager she yells my manager not here or no I can help you. Asap has been one of the most unpredictable companys I have worked for. Everything you call the ask do you have an application you answer yes been on many assignments still an act of Congress to get work. They lie and say your payroll check will be here on one day when you call and check either no one picks up or the payroll lady getting a attitude about your money. Working with asap I have never been treated so rude and disrespected.

The worst staffing company I’ve every worked for. Paid $50 cash to take the “leasing class” basically orientation with a basic PowerPoint, storytime with the owner and Meesha the orientation instructor begging for 5 star reviews on google. I’ve been having issues getting paid for over a month. Spoke to several people in office: James-Branch Manager, Yessica - Accounting & Payroll, and Evelyn - Owner on several occasions. No one seems to care since they already made their money off of me. Nothing but excuses and lies (yes I have screenshots and voice recordings of all communication with ASAP) for 5 straight weeks. I’ve already started an investigation with BBB Becca the nonsense has to stop. Please take time to research before getting scammed into applying through this company.

I started temp leasing with another company before switching to ASAP. I tried my best to hang in there when James left but the remaining staff made it very hard to say. Needless to say I am working with James again and I could not have made a better decision. The entire staff is great!

This is one of the worst firms I ever worked for. You work all week and still cant get a check in a timely manner and you have to call them to remind them that they owe you a check. And this is not the only time it has happened to me at ASAP.

I worked for this company for a day on January 2017.Very long story short:I was told by a 3 month tenure employee that I was going to be expected to stay after closing hours but I was not going to be allowed to put those hours on my handwritten time sheet. Naturally I wanted an explanation of the mess I had just gotten myself into and the answer I got was literally these words:We dont put our time down after 6 because we dont want Miss Evelyn thinking we are stealing her money.Now, as the public may be able to see, I am not one to write reviews on much but I am really hoping this company will stop stealing employees WORKED hours after this review is read by potential employees.In my experience, on my first and only day at ASAP I got in the office at 9 a.m. and left at 6:20 p.m.Punch in the math, minus 1 hour lunch, my WORKED paid time should have been 8 hours and 20 minutes.ASAP totally ignored my time sheet and paid me what they decided, which was NOT the right amount.Of course this scenario will not apply to everyone but just in case 😉

Good luck geeting paid on time. You have to hold payrolls hand every step. Remember sending two faxes on time and geeting a confirmation number, calling to see if they got and they telling you yes. Does not guarantee you getting paid on time.

I would give a decimal of a star if I could. Breaking HIPAA laws left and right. Instead of talking to you directly about your own personal situation i e payroll, personal info, Etc., theyll call your supervisor or manager and hopefully they can explain secondhand what ASAP is supposed to let you know. Very unprofessional and has a knack for NOT apologizing when they screw up, but will try to make you feel bad if you notice it. I was told they have 200 people that work for that company and cant keep up with my request. Whenever I call. I am forwarding it to the voicemail. Afterwards they call my supervisor back so they wont have to talk to me to have him to relay the message.

First of all my name is not Gerald Hamilton, anywho i took the leasing class with them about a month ago. They promised to find everyone work within the first week following the class. its a MONTH LATER, AND still nothing. They are scammers they want your $45 for that basic leasing class. GO TO BG STAFFING. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL.

This place is a scam! Eveyln brings GOD into everything to make you trust her and than tricks you! Her recruiters never can find anyone because its so disorganized and they like saying they have someone and send the worse canidate they can find! She promises you so much and them youll never see it! Shes all about her money and will risk everything not to pay you or get what she can from you then fire you. If youre an apartment complexs do not work with ASAP you will not get what you pay for! Lesson learned on my part.

Fraud, do not waste your money taking the classes with them. I took the class over 2months ago, Im yet to get an interview talk more of a job and now James is no longer a seeing his phone calls.
