This organization is a total nightmare. I was assigned to a job and then fired in less than two weeks because I questioned about my salary, not because of my performance, but because a question was posed.Who gives a call on a thursday at 9:00PM to announce youre being let go with vague explanation or a run around?When she needed to place me, my assigned recruiter almost harassed me. She is no longer to be found, and it is difficult to contact anybody to obtain the documents I require to resolve issues caused by them.The employees at the physical office are very cordial but the recruiter that was on my case is very unprofessional.

At this present time I’ve been waiting on a check for about a month. Crazy part is, it’s from a job that paid weekly. To call them unprofessional would be a compliment. Even the district manager, Tracy, gave me the run around. I was told she would get back with me, on top of not doing so, she left early the next day. I feel cheated and used. So on this Friday while everyone is enjoying the money they worked hard for, I can not relate because I chose to take my talents to Aerotek.

We both went in for interviews. They talked to us, said theyd email us later that day. Never did. Never called. Nothing. Ive had the absolute worst experience with this agency. I applied back in October 2016 and was told that I was going to be placed on a job but after waiting weeks for a starting date and getting tons of excuses, I kinda gave up. I finally decided to call to check to see if they had a starting date for me yet, and this continued til December, they still didnt have a starting date for me even in December but mentioned another job to me and since it was Christmas time, I accepted the job. I signed paperwork stating that I would be paid a little more than $12hr but a few days later received an email saying that my pay rate would be $11.75! On my 1st trip to this office I gave copies of my ID & Social Security card then was later asked to email them again then like an hour later I was told that I would have to come up in person to bring the documents. I was just given the run around but I did it because it was almost Christmas. Well after 2 months of waiting to be placed after the fact that I was told that they had placement for me in October, I was finally placed on a job, the job from hell. I was there for 3 weeks. Aerotek never paid me for the first week, I continued to work thinking they would straighten it out, this past Thursday was my second check and it was over $400 short! I was told the next day by payroll that my check would be Fed Ex to my house the next day, which was Christmas Eve, and I have not received it yet!!! No Fed Ex has been to my door. I wasnt able to have the Christmas that I wanted for my children because of this. Payroll tried to blame me saying that I didnt submit my online time sheet on time but they are so unorganized that I didnt have access to the online time sheet right away and was told that I would get paid by the time of my door swipe....that wasnt true either! I really wished that I could give this place zero stars like 100 times and theres so much more that I could say but Im going to end this right here because Im getting a headache just thinking about it. But Ill guarantee that I will never use this place again and I advise no one else to do business with these people either but take chances if you want to and youll regret it!!!

I dont know if its because they hate their job or what, but front desk does not answer calls AT ALL and the recruiters go cold turkey all of a sudden. You walk out the office feeling like you just left the dentist after a routine checkup and surprise you have cavities. Shes also a habitual liar. She lies about everything! She calls you 3 times a day. But after an interview, you dont hear from her again. And when you finally call her back after two weeks her respond I tried calling you, but somethings wrong with your phone. I also left voice messages. My phone is new! I receive calls & messages from everyone but MADDIE. There are NO MISSED calls nor VOICE MESSAGES from MADDIE. Shes a LIAR. We both know shes lying, but she doesnt want to take the blame on how pathetic of a recruiter she is, so she lies about calling to cover her lame tracks. MADDIE is lame. MADDIE is a lair. MADDIE is the worse recruiter by far Ive ever encountered in my life! If MADDIE has your file PLEASE save yourself the trouble and ask for a different recruiter! MADDIE needs to be replaced. Shes making Aerotek look bad.

Very unprofessional. My assignment was ended by a late evening text that I didnt see until I arrived to work the next day. Its been 3 weeks and I still dont know what happened. My recruiter R.S. returned my call after a week and said he didnt know and would find out and give we feedback. 3 weeks now. REALLY? I have called the office numerous times and get bounced around. Of course no one answers their phone or return calls.

I have a college degree and excellent experience but when I send my resume to these people its like it goes into a black hole. I never hear anything and I have to call constantly. They will talk to me a bit but they dont ever really have anything. And soon after the communication will stop altogether. The only folk I know who have worked for them have only worked warehouse jobs. I dont believe they get really professional work.

The worst experience ever. I was hired by one of their clients on March 22nd, took my drug test and did my background check. It is May and I still havent started. Week after week I was told oh youll start next week. They dont communicate nor answer the phone or return your call. They push you off to other recruiters and no one knows anything. I was told because I hadnt started with their client I would be placed some where else. Still no one has called me or returned my call. So I am still unemployed and looking for work smh. Instead of helping you they make your situation worse. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

This office has horrible communication skills. Leave a message, and I get called back a few days later. I sent an email 2 months ago that took 6 weeks to respond to. They say they will call you back before end of day, and they forget and apologize when you call them the next day. This has by far been the worst communications I have ever seen from any staffing agency.Edit*** - It has not gotten any better. So, I was made permanent by the company I was working with. I was NEVER called by Aerotek to congratulate me, or to thank me for working with them, or to even let me know that the company was looking to make me permanent. However, they did email me a few weeks prior to asking for leads...

Cierra and Jacy are HORRIBLE recruiters. Cierra NEVER answers the phone and you end up leaving numerous voicemails, which you never hear from her again, and Jacy is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL constantly overtalks you, doesnt listen whatsoever, and tries to steer you away from a position that you have applied for AND have experience in doing talking about how much shes helping. She inputed her personal feelings into YOUR job search talking about she thinks I shouldnt work in a dirty warehouse, when I have a year and 5 months experience working in a dirty warehouse. I have years of office work experience and not all through temp agencies, but I also have experience in other establishments that are not on my resume, so I can pretty much apply anywhere! Ive never had these type of issues with a temp agency! With not one recruiter but TWO!! Not wasting anymore of my time with these people. Stay far away from this company. Theyll place you wherever THEY want to! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I applied with this company, I received a response from ALFREDO ZAMORA. After he received my resume, he did state that the position I was interested in was still available. He also stated that I qualified for the position. He offered me 1st or 2nd shift. I requested 2nd. After finishing up the interview, he stated that he would notify me asap and send me the companies info (didnt make sense?. Next day, I received an email from Mr Zamora thanking me for applying but he had given the position to someone else. And then proceeded to say that 1st shift was no longer available as well. He concluded by saying that as soon as he can find something else or similar to it, he would notify me. I have not heard a word from this man until this day. Everytime I called, the receptionist would put me on hold then transfer me to his voicemail.

She was very helpful,caring, and showed great people skills. She made feel like she really wanted to help me find a job even if it wasnt with them.
