I’ve been living at Paramount Estates for over a year now and I love it here. Only issues I’ve had are very noisy neighbors, making tons of noise all hours of the night. Management takes care of things very quickly.

I worked with Jillian to rent an apartment, from sending the contract digitally as I was out of town, to handling maintenance requests, I have been super happy with Prairie Springs and how I have been treated by the staff. I always recommend Prairie Springs to colleagues especially with pets. This company does extensive background checks and the building is always locked. Ive lived in a lot of apartments, and Prairie Springs has by far been the best.

You should NOT rent because when you move out they charge you cleaning the carpet even though you clean it carefully before you move out

We didn’t have the best experience moving in or getting ahold of the office. Jillian helped me at the end of my lease and was very helpful with my vacate. She was very friendly and I recommended valley rental

I’m not one to complain about anything but this place is unprofessional in so many ways. First of all, the landlords are very rude... They will do inspections monthly. Look for reasons to keep the deposit and kick you out.. They will track in mud when they inspect as well. They will try to say you didn’t pay a pet deposit so hang on to the copy. Any stains take pictures. They will charge outrageous amounts for carpet repairs. No joke they kept a $1000 deposit plus demanded $868 for carpet repairs. I have lived in many apartments and always received my deposit back. Please do yourself a favor and look for different apartment. It is a secure building but that doesn’t make a difference when your privacy is constantly invaded. I had things that were personal go missing. This place doesn’t deserve even a star it is so shady and unprofessional. Read the reviews because I sure wish I had...

Moved out at 2-24-20, rent due 2-29-20, and two weeks later 3-10-20, valley rental decide apply a pest control charge $383, and another $127.80 cleaning charge for dead bugs. I cleaned apartment cleaner then I moved in to ensure there won’t be a cleaning charge, valley rental always find a way to charge tenant. If you plan to rent in valley rental in 1321 n Roosevelt Aberdeen SD, please rent somewhere else.

Contacting them is absurdly difficult. They are constantly rude and unprofessional. They worst landlord Ive had in my entire life. Rent anywhere other then valley rental
