Biggest slumlord in the city. Had nothing but problems when we rented from him in 2012 ranging from refusal to do repairs to him refusing to give us our deposit back because of water damage from when the apartment above ours flooded our bathroom and we had to fight for him to have someone come out and fix that. Do not rent from this crook!
