Both ladies helped me to lower my monthly cost of my plan and set me up with a more capable phone. Also made it entertaining to sit and chat while waiting for all of the data I had saved to transfer over to the new phone.

Bob Hyde at the Yakima Summitview branch has been helping me over the course of a week with a login problem. I was lost, and he was not only really capable, but kind and understanding. He would be a classic reason I would stay with Verizon. Great employee!!

My iPhone 6 was dying and needed to be replaced. I decided to replace it and, to do so, went to this Verizon store. My experience was first rate. The sales representative, Julie, provided me excellent service from start to finish. She moved me into an iPhone SE which, for me, was the best choice. I have not experienced any issues with my new phone or, more importantly, the manner in which she transitioned me to my new phone.

Buying a new phone these days is almost like a car purchase; you have to do your research so when you find yourself in a store where every major brand is available, youre not overwhelmed by the choices. Even so, there are still models to choose from and kicking the tires is just plain fun. Enter Mr. Dennis Pugh of Cellular Sales. Knowledgeable, professional, and most important of all, a very good listener. I appreciated his suggestions and patience with my numerous questions. The store itself is easily found and the interior is spacious and clean. I strongly recommend making an appointment in the event all their customer stations are full and you are a walk-in. No problem making an appointment in-store, but you will be asked to wait in your car until summoned by text or whatever mechanism is used if they are full.

I came in to get a IPhone with no idea what I wanted and how to setup the phone. Dennis Pugh who was my customer service representative at the Summitview store helped me with everything. From start to finish he helped me understand apps., face recognition, etc... He was the most professional, patient and polite Rep. I have ever worked with. If there was 10 stars I would pick 10. With the COVID we must stay 6 feet apart so selling an IPhone which is normally hands on with the customer was perfectly orchestrated. He worked so well with my husband out in our truck and me inside. Absolutely, hands down he made the experience of buying an IPhone effortless, especially with Covid rules in effect. I would recommend that store as I was impressed by all the Reps. that worked there.

I walked in for the first time yesterday for help setting up an iphone. Miranda was extremely patient and attentive and worked through the issues my phone/service was having. Extremely professional store, all the representatives were professionally dressed and gave awesome customer service.

I love the service as in phone service but other than that I need to find a different company I go in to ask certain questions about my cell phone they just tell me I need to call costumer service I ask about getting a new phone upgrading etc the guy acts like he don’t even care and not even intresred just says to call costumer service THEY ONLY WANNA TALK WITH U AND ANSWWR QUESTIONS WHEN YOUR BUYING SO THEIR COMISSION KEEPS COMING !!! I went to get a phone I asked how much the phone cost I was given a price I then asked if there was a plat I was told there is no plans I agree to get the ball and then Im told its got to be $150 more if I pay for it but if I pay over a two-year. I dont have to pay that 150 is what I was told thats a two-year plan you people are are deceivers and misrepresent

Both my husband and I came in to both upgrade our phones. The sales guy said because we are on the same account, only one of us could be in the store. That is horsesh*t! Seriously. We BOTH wanted new phones. Guess we will take our buisness to Walmart. BTW, if feels like he was just picking on my husband and I as there were other couples in the store. One family had a group of 4 people with them.

It was like going to the principals office! It was very unpleasant.Not only did I feel I was doing something wrong, but they priced gouged me.Tried to sell me a phone for 10 times the amount I could get it at another place .

Worst ever experience, my phone was stolen while out of town. So I went in to ask for help locating it in hopes it was at the hotel or casino across the street. The sales person Dennis told me “that phone is gone” I said I’d still like to know it’s location. Having some experience with find my iPhone I told him that I just need to long in on a phone. He told me “you don’t have one. Guess you need to buy one. I told him I was fully aware that I was going to have to buy one but it would not be from him. He made a bad situation worse. Ended up going to the Verizon shop on 64th totally different experience.

Kieth is the Verizon representative to see for all your phone needs!! Kieth has helped me with my phones for a little over 4 years now. I’ve had anywhere from 4-7 lines and Kieth has helped me with upgrades, lost phones, changes of plans, you name it! He encouraged me to contact him at anytime for any kind of problem and he even came in one day to help me....it was his day off!!! I am a loyal customer and will come back another day if he is not working. I don’t usually write reviews but after 4 years of fantastic professional service I decided I needed to give him the recognition he deserves. Not only is he my Verizon phone rep but also a friend.If you need a great phone guy go see Kieth! You won’t be sorry😄

If you want someone to help DO NOT go to this store. The salesman are very pushy and only looking to bump up there sales. If you have any sort of account issue they will not be able to help, it was a very disappointing experience and I will take my business elsewhere.

We’ve always had exceptional service until today. My husbands company phone has been acting up. The employee helping us said he could update the SIM card if we could get the pin on the account. After calling his company IT employee to get logged into the account, the employee then decided to tell us he can’t help us beside troubleshooting because my husbands name is not on the account. They’ve helped us multiple times with no issues. I will never recommend this store to anyone after his arrogance and unwillingness to help. He sat back smirking and being completely unaccomadative.

Went in to Verizon as my phone died. Met with Mary West who took the time to explain everything to me fully. She was so professional and patient. I will recommend her to others.

This is not a corporate store, but nonetheless acted like one. She helped us for an hour with a very small need. They didnt make much money but the staff is excellent. Highly recommended.

On Sunday, my wife and I were finishing our vacation of a 3700 mile road trip. When we left Walla Walla to return to Tacoma, my iPhone 6plus screen went blank. I tried to restart it and couldnt. In Yakima, we stopped for lunch and drive to this Verizon store as my provider is Verizon. Upon entering the store, Keith Stultz greeted us warmly. I explained the problem and he told us hed look at it. In 5-7 minutes, he was able to fix the phone. In the process he had to remove the screen protector. He put in a new one and showed me how to do a reset and warned me only to do it in emergencies. I asked how much we owed him, he replied that there was no charge. I was stunned in a very positive way.Keith was incredibly helpful, warm, engaging and selfless. He had nothing to gain from me as we were on the road to return to our home in Tacoma.His customer service was incredible and he should be commended for such.I wish he was in Tacoma.He deserves our highest praise and gratitude. What a fine and gracious young man is he! Wow!

Keith and Julisa were very helpful today. I took my 6 year old Samsung phone in to find out why it was having difficulty accessing the internet. They helped me sort that out and answered the other questions I had as well especially about updating my phone. No pressure to get a new phone just helpful information to guide my choice when I do make that decision.

Barely 6 month old phone developed dark purple/black spot that covered nearly all of the face of the screen by the time it was turned in. Was replaced by warranty with different make phone I was told was comparable. I had to wait 8 days to get replacement during which time I could not take credit card payments for my small business. Substitute phone turned out to be significantly smaller as compared to the original phone. Lost the expensive screen protector I paid for at the store for original phone that they would not put on the new phone. Was given used case with a dirty sticker on it to replace my previous case that was too big for the smaller replacement. Verizon customer service line no better-- was offered $10 credit to bill for all of the headaches mentioned after 40+ minute wait. Will be paying off this small phone I never ever would have purchased in order to stop Verizon service after 10+ years of being loyal paying customer. Beware.

This may be a duplicate since Firefox blocked a pop up, but my experience was so pleasant, it bears repeating. I had talked with Riker a few months ago and really appreciated his honesty and great knowledge. I felt he had my best interest at heart and was not trying to sell me something expensive or features I didnt need. He listened to what I wanted out of my very 1st smartphone. He had great patience teaching me and made sure my phone was formatted correctly and that I knew how to use everything. He spent time downloading apps for me. I cannot speak highly enough of the service he provided to this old lady - I love my new phone!! Thank you, Riker! Did I tell you that he stayed overtime for 2 hours to make sure all was ok?
