They have great customer service. Unfortunately, not a great product. It is supposed to be made for people in rural areas who need reliable access to the internet. More and more often lately it has been dropping signal. And most weekends the internet upload speed is so slow only one device at a time kinda works. They also dont credit you for any losses of service which has been often in my case living in Granger.Update:From 2 to 4 stars. Again, they have great customer service. Within 24 hours they called and the next day had someone out to fix my problems and credited me for the days I lost service. I appreciate their efforts. Thank you.

I like to give credit to people or businesses when it’s due. So today I would like to tell you that Advanced High Speed Internet is amazing. About 6 months ago the owner came to my house to see if we could use them for internet. He said to be honest that it won’t work great yet because the tower can’t be seen but to wait a few weeks and try back because they had a new tower they were going to be working on. About a a month ago I called and asked if it was up and running. They said yes and set up an appointment. They came out and couldn’t get it going. The owner called and said he felt terrible but the new people he had hired had misspoken and it was not ready yet. He said I am putting your name on my desk and I will make this right if you just give me a couple weeks. I agreed. The next week he had a guy here doing measurements across the hill so they could make sure the tower would be pointed right at us. They called me last week and said that the tower was almost ready and they needed a few days to test it and they would call me this week. The owner called me today and asked if they could come and what time would work for me. The guy showed up at the exact time and was done in 45 minutes and now I have amazing internet. I’m am so happy and so impressed by a company that went above and beyond to make things right, to make me a customer and followed through and everything they said. Ive had Advanced for the past 4 years and by far light years and away great customer service and reliable internet. Even if I moved back into an area with charter I still would stay with Advanced. Jeff and his crew have always been very responsive to fix any issues.

After years of terribly slow internet and customer service, I was so happy to have Joe Pleasant come out and hook us up with service. My appt time was 1:00 pm and Joe was here right on time, was friendly and worked efficiently. Ill definitely be referring friends and family to Advanced High Speed Internet.

Ive been with Advanced Internet for almost 6 months and we decided to go with them because of the great customer service reviews, we went with the 15mbps package since we have two phones and one Tv we figured that was enough. The internet was OK from the start, but we werent aware that around 5pm-10pm our internet would drastically slow down, we would get an average 2-4mbps and its been awful, if you have internet cable you wont be able to view since its always buffering, yes they have given us a refund for 1 month and even moved us up to the 20mbps for a week or two, but then moved it back down to 15mbps. I would definitely consider looking for another internet provider since you wont be able to use this one from 5pm-10pm.one week since posting my original post advanced Internet has came out to my home and moved around the satellite and the direction it was pointing and my internet speeds have been a lot better I actually really do appreciate how fast and quick they were to take care of this issue and working with my schedule I would definitely recommend to somebody else.

We thought satellite internet was all that was available in our area. After a strong recommendation from a neighbor we decided to give Advanced Internet a try. Just like my neighbor, we are in love (literally) with our service. Priced very well, and streaming video is no problem. My latency numbers dropped from 750ms down to 14ms which has really helped with face to face videos and with my online teaching. We are both super pumped!!!! Thanks Advanced!!!

Recently switched to Advanced at the beginning of October 2020, getting a strong 15mbps and very low latency on the Ahtanum ridge with our Orbi mesh system. By far the best provider we’ve had here!

After putting a rush on doing a survey and installation due to the fact I needed internet ASAP for a new job, Joe came out and was professional and courteous. He helped me figure out the best placement for wires and router. I would definitely recommend to others.

**9 month Update** have recommended it to a few other individuals I know. They’ve switched and love it! Instant upgrade from their previous service!Switched over about 1 month ago now. There was an instant difference right away. The moment we switched over, we were streaming on 3 devices at 1080p with no buffering. I was able to game decently well as well! So far, no complaints. The dish they use is small and really out of the way so it is not an eyesore on your house! Installation was on time, quick, and technician did not leave until we were up and running properly! So far so good! We appreciate it! Would definitely recommend this service over our previous satellite internet we had where we could barely see the face due to buffering and throttling. We were guaranteed no throttling and that has held true thus far! I run speed tests periodically and have been running what we are paying for! Highly recommended! Will update review if anything changes!

My installer was Octavio, he was very nice and helpful. He also saved me money on the install. After he got everything hooked up we checked the speeds and it seems to be working fine. 100% better than what I had. It is as good as advertised.

I have had trouble having internet hooked up because my house is located in a dead spot. From my very 1st call to Advanced they were helpful, letting me know they would come out and take a look and see if they could hook up. None of the other company’s even offered to come take a look. From the moment the technician (joe) came out he was friendly, helpful and professional. This company rocks. They have always delivered above and beyond. I have never had less then I paid for. I only wished I would have change over sooner. The couple of times I have had issues they are on top of it and im back on line very fast. After dealer with the last wireless company I was with W@shingt!onbr@rbodband who never provided the serviced they claimed I cant be happier.

We built a new house in a rural part of Selah and rather than pay Spectrum $3,000 for install I thought I would try Advanced based on recommendations from friends and the community. Eric came out and worked with us on the installation. Initially before the pandemic our speed was just enough for our household. Once we were told to stay home our speeds would go down to zero from afternoon to evening. I reached out to advanced several times and each time they were very responsive but we kept having issues. Eric found the issue was due to a miscommunication about which radio that was supposed to be installed (the standard radio would not work for our application) and came out right away and fixed the issue. Now we are getting the speeds that match our plan consistently throughout the day. I am glad we made the choice to go with Advanced because they have great customer service (much better than Spectrum who seemed annoyed to have to talk to me).

I was with another provider that gave me bad service and slow responses to issues. With Advanced High Speed Internet I have had nothing but fantastic customer service whenever I have had an issue or question, and when my internet went out today, they had someone here within an hour to fix it! Totally impressed with our installation today. Jeff and his tech were extremely professional AND proficient!! Treated our house like it was his with regards to the placement of dish/cables, and it was as tidy when they left as it was when they came. For me who lives out east out of the city it was hard to find a internet company that offered high speeds. Dish only offered 1mbps. Century link 1.5 Mbps. Charter doesnt offer me any service. Hughs net offered 60mbps but I can only used 10 gigs a month before they slow me down drastically. Advance internet offered great service at a affordable price. They even came out and repaired a wire on a weekend. I basically doubled my speed at the same price I was paying for my old provider, clear wire. Anyone who had clear wire will defiantly enjoy advance Internet.
