I diduse rhisbseevice until they became price gauges!?!??

I took a taxi for 7 miles and the driver took me on a bizarrroute which took twice as long.I was overcharged by $15 and I kept on saying that’s a ridiculous price.He kept on saying that’s always been the same price for years.The car itself was in dreadful shape and had no shock absorbers.I should’ve asked before I got in but I mmm. think He saw that I was coming from a very expensive home and took advantage.I tried contacting them to complain but they kept hanging up on me.

I had to call twice, but the driver was very nice and got me to my destination safely and cheaper than an Uber.

If you want a taxi past 11:00pm good luck.

Called multiple times to confirm pickup location and payment method. They were half an hour late and had to call me two more times to confirm location and payment. Driver had no idea where I was going and had to direct him. Upon reaching my location the refused to take the agreed payment..luckily I had enough cash on me...

I had an encounter last night w one very racist cab driver while I was my children. I made a complaint but Im sure they did nothing. No one returned my call to apologize or anything. I am no longer a customer. RACISM sucks. Eagle should do a better job w the type of ppl the choose to hire

Everytime they pick me up from galleria and take me to my home same distant different person always charge different amount they try to over charge each time higher no wonder why uber and lyft everyone uses automatically. Drivers going to kill business.

Horrible experience with eagle driver. He was going out of the way and took another passenger. Made me feel very uncomfortable when I asked him why he was driving out of the way. I got out of his car at the light because I didn’t trust him.
