Amazing customer service, which is hard to find these days! Thorough, friendly, addressing all of my questions promptly! They are located in the airport by baggage claim. I was greeted like an old friend! I had the best driver,J.B!! Prices are great and the car I was in was beautiful!Will always use them when I visit my family in Westchester!

After 17 hours of trying to flyHome and being re routed and flying into White Plains instead of Albany where our car was…..JB was a lifesaver. We arrived about midnight and were told in advance by United that we would have transportation services arranged and everything was closed. JB was finishing up and immediately reached out to his driver, Tony who was already on his way home. Tony graciously returned and drove us home. He was very professional, sweet and kind. I highly recommend this service!!!!

Use UBER or LYFT coming to White Plains Airport. The service at the airport is dishonest. They will quote you one rate one day and then change it to a higher rate for no reason later and give you some BS excuse. Dishonest!

I have used a few car services. I have found County Trip to be my favorite. I like calling into a live person, usually Tim. The service is reliable fair and always comfortable.

HORRIBLE experience. My flight was over sold and I had to transfer airports. I selected County since my two car seats were already on the flight I wasn’t able to be on and they had car seats. It would have been a $70 Uber ride but I paid $170. They only had forward facing car seats and the driver was riding every cars bumper and had to keep quickly pressing the break so I had to ride with my hand holding and supporting his head. When we arrived at the smallEr airport I realized TSA never handed back my sons formula and I had nothing to feed him. I explained to the driver I needed to find any store to get formula. He told me to go inside and buy him food since he didn’t know the area. I searched and found a drug store 4 miles away and he refused. I was begging him as my son was screaming for food and tears streaming down my face. He called County who agreed that he could go 4 miles out of the way to help me out. He still refused. He got out of the car and put the stroller in the road. As I was unloading my children panicking I didn’t have food for one he finally agreed. Took a total of 12 minutes to get to CVS and back. He watched me traveling alone with two kids unload the stroller and bags we had and stayed in the car and didn’t get out till I removed all our belongings and he stuck out his hand for a tip. I called the company and they were at first very responsive. Then was told I’d receive a call by the end of the day and that was 3 weeks ago and no one will take my call. Stick with Uber and Lyft it’s cheaper and you can give ratings and read unbiased uncensored reviews.

Excellent reservation experience. On time! Will be using them again.

These guys saved my trip. My daughter forgot her ID at home and they drove me round trip in plenty of time to make the trip. They care about their customers.

When in need of a trusted partner to represent us at the Weetchester County Airport (HPN) we go with County Trip Service. Clean late model Hybrid Camrys Mercedes Metris and Sprinter Vans. Liscensed Fingerprinted and Drug Tested drivers. Way better than Rideshare option for just a few dollars more!

Currently driving ourselves to the airport because these guys never showed up at 5am to pickup my wife. Edit 12/27/18: They called and apologized supposedly there was a glitch in their system. Even comped my wifes return trip from the airport. She is making me change the 1 star to a 3 because of it.
