Bought a 2021 10miles S580 two weeks ago and vehicle was delivered with a AMBIENT LIGHT MALFUNCTION warning on the dash. Been trying to reach dealer for the last two days and leaving voicemail and nobody returning my calls. All fine when you doing paperwork to buy, but after it’s a different story.

Just bought a car from Mercedes white plains and Jessica was the sales rep helping me - she was so great!! Very accommodating, explained everything and helped with any questions I had. I felt comfortable with my first car purchase and I couldn’t thank her enough! She also sat in the car with me before leaving to get it set up with my phone and set the features to my liking (god knows I don’t know how to hahah). After my purchase, she would call in and check on me and the car, which I appreciated. She is very attentive and It showed me she cares and is very genuine.I accidentally got locked out of my car about 2 weeks after my purchase and called her and she helped me for an hour on her day off of work to assist me. She really went above and beyond and cares about her customers!! Jessica really made the whole experience great.The car buying process in general takes a very long time and can be frustrating. The entire process took a few days as we asked to hold the car for 2 days. Upper management wasn’t as accommodating and was harder to work with as we weren’t ready to buy the day of.Nonetheless, I am very happy with my purchase and love my new baby!!!Thanks Jessica :) !!

First of make sure you visit MB of white plains NOT new rochelle. I live on the east side of the county and I went there a few times because it was closer to me than the white plains location : big mistake.You’d think I didn’t own a MB when I was there. I came there once with a small issue which they told me to “look up on YouTube”. No joke. And another time when my 3 month old car had a AC issue and they basically refused to help.Once you make your way to MB of White Plains make sure to have Sebastian Merino be the one to help find your next MB.Sebastian helped me find my last two MB, and while I currently bought a Tesla I want to recommend MB of White Plains and Sebastian for their top to bottom, personalized , and unique customer service to anyone that is looking to buy a MB.Prior to my Tesla Y purchase, I came into MB looking for a sleek, modern SUV but one that has a sport feel to it. I felt doubtful that MB had what I was looking for until I got Sebastian as my sales person!He not only quickly found what I was looking for, but he also was able to compare and contrast the other car companies I was interested in right on the spot. He was very fair and unbiased…. Something you don’t see in sales people now a days. Not only did he make me feel comfortable in MY decision making process, he was also very personable and felt more like a friend instead of a typical high end luxury “car sales person “. You could instantly sense his authenticity and desire to have a client walk away content in their choice.When Sebastian found me my GLC 300 Coupe , I liked it but I wasn’t happy with a few minor adjustments like the color, rims, and tints. While Sebastian couldn’t fulfil all my little adjustments I required he was able to give me a some incentives and a few extra perks that balanced things out for me.Even when I decided not to continue with MB, Sebastian still treated me like family and went out of his way to help me return my leased GLC which was over miles, had a few glitches on it and scratches. He helped walk me through the WHOLE process ….since previously I always got a new MB , so the full lease return was something new to me, esp all the fees that come with that process!Finding someone who cares about their craft is rare now a days that’s why I decided to write a review! Not only is Sebastian outstanding but my experience with the rest of the crew (Miguel in service/parts) was outstanding as well. That’s why I highly recommend MB of White Plains!

Awesome place. Weve been leasing vehicles here for 12 years now. Walking in is like being greeted by family each time. Sales staff is the best and service staff is impeccable. My wife leases her SUVs from this dealership while Ive been purchasing and servicing my sedans from BMW Manhattan, BMW Tarrytown and BMW Mt Kisco (going back 20 years now) and I can attest Mercedes Benz White Plains is a country mile superior in all departments. Even though I love my service and sales staff at those BMW locations the over all company structure at MB White Plains is boldly focused in customer satisfaction even before a car is sold or serviced. BMW will make you feel that they dont have to sell you a car or work with servicing issues (although that is slowly improving) because, and we were directly told by a young sales associate, everyone and their mother is lined up outside to buy or lease the very BMW you are deciding to buy. Benz would never do that. Come here and you will be happy. Bobby Ayo is the guy we work with but anyone here will be perfect to get you what you want.

My experience purchasing a vehicle has always involved stress and this transaction was no different. The difference was how the stress was handled in the moment. My salesperson, Deborah Goldschmidt, was responsive to my concerns and did a great job. Tyler did a solid job tutoring me on all of the amenities included with my vehicle. Lucy was engaging and made every effort to troubleshoot the issue the developed with the Mercedes app. The manager, Bob Binette, was amazing! Great communicator who knows his business and knows how to treat the customers and the people who work with him. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name, but I even enjoyed my interaction with the finance guy. I am so happy to have done business with Mercedes White Plains. Although, I live in Jersey, I plan to get my vehicle serviced with them. My S-Class Coupe (Jess- aka da Whip), she is straight 🔥!!!!!!!

We leased our SUV through Frank Crosby and he was amazing. A true professional, extremely helpful and guided us through the entire process. There was no question he couldn’t answer and extremely versed in all things related to the car. I took my car in to get serviced the other day. All the people I met with were nice enough when I spoke with them. However, I did not appreciate how my car was returned to me when I picked it up.First, I was told that I could wait for the car just outside the office area (same place where I dropped it off), which I did. However, when they brought the car back no one even told me that my car was there. I get that they’re busy, but I was just left standing there waiting and no one said anything. I had to look around the cars to see the license plates to see which, if any, were my car. Afterwards, when one of the employees finally asked me if I was still waiting on my car, I told him “Yeah, my car’s there, but what do I do? Where are my keys?” He said, “Oh, they’re inside.” I told him that no one said anything to me and he apologized and was nice enough to hold the door open for me as I got in, but the fact that I had to wait that long to get any kind of direction is what I have a problem with. I’ve had other cars serviced at other dealerships and they always gave my keys to me directly and told me where my car could be located.Second, the settings for the memory seats were overwritten. I understand that the employees have to adjust the seats, mirrors, etc. so that they can drive and work on the car. However, why these changes need to be programmed and saved into the car, overwritting my settings, is beyond me. The whole point of memory seats is so that each time you get into the car, you don’t have to spend time adjusting everything to your liking. Unfortunately that’s exactly what I had to do when I got my car back. I spent at least 20min trying to readjust my seats. They couldn’t even bother letting me know that they had changed the settings or put the seat back in at least the same vicinity of where it was when I brought it in. Again, adjusting the seats is one thing, but I fail to see the reason behind them saving those adjustments. Maybe since they’re constantly going back and forth between cars, it’s easier for them to have their adjustments saved, but their convenience should in no way take precedence over mine as I am the one driving the car.Lastly, there were M&Ms INSIDE MY CUPHOLDER. Not a bag of M&Ms, but the actual individual candies. They weren’t mine ‘cause I don’t eat M&Ms and even if they were there when I dropped off the car, complimentary wash and vacuum was part of the service so why wouldn’t they be vacuumed up by the time the car was returned? Seems to me that whoever was working on/driving the car was eating while they were doing so and they either didn’t do a good job of cleaning or this happened after the cleaning was performed. Either way, very poor service/attention to detail on their part.Literally would not recommend this dealership/service center to anyone unless I hated them. The service I’ve gotten from non-luxury car brands was 1000x better than what I got here.

I made a appointment for 4:30, I ended up being there at 4:10. Receptionist was like can you stand aside and wait. I was there till 4:45 but not a single representative was there to help me out or ask me and my dad for refreshments or even let us know when they would come and attend. I felt offended and humiliated. If the place was busy then I would have understood but there were only 2 customers and most of the staffs were talking to each other or over phone.

Completely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service department this morning. I scheduled an appointment for my A-service and Inspection two weeks ago and at the time of scheduling, requested a loaner car which I was told wouldnt be a problem. When I arrived at 11am for my appointment today, I was told by Dan Magistro that there were no loaner cars at the moment and three people were ahead of me -- this is completely unacceptable! When I scheduled this appointment, I arranged it around my work/meeting schedule, thinking Id be able to easily drop my car off, get the loaner and then pick my car up once it was ready without any issue. Unfortunately, I assumed incorrectly.Instead of someone from the dealership calling me ahead of my appointment to inform me of the loaner situation, I wasnt informed until I arrived. Knowing that people have loaner cars reserved, why would you give out more loaners than reservations? This just doesnt make sense and youre making false promises to your customers. Dan offered a few alternate suggestions but frankly, none would resolve the issue. Its now two hours after my original scheduled appointment time and Im back at home waiting for your dealership to advise when they can drop a loaner car off to me and pick my car up for service which will now need to be kept overnight. Obviously, I wont have my car back until some point tomorrow given the circumstances... a complete inconvenience and hardly my idea of quality customer service - which is something Mercedes Benz used to be known for. My frustration stems from the fact that there is always an issue with the service department at this dealership. Its never an easy process and frankly, youd think it was a Kia dealership with the way your customers are treated. Im on my fourth Mercedes (and many of my family members drive Mercedes as well) and Ive watched the quality of your service deteriorate throughout the years to the point where Id rather drive a different car.Edited to add that John Hunt, Service Manager called me this afternoon to apologize for the mishap and asked me what they could do to make the situation better. When I asked him what he could do, he proposed a free car detailing next time I brought my car in for service. Humorous considering it would involve me having to bring my car back in and chance not having a loaner again. When I responded with that remark, he insulted me and told me I was being combative. I know I could have simply said thank you and moved on from that but how asinine of a suggestion to make when he already was well aware how irate I was about not having a loaner car this morning. Does it really make sense to propose a solution and offer a complimentary service that would require me to leave my car and reserve a loaner car again? Honestly, MB just get your act together and go back to providing seamless customer service which you once prided yourselves on and I experienced with you 10years ago and then Ill be happy.- Melissa (Maffei) Kuhner

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They are very unprofessional! I put a $5,000 deposit on a new 2021 GLC, and when I arrived to pick up my vehicle that I insured and etc. I was told that it was no longer available and they wanted to offer me a vehicle that was damaged that they would repair. This dealer ship is terrible! I even went here for service on a existing vehicle before and it was a horrible experience. If you plan to spend money use a dealer that values your business!

I have leased and purchased numerous cars over the years. Working with MB white plains was by far the greatest car buying experience I have ever had. Luci was the best salesperson. She was honest and upfront about the car and pricing. She made the process very easy, even during covid! I drove from Long Island, where I have many Mercedes dealerships to choose from, up to white plains because it was worth the trip. During my most recent visit, he and John Francese, Senior Tire Store Advisor, worked collaboratively to ensure that my GL 450 was safe and ready for a family road trip. First and foremost, I would like to thank Nosh and Jefferson and all of the employees at Mercedes White Plains for helping me getting my new car. I initially came in and spoke with Jefferson in regard to my particular car situation and they tried everything to work with me. When Nosh came in and started working with Jefferson and working out the numbers and what I wanted and needed it felt like I was part of their family. I never bought a car from them, nor knew any of them but the environment at the dealership is very welcoming. They asked me what exactly they could do for me and how they could help. Jefferson and Nosh kept bouncing ideas and numbers back and forth keeping me involved trying to find a way to help me get into a new vehicle and help me with my situation. A couple days later, I picked up my C300 AMG Line. I have owned vehicles from their competitors and I have never felt this welcomed ever in a car dealership. Not only their competitors, but any dealership I have ever walked into has never treated me the way Mercedes of White Plains did. I will definitely continue to work with the dealership in the future and I recommend anyone and everyone to go see them for your car needs. Even if you dont think your financial situation is the best, they will work with you to get into a beautiful luxurious car without any pressure whatsoever. The ease of working with sales and with the finance manager is like no other experience I have ever had. No pushiness at all just making sure you were comfortable with the decision you make and even helping working around your own personal financial situation to make it feasible. If you do go in, make sure you ask for Jefferson (Sales), Nosh is one of the finance managers and will help you with the numbers. I typically do not write these google reviews but with my experience at this dealership, I had to give them the respect and the shoutout they deserved.

This is the best buying experience Ive ever had! I dealt with Rob T. and hes super friendly and super professional. I would definitely recommend asking for him. Their Doc fee is $75 and they charge a $70 Fuel fee (to fill up the tank). This means that their total dealer fee is ONLY $145. I bought the car and will definitely be buying my future cars at this dealership. I HIGHLY recommend coming here.

I have always been a loyal customer to Mercedes-Benz and for past 9 years I have purchased my last three cars from the White Plains Dealership. I have had ALL my maintenance performed by them (an Excellent Service Department). I purchased a certified pre-owned in February 2021. During the winter months and with Covid-19, I hardly used the car. I recently took it for a complete detailing and it was brought to my attention that a poor body repair was done on the driver side lower rear panel. I DIDNT notice it when I purchased the car. I am 70 years old with cataracts so I didnt see it. When I went back to White Plains Mercedes (7/8/21) they denied that they sold me the car in that condition and the repair estimate was $1,416.80. Apparently over 10 years of loyalty has no meaning to them. MY ADVISE IS BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF a Mercedes Lot, MAKE SURE YOU THOROUGHLY INSPECT THE CAR. It would even be worth it to have an outside professional look at the car for you.

Came to them in GOOD FAITH as a broker from my leasing company to purchase a gt63 amg , and to my astounding they cut me out of the deal now the sales person peter makaj , sales manager Nicole who I left two voice mails and said she would have given a call back since Friday not responding , they were willing to sacrifice their owner(s) business income in future deals for their own GREED as I also deal with a good bit of luxury cars and I’m sure they own brands other than Mercedes for one deal , very disappointed with the professionalism and audacity to deal in business like this , will never recommend anyone to buy here .

My experience with Jefferson at MB of White Plains was considered an expectational experience. We currently live out of State and Jefferson was able to provide a walk- through video via facetime of the car we were interested in. He was able to answer all of our questions before arriving for a test drive. During our test drive, under COVID 19 precautions, Jefferson provided great insights and answered all of our questions about the car. Once we agreed on moving forward with our purchase, Jefferson also guided us with all the documents needed before hand, so were were able to drive home the same day. MB of White Plains business process; paperwork was seamless and efficient. Getting us on our way, quick and easy. You can not say this often when it comes to financing; paperwork anywhere else. Jefferson reaches out to us on occasion to ensure we are happy with our new car, if he can be of assistance for anything else, and if needed , to please reach out to him. This open door communication is not heard of as well. Most dealerships take your money with radio silence thereafter. I had a problem with my tires and the service and jorobar help I received from the dealer I purchased my car at was so disappointing. I reached out to the white plains dealer and they helped me right away. I had purchased 2 vehicles from this dealer.I still own one of them, and had scheduled for service a few weeks ago with loaner car. Unfortunately with the winter storm I had to cancel and reschedule for the service but they wouldnt get me the loaners this time. I had no issue getting the loaners at this place for past 6-7 years so I asked why and the answer was because I had not have the service from them for over 3 years...I can not believe that is the reason Im not getting the loaners. It sound more like you dont spend enough money here, you dont get the loaners

I had a great experiencing purchasing a SUV from Matt Schafran and Mercedes-Benz of White Plains. Unlike salesmen from other dealerships, I never felt any pressure from Matt as we texted and talked over the phone about different models and amenities. Just bought my first Mercedes ever and I’m so glad I came here! Ralph Rodriguez in sales, Tyler in concierge, and Bob Carol in finance were all so helpful and honest throughout my experience. Ralph was especially helpful when it came down to my ultimate decision in leasing a 2021 CLA - he wasn’t pushy at all, gave me his honest opinion including the good and bad, and was very realistic about pricing and what a good investment/bad investment would look like. I wasn’t even sure what leasing would look like and was planning on financing an older car, but he walked me through the numbers and that was tremendously helpful. I wasn’t even planning on stopping here while I was car shopping, but it randomly popped up while I was searching and got a free couple hours in my schedule and spontaneously dropped by. I had the best buying experience at Mercedes Benz of White Plains. It was a preowned car, and the entire transaction took just a few hours. Daniel Malone was my sales agent. Called Peter and gave him a deposit over the phone and two days later went down (Im an hour away) and purchased the vehicle. Having bought from Peter before as well as my father having purchased a car from him I knew of he said the car was immaculate it would be and it was. Did the paperwork and was put the door driving it home. Everything was done by appointment that could be and then they made sure everything was cleaned before touching it as were in COVID times. Felt very safe as all surfaces were cleaned in front of you. This maybe the only good thing to come out of 2020 for me. I would definitely buy here again if I end up going with a Benz again.

What a wonderful place! Went in looking for an SUV. Had my eye on the GLE but once I saw/drove the vehicle I realized it was just too big for me. My sales associate Ledion then suggested the GLC. We reviewed the options and he patiently explained why he thought it was the best option for me, he was right. I had so much confidence in his direction I didn’t even test drive it. Drove the car right off the showroom floor and am absolutely in love. Ledion worked with the finance department to get me the right payment amount and the perfect vehicle for me. I never felt rushed, I never felt the need to haggle. May I also add that the dealership itself is absolutely beautiful. I had the worse experience ever last Saturday when I took my car in to replace a tire I purchased at this location less than a year ago. Maria was extremely rude since the minute she began talking to me. I let her know I had already called to get all the information as far as fees and warranty. She still told me Ill look into it and let you know if their is any fee for the tire. I knew I only had a labor fee since my tire was still under warranty. I let her know I have my own spare tire which was the one on the car that I needed them to return it to me and place it in my trunk once they took out the bad tire that was in my trunk which was the one I caught the flat on that had the warranty. After waiting over 40 minutes that they were already working on my car she returns with a gentleman to tell me the tire wasnt the one I purchased from them. I told her I know that and thats why I let her know when I got there that the one that I caught the flat on was the one I showed her in my trunk( the one under warranty). As I was talking she walks away realizing I did tell her that when I got there. She was basically not paying attention to what I was saying when I got there nor when she came back to me. I found it rude and disrespectful for her not to know what we spoke about and to walk away from me when I was explaining to her she was looking at the wrong tire. When I went to look for the manager which I didnt find another employee asked to help me I let him know I didnt want Maria taking care of me, then she comes to us and to start asking how she was being rude or disrespectful I told her please dont talk to me that I didnt want to deal with her anymore. I dont know how she can work with customers. I regret not going to NJ where I usually go but since I purchased the tires here I came to this location.

Let me just say, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Was in an out within 1.5 hours. I spoke with Tom Chen prior to leasing my new car after an issue returning my lease to another dealership. He was able to get this car together, and get all paperwork, etc. situated within a day so I had a car the next morning. I was given Toms info from the great team at Rolands Auto Body (also highly recommend), and I was not disappointed. Purchasing my car though Mercedes-Benz of White Plains was an absolute pleasure. Josh Alexander was extremely nice, professional, and patient from the second I inquired about the card I ended up purchasing. I drove about an hour and 15 min to White Plains from northern NJ on a Friday afternoon. Josh answered every one of my long list of questions and prepared the majority of the paperwork ahead of time. This allowed me to check out the car, test drive it, sign the paperwork, and get back home. Joseph Prudente was just as nice, professional, and patient with me when figuring out the financing. I purchased a beautiful CPO C300 that had a small spot on the white seat. Josh assured me they would take care of it when before I left the dealership. Josh coordinated with their service department to make sure they took care of it. The service department drove down to get my car, leave me a loner, fix the seat, and return my car when it was complete. It looks brand new! This is the 3rd Mercedes My wife and I have purchased within the last 7 years. Each one from a different dealership. Josh and Joseph made this far and away the best purchase experience yet. I was there on April 23rd 2021 to pick up a vehicle that i drop off to get service they damage the vehicle on the rear bumper and then the service adviser Mike lied and said he check in the vehicle and it came in with those scratches on the rear bumper and then said he filled out the damage sheet what the purpose of a damage sheet if it’s done with out the person thats drop of the vehicle being present at the time you inspected the vehicle wouldn’t it make more sense to do that with both party present. Very incompetent people handling your vehicle there inspect before and after leaving will never use that service department again.

Discrepancy between what I was told over phone and what I experienced when came for service at this dealer. I was told no loaner car available for all customers, but it turned to be reserved only for MB owners who purchased cars from this dealer. Sounds like my MB is not MB and it doesn’t deserve the same service quality. Also the price for the service B is higher than what I was told over the phone. Poor communication and misinformation, negative experience compared to any other dealers I’ve had serviced before. I don’t think the service quality meet the standards of MB brand at all.

Jesse was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles as we were downsizing from a 7 passenger to a 5 passenger. He was able to suggest which car would work the best for our family needs and our budget. We had an amazing test drive experience with Jesse. Besides him being helpful, he was hospitable. Searching for a specific CPO car with the options you want is tough. Really luck of the draw in finding it. I was looking for a specific GLE 350. Honestly I’m probably an annoying customer because I know exactly what I want and what I want to spend. I don’t want to be shown something else for a different price no matter how good of a deal it is.I went to a few other Mercedes dealerships and every time I felt like I was getting setup or worked because after telling them what I would want they would always do something sneaky like change the term to 72 months to look cheaper. Then I happened to meet Rob Texidor at White Plains. Guy was honest from the start with me. When we first talked about a specific GLE 350 the dealership would not drop to the price I was looking for. Rather than spin anything sneaky Rob was honest. I left and started looking elsewhere. Again at another dealer the salesperson did slick math changing terms the 72 months to try trick me to make the price look less.Then I got a call from Rob about a week later saying the price just dropped. I rushed over, loved the car, we worked on a number that worked and closed the deal. Never once did I feel rushed, or worry I was being cheated. Guy worked WITH me to try and get what I needed. He didnt try to show me something I wasn’t asking for. Rob is a stand up guy, I wish everyone was like him. If you’re looking for an honest person at an honest dealership, go see Rob Texidor at this location in White Plains. Great guy.

They ARE READY and RELIABLE. Yesterday, I ran into every customers worst nightmare. I got a flat tire on a turnpike that damaged my entire tire and rim late at night on Sunday. I waited hours and hours for the NJ Authorities to move me into a safe location to get properly towed for assistance but WP Mercedes made me feel SAFE. Today, they sent a tow car (Free of service) to my home to their dealership. Christian Chandler, waited for me at the front as they delivered my car and made every step seamless and stress free. As this was not my home dealership he definitely made it my new home dealership. He not only provided his best professional opinion he got me in and out within an hour and a half and made sure I got the correct products. If you are looking for integrity and security choose Mercedes White Plains. Pro tip: always add their tire and wheel protection. It’s pricey but it will save you in the long run.
