Ive had several good experiences at Be Auto Smart lately. The owner Kyle is friendly and easy to talk to. The phone gets answered when you call, it was easy to book appointments and the work was always completed in a timely manner for a reasonable price. I never felt like I was being talked down to or mislead in any way. Highly recommend these guys!

The staff here are very helpful they helped me figure out my cruise control they also helped me in a very timely fashion highly recommended.

I love the team at Be Auto Smart. Kyle only hires the best. They have helped me out a couple times in the last few years when I thought for sure I was going to have to scrap my old vehicle.I recently had them due a tune up on my hybrid and I went from 45MPG highway to 53! Not bad when the manufacturer rates the car at 50 tops.I will say there was one time I had an issue (not bad when I have a lot of cars to take to him), and it was minor, and when I noticed it I called to let them know. I was back in later that day getting it fixed at no charge. They always want to make things right.

We had a problem due to my fault with the car which he worked with me to get it handled. Very nice and polite to deal with. They had me waiting for 3 hours for them to do an alignment and they couldnt figure it out and ended up telling my my rear axle might be bent. I took it to Sids in Springville and he had my truck driving perfectly straight down the road in just 15 minutes. I dont know what these guys are up to but they wasted a whole lot of my time and money. Very frustrating.

Kyle gave me great customer service and they recharged the AC with an oil change inside of 30 minutes. Great shop and would highly recommend it.

I left a voice mail asking the cost and someone called me back within a short time. He offered three upcoming time slots when I could bring my car in. The waiting area and front desk were comfortable. Staff was friendly and other waiting customers were friendly. The oil change was quick and professional. Ill go back there next time!

Be Smart Auto was very professional and quick. I scheduled a four wheel allignment and there was a mix up with the scheduling. When I came in however the appointment time I agreed to on the phone was honored. They had my car back to me in about 40 minutes.The lobby was nice and clean and while I was there the bathroom was cleaned well so this is a great place to go during Covid. Would highly recommend.

These guys are super honest, I took my car in for a front alignment and for them to find a clunking noise in the front. I was expecting to pay through the nose for them to find it, But they called me back quick when they finished and told me they did the alignment, and that the clunking noise was a loose bolt 🔩 on the front suspension. It turned out to be cheap, and now my car 🚗 sounds great. This is my 3rd time using Bee Smart Auto. Always a pleasure.

We had an 11 am appointment, we arrived a little early. They took us in and performed a four wheel alignment. We were in and out quickly and the job was well done. They did a great job.

Best Alignments Ive been able to find in the last 15 years of searching..... And at an unbelievable price.

I brought my vehicle in for some work and was able to avoid replacing my power steering rack and pump because they actually looked at my vehicle instead of just recommending to replace everything like the dealer wanted to. I paid about $400 for the required repairs to the leaky power steering lines when that same dealer wanted over $2000 for the replace everything fix. Thanks to Mike for making sure things went well. He was great at communicating where things were the entire way.

I booked their service through Groupon and they completed my work good. They are knowledgeably suited for the job, and was very friendly.

I purchased a Groupon from this business and went to redeem the Alignment. My tie-rod ends were shot so they couldnt perform the service at the time. The mechanic explained how to fix the problem and off I went. We decided to replace a few other worn out parts in the process, so it It took me a number of months to fix my car. Once I called to reschedule the appt, I realized the Groupon had expired. I fretted about having to pay double, since many business wont do the right thing nowadays. To my surprise and relief they redeemed it for me. The alignment didnt cost me any more than what I paid for the Groupon. I would reccomend this auto shop to everyone. Honest, Fair and Courteous. I WILL be coming back if the need come in the future.

I went to this place with the under impression that work would get done and my car would be fixed due to its high ratings on google. I spent over 300$ at this place and the same problem that was wrong with my car 3 days ago, the same problem is still there and the check engine light with the same error is showing again. I called and the “manager” said that they couldn’t get me in until 3 weeks and he was very rude and unprofessional on the phone. They do not help there military members and is just a rude individual with attitude

*UPDATE* KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!I considered changing my review thinkingI was just a little upset when writing it, but I now have 129 miles on my truck since it left their shop, and the air conditioner (which I took a loan out for them to fix)DOESNT WORK AGAIN! should we chalk this one up to customer abuse too?KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!I once thought I found a hidden gem of a mechanic.... I thought they were honest and provided quality work on top of excellent customer service. BOY WAS I WRONG!$10,000 later and maybe 200 miles on my vehicle since the FIRST time bringing in for the same problem to these people I learn that they wont warranty their work for me anymore..... the reason: they cant seem to fix the problem and so they dont even feel confident in their own work. Who gets to pay the price.... ME!When I asked why they wouldnt warranty the work they pretty much laughed at me and said its because of customer abuse because there was a little bit of mud on it. I find that funny because I ride a motorcycle all summer and my truck has been parked. I asked them to compare the mileage from the 1st couple of times I brought it in to this last time picking it up and again they laughed at me.Has anybody out there spent 10k Just to get their 4 wheel drive working again? If you havent this would be the place to take it. Though they will likely not fix the problem just take your money and laugh!Does anybody else have any good recommendations on a mechanic because Im tired of getting ripped off by a******s like this

I always feel very taken care of. Its easy to trust their work and what they are saying about the situation of your vehicle. They have a very kind and considerate staff.

Older suburban. O2 sensor error reading from auto zone reader. Be smart said no. You need a tune up and oil change. 1200 dollars later. O2 sensor light came on a week later. I replaced it my self. $20. Fixed. Also when they did the oil change they cross threaded the drain plug. Had to re tap and thread. I would not recommend these guys.

I recently moved to midvale and found these guys on Groupon. I was leaving on a last minute trip and needed an alignment and an oil change. The guy on the phone was so nice and got me in the next day, the day before I was leaving on my road trip. The entire experience with this place from start to finish was amazing. The guy i dealt with was just nothing but so nice and professional that I was so excited to find a friendly honest mechanic. I totaled my car on that trip last month and just got another car. So Im excited to take it in for a handful of items that need to be fixed. I always get a little uneasy with mechanics but I just feel so confident that these guys are honest, friendly and very reasonably priced.

My car drives really nice after a wheel balance and alignment.

A friend of mine referred this shop to me so I took my truck in for a strange vibration that happens off and on when turning right. They weren’t able to find anything but gave a few suggestions on what to look for and possible options that may contribute to the vibration that happens off and on. He told me the truck was in great shape and to let them know if the noise became more regular. Typically I have paid 80-120$ just to have them look at my vehicle. This shop was less than half that!! I will be taking my truck or car to these guys the next time I have a problem.

Mike and Kyle and the team at Be Auto Smart are great! They always tell you exactly what they’re going to do, and call you in the middle of work if they can’t do something how you wanted, to make sure you’re okay with the changes.

They were amazing! I car issues and took my car into the downtown Subaru dealership and they quoted me at 3k. my friend told me to call Be Auto Smart and i am so happy i did! They fixed my car for 1.5k! Apparently the dealership was trying to get my to fix things to my car that werent needed, ontop of overcharging me for parts, labor, etc. Im so happy i was decided to go to Be Auto Smart and will refer them to all my friends and be a returning costumer :)

They called several times to let us know what they found, what they felt needed to be done and wouldnt go forward with the work until we were comfortable with their suggestions. I just had my truck worked on, and I can say I would not hesitate to go back. Kyle called me before they worked on my truck to verify why and what I wanted replace he did not want to charge or replace a part that did not need to replace. He also recommended I get my inner tie rod replace and gave me options for price and quality. Do not hesitate to go to this shop. They gained new costumers for life.

Burton oil was our honest, reliable, good price mechanic. Be Auto Smart bought Burton Oil out when Burton Oil retired. Still trying to decide if we feel Be Auto Smart can match Burtons. Some times Be Auto Smart comes close. Other times we are left wondering.....

After trying multiple car service places and having to wait a few hours or even a couple days for basic auto care needs, my husband and I decided to go to Be Auto Smart since theyre so close to home. Weve been going here for about 2 years now and have never been disappointed. Weve had wheel-alignments/rotations, oil/fluid changes, brake/body inspections as well as our yearly plate renewal and are usually out in an hour or less depending how busy they are. We drive a ton for our jobs so we always want to make sure our cars are in good condition. They provide very fast friendly services at a great price and are very down to earth. As someone who doesnt know much about cars, they go over the details with you short and sweet and dont leave you confused. Awesome people at a convenient location!

I had a very great experience here.Paid over $2000 at another shop here in town, all new front end, alignment, & new tires.Had a bad shake in the front end, plus alignment was off. So after taking it back 2 times, I came to Be Smart, & after about 2 hours, problem fixed, & rides as smooth as it should originally.Highly recommend this place for all auto repair needs.

I was in for an alignment, and as I sat in the waiting room, there was a young lady, who was about to throw a rod, Mike didnt treat her like a dumb woman, and try to sell her magic potions., he was straight up with her, showed her what her oil looked like, explaining the situation to her, without presuming she was or was not savvy to engines. I was pleasantly surprised, and obviously, impressed.

Went in for an alignment and got exactly that. Great staff. Great little waiting room and outstanding great service! I will definitely be using them in the future for any car maintenance and repairs.

Could not use Groupon. Said they were too busy and it was going to be in next month before they could do emissions. Why advertise for more business when service cannot be provided?

I met Kyle just under a year ago and have been grateful ever since. I had a jeep Wrangler that caught fire last year. The interior damage was minimal but the electrical wiring for the fuel pump was destroyed. Kyle was able to untangle it, repair it, and solve a couple other problems that occurred from it which I didnt know about. All for less than I was quoted by the insurance companies preferred repair facility! Since then I have taken every car I own to him for needed service and repairs.He is honest, straight forward, and will go the extra mile to help you solve your issue with the least out of pocket expense. Really friendly. Went to get my oil changed and they told me about some stuff about my car that was unrelated to my oil getting changed.

The staff was very friendly and was very helpful and accommodating. The service was very quick and easy. I stopped in after work for an I/M & Safety and DMV sticker renewal. I was there less than 30 minutes for the entire process. I found them through the West Jordan paper. I will definitely return. The facility was small and cozy, very inviting.

They were friendly, quick & much to my surprise they didn’t try to up sell me!! All around great experience 😊

My car had been in several different mechanic shops for a month and a half and no one could help me. I brought my car to Be Auto Smart and they had my car fixed in a few days. They even called me on New Year’s Day when they were closed to let me know it was their priority. They made my car a priority so I could leave to get back to college and finished a day early. When I walked in they greeted me by name and made me feel very welcomed. One guy even called and yelled at some mechanics at Tunex that screwed me over and did his best to help me out. Very positive experience.

Went in for an alignment. Wasnt straight. Was told my steering gearbox had play. It was brand new. Had dealership verify it was in spec. Went in for a re-do, was told my inner tie rod ends were bad, as well as my ball joints. The tie rod ends are BRAND NEW. Ball joints tested at dealership. Not loose. I asked the tech who pulled my truck out, so those new inner tie rods are loose huh? He responded maybe it was the outers. I said those are new too. Looked like he had stage fright. Good shop if you dont know what youre looking at. Other than that, its just a second rate shop making excuses to make way for more desirable work.

I took my 2011 Odyssey into Be Auto Smart after another mechanic couldnt fix an irritating rattling on the steering wheel, and they took care of it without a problem. They were fast, and were able to work out a rental car for me in the interim, as I had a few other things done to it. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Kyle and Be Auto Smart to anyone. Hes an honest dude that wont sell you anything you dont need.

Had emissions and registration renewal done. Mike was friendly and inviting. Said it would be 15 - 20 minutes to complete, and it was done at almost 15 minutes on the nose. My only complaint was the parking. There wasnt any... Its a small shop though, so its understandable. I might bring it back for more work... Small shops make me nervous though, well they all do actually. How do you know if mechanics are honest or not? They were friendly though. Thats something.

Amazing shop! They found the real problem that a different shop mis-diagnosed and fixed it quick. Price was far less than I thought it was going to be, and half what the wrong repair would have been at the other shop. Finally an honest mechanic!!

Purchased a groupon for my emissions test. Never having been here before I wasn’t sure what to expect. Service was great, they were really friendly and I was in and out in under 30-40 minutes.

I got an emissions test done in 15 minutes without an appointment. I used their coupon which made it the least cost compared to other places. They were courteous & explained everything.

I went in for a wheel alignment and tire rotation. I also asked for them to check why my ABS brake light was on. They did a great job on the alignment and tire rotation, found why the ABS light was on and didn’t even charge me for it. Gary is a cool guy. Thanks!

I took my vehicle to Be Auto Smart for a minor repair which they fixed right away. They informed me that there was another part that needed to be replaced and I should schedule the following week. They said the part was about $300 but they had access to quality used parts and could get a used part for just over $100. The repair was supposed to take between 45 minutes and 1.5 hours.I took my vehicle in and they told me the wrong part had been shipped. Three weeks later and 5 wrong parts later, they asked if I wanted to go with a new part instead of used. My vehicle had now been in the shop for 3 weeks and I couldnt wait any longer so I said get a new one. 2 more wrong parts later, my car was finished (and now about 4 weeks).When I got the bill, they only charged me for 3.5 hours but informed me they had spent much longer than that. They assured me my case was an anomoly and that normally things go much smoother.The fact they cant get the right part ordered was not my fault and if this was truly the exception they kept claiming it was, they should have at MOST charged me for the estimated time to install. My bill was over double what my estimate was and it took 4 weeks instead of 1 day. I hope I am the exception, but I will never be back here.

Got an inspection done on my 2001 F150. While I was freezing in the waiting area about 45 min I observed the desk lady deliver mechanical findings to other customers. She made recommendations to them, and tried to go into poor detail about why it was important. It sounded like the same job twice to a repeat customer.I was failed for my tie rod end. I had replaced them about 1 to 2 years prior. Desk lady sat next to me pointing out issues and offering a quote on items such as a disconnected transmission dip stick (screw came out), break pad replacement, and other concerns I cant remember now.I ordered the parts and did the job myself, where I found my rear parking break cable was disconnected on both sides, which was not mentioned in the safety inspection.I feel like the recommendations were made by an untrained sales person, fishing for more work without proper evidence or schedule to back up said items.The mechanics may have found 99 problems but missed the giant life threatening safety issue.P.S. Im sure their office plant is still sitting in the corner dead from no water.

Had some welding done on my cars exhaust. They had to do some extra work and i thought that they would charge me a lot more but it turned out they were still half the cost of any where else i was quoted... Very happy with them
