I’m so happy this place exists. Having a Land Rover can be the pits when it breaks and no one knows how to fix it. Not even the dealership was helpful with something super easy. Dan is the man and their shop is definitely a mini mechanic show room. Thanks for the wash before I picked her up to trek home effortlessly!

I have only written one other bad review in regards to a company. This is uncommon for me, but having experienced what I did, Ive decided to share this for the less mechanically minded individuals that might get a snow job. Okay, so first thing, I have a Land Rover LR3 on which I was struggling to get the air suspension light to turn off. I called in and they recommended a flash. The first quote was $150 and the next time I called it was $200. I figured they must have recently raised the price. I drove down and left it with them and told them I wasnt interested in anything else but a flash on the computer. A couple of days later I get a call that they had performed the flash and that it wouldnt work with my current Hitachi compressor and that I needed to change to the other brand for an additional cost of $1200. That was annoying as I notified them before hand that my compressor was a new Hitachi and they recommended this flash. If it wasnt compatible, why would you flash it? Next up I get an email that gave me a walk through of additional diagnosis that they performed going over my whole car, which I didnt want or need as I already was aware of the issues it had as I and another mechanic had gone through it. Remember I told them I didnt want anything else but the flash. However, I did see some things on the list that I had missed so I figured it was good to know. That was another 200 bucks. The problems I didnt notice were front left bearing and right inner tie rod. I ordered them and called my mechanic to install them. Once he got into it he discovered that neither had play and what we were feeling was the lower control arm bushings on both ends were sloppy. Guess what? My mechanic had already diagnosed that and I was already aware of the issue. Needless to say I was not impressed with the cost and service. Its always fun to get a $400 plus bill and nothing on my car was changed or even diagnosed properly. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I was told I needed a wheel bearing replacement at the BMW of Murray and they gave me a high cost estimate of repair compared to average cost for my make and model. Hoping to get a more reasonable cost, I brought my car here and it turns out I didn’t even need the repair. I highly recommend Integrity First, they will not try to scam you! Cannot thank them enough!

Dan and his crew are awesome in helping us keep our classic on the road. Their name says it all, outstanding customer service and the techs know their stuff. Do you and your wallet a favor and kiss that dealership goodbye!

This is a high end auto shop. They charge $144.75 for an hours work. Most auto shops charge $80 per hour. They do good work here but you will pay for it. The facility is high end. You will find your vehicle among McLaren’s, high end Porsche’s and Range Rovers. I guess if you are driving those vehicles, your not concerned about price anyway.I was charged $341.52 to diagnose and replace starter motor. $144.75 to diagnose. $144.75 to replace, 22.96 for shop supplies and $29.06 tax. This does not include the cost of the starter. The exact same thing done at Dee’s Automotive two years prior was $148.80. $120.00 labor(diagnosis and replace), $5.00 shop supplies and $23.80 sales tax.Like I stated, they will do a good job repairing your vehicle and Dan is a very nice guy but you will pay up for it. Lots of places that will treat you great without paying for the overhead.

I have no idea what their repair service is like because I couldn’t even have a grown up conversation on the phone call.I’m skeptical of any place that will not give you a ballpark estimate. I asked the simple question of what it would take to replace a heater core. The man on the phone was rude as he talked over me as I asked why he couldn’t let me know roughly what I was looking at for the repair (so that I could plan my budget accordingly)These guys obviously know they are higher priced than they should be and so they hide it. They force you to bring your vehicle in so they can give you a long sales pitch of why they are so smart, so much better, and so trustworthy over dozens of other places that would do excellent work for a lesser amount.I will always choose the company, even if they are higher priced, if they are willing to talk to me, shoot straight with me, and let me know other possibilities that the problem could be ... oh yea, and don’t treat you like a child. I’m a Mechanical Engineer and I’ve worked on cars my entire life. I don’t need some salesman telling me that they don’t have any idea what it could be until I pay them the $150 for them to “check it out themselves”. Just ridiculous, as I listened to this guy tell me a number of reasons why they have to be exactly precise in anything they quote, so he can’t speculate, estimate, or give any advice over the phone. Pure Garbage and a tactic.I also found it interesting that a nearby excellent Volkswagen mechanic that gave me an estimate and talked to me candidly over the phone, is three weeks out, while these guys were able to get me in immediately. That tells you something.Save your money, and go to someplace that cares about your wallet and your business.

This is the best, and most professional shop I have ever dealt with. My car had repairs done at Salt Lake Land Rover, a day later my engine light comes on...then the games began with the service manager. I said no more to that dealership!!! I got in touch with Dan, he had my car for half a day, and solved the problem. Dan, and his team fixed shoddy workmanship that the dealership had done to my beautiful Range Rover. This was my first time using this shop, and I am absolutely impressed.

Their website accurately reflects a fantastic customer service experience with timely, professional auto repair. Ive been to lots of car repairs and they are they best by far. Prices are higher than most but well worth it to not get hassled for stuff or repairs you dont need. Highly recommended!

They specialize in all makes & models and have taken care of my issues big & small. I came in to do a brake overhaul on my Subaru recently. They went above and beyond by doing a complete preliminary check-up on my car, letting me know how my car was doing overall. They used quality parts with a very quick turnaround time and my car is running great now! They put integrity and their customers first and know how to take great care of their people! Would highly recommend Integrity First for any automotive need.

In January we had all our bags packed and we started out drive to Seattle. About 30 minutes in... Check engine light. Dan was so helpful. He put our car first, test drove it to ensure it would be okay, and even replaced the windshield wipers. Would recommend to anyone. He got us to our new home safe and sound!

Dont go to this shop unless you have a luxury car. This is a high end shop so you will be expected to play high end prices. If you have an older car take it to Service Auto Experts around the corner where you wont have to pay for all of the overhead. The team was professional but could have been more upfront with prices.

Terrible CS, Not friendly or Helpful, Not willing to listen

I had recently bought a -99 Porsche 911 and wanted to ensure that the car was in great shape. I called these guys as I learned from their web page that they had a certified Porsche mechanic on staff. I spoke with Dan and asked for a quote for some preventative maintenance & a full inspection. The quote he gave me was fair - not bargain basement but also not as much as a Porsche dealership would have quoted me. The full inspection was something they did as a matter of course so it would be provided free of charge. This was the week before Easter and I really wanted the car for the weekend. A couple of hours after dropping off my car I got an email with the full inspection report. Since I had already done some work on the car and knew of other work that the previous owner had done, Im happy to say that they nailed it in the inspection. Everything I already knew needed to be done was in there, and that which I knew did not need to be done was never highlighted as a problem area. They did find some items that I wasnt aware of, and we agreed to include some of them in the quote. I also insisted on having some work done that they had told me wasnt needed, which told me that they were not trying to get as much money from me as they could. Dan and his team stepped up and got everything taken care of in a single day, even though they had to stay through the evening, finishing up at 7 pm. I got a loaner car for the duration free of charge. Every job was done right, all bolts torqued to the correct setting, using OEM gaskets and procedures, and fully documented. Im sure you can find a shop that does the job cheaper but in my case Im more than happy to pay a little more (not that much more) to know that the people working on my car know what theyre doing. I would definitively recommend this shop to anyone that has an older, out-of-warranty, foreign luxury vehicle that needs some work done.

Damien is soooo smart about his business and his whole team is top notch. Jax is wonderful on the phone with questions. Best of all, they find even the trickiest problems.

Honest assessment from a returning customer who has brought my vehicles in multiple times.1. They are (in my opinion) more expensive than other places, but their shop, knowledge and expertise is second to none. You get what you pay for, and you’ll get great service here.2. Took my car to another shop where they noticed a very minor mistake and they called the shop and paid for it on the spot. It was something small but sent the message that they truly do act with integrity.

Really great place to bring your car! Scheduling is so easy. We only have one car and needed it done fast. We have a 2010 Prius The problem was the front bar sway links . They were very thorough in the diagnostic and stayed in contact with us throughout the process. 5 stars!!

I have only been using Integrity for a few months, since I bought my 2001 740. The guy I bought it from was a BMW guy and he recommended them. I would not trust anyone else with the work on my car. Their customer service is top notch. They provide a detailed assessment each visit, and consult with you as to how to triage work needed etc. Their facility is as clean as an operating room, it is clear they seriously care about details. I mean it as a compliment when I say, these guys are seriously type A. Their waiting room is as comfortable as my living room. Most importantly, they are passionate about cars. I have been going to mechanics for 25 years, and they are the best I have ever been to.

Excellent customer service and top quality work. Dan and team were very helpful, and helped me resolve some lingering issues with my Fiat that would have stumped many other technicians/ shops. Their feedback and keeping me informed through the process was great. They have earned my business for sure.

Absolutely Awesome! I wanted to let everyone know about my experience at Integrity First Auto. First off--This is my first import I have ever purchased and I have had it without issues for about 7 months, I took my Benz in for a rear SAM replacement last week. Luis quickly diagnosed the issue and I had the repair done the same day. Great Job Luis! Lisa was extremely helpful and set my mind at ease. Tyler was also great to work with and I immediately knew from talking with him, this was not a typical repair facility. Damian, the owner, was terrific. He walked me through the repair and gave me some great advice on a few mechanical items that I should keep an eye on. I have already referred 6 of my colleagues who have imports over to Damian and his team. Keep up the great work Damian! You have a great team! You are the only ones that I will have work on my vehicle.

Quoted $700 for an A/C recharge for 1234 refrigerant. This is $400 more than the average price of other shops around Salt Lake. Leaving three stars since I’m sure they do great work on cars, but over charging customers is definitely happening for certain services.

Shouldve shopped around. Overcharges, a lot.Wont let me respond directly. I had another shop quote me 400 cheaper. They also told me about the inertia switch reset before they even recommended swapping out the fuel pump. This wasnt explained to me until after the work was done at yalls place. Possibly just resetting a switch instead of any work done. Your guys told me my belt and tires were bad. Yet, on my next two shop visits, both said they were fine.

My girl and I always have the best experience with this shop. You always see beautiful and interesting cars. You can also trust that youll receive the best possible service money can buy.

Damian and his staff are fantastic - knowledgeable, friendly, honest. Ive been bringing my familys vehicles here to be serviced for over 5 years and I would never go anywhere else. Their shop is impeccably clean and their waiting room is like a cozy living room, complete with complimentary snacks and drinks. If waiting isnt an option, they usually have loaners available (call ahead). The disruptive nature of car repair/maintenance is so much easier to fit into a busy schedule when you choose Integrity First! Most importantly, Damian and his staff are true experts... they specialize in foreign luxury cars, but have the expertise to handle anything. Between our BMW, Ford Expedition and a couple of Nissans, weve had some real interesting issues weve taken to Integrity First over the years. Regardless of the make/model or level of mechanical/electrical mystery, they were able to quickly troubleshoot, diagnose and repair everything weve come to them with. Take your vehicles to Integrity First. You wont be disappointed!

Customer service is excellent. The waiting room is comfy and relaxing should you have the need to wait while the repairs are being completed. The major concern from my point of view is the cost. I am definitely not a high end customer and just needed a basic diagnostic test done, which was provided and was very thorough. However, the costs for the services offered were beyond my price-point. One concern I had was that I was told I would need about a $500 repair for a new pump. However, I had a new pump already installed previously. When I took it back it turned out that the only issue was that a hose was disconnected. The pump was never the issue. Just a disconnected hose. This could have been resolved with a simply eye inspection. Otherwise, I would recommend this company.

The best. This is the only place I trust to work on my Jaguar XF and BMW X5. Their mechanics knew my car inside and out and had all the right computers to talk to them. They have all the expertise and tools to do the job correctly, are priced fairly, and live up to their name behaving with honesty and integrity. They partner with you to work on any issues in a zero pressure environment. None of the uncaring overpriced parts shotgunning of a dealership, and way more expertise and capability than any other independent shop in Utah. Ive brought my vehicles here many times and have only had great experiences. Top notch, this is the place, Ill never go anywhere else.

Been treated well by all of the staff, they always made sure my car was performing to its best. In my experience there, some of the fixes have taken a little longer than expected. However each time I leave I know exactly what they saw, what they recommend, and good picture of the health of my car. I can drive away confident in my vehicle each time.

So at first we were extremely upset with this company but after getting a verbal second opinion from a close family friend with an exemplary mechanical background we realized these guys were legit! They were kind enough to allow us to keep our Buick parked in their overflow parking lot until the place we were donating our vehicle to could come and get it. Very good-hearted people. Its not visible from the highway, got to go into the city a little bit but the location is pretty easy to find. Pricing seems fair and theyre willing to go above and beyond to help you out. If I lived closer I would definitely consider bringing my vehicles to them on a regular basis. I would be willing to give them a shot! These guys exemplify their title and are Integrity Auto!

I highly recommend Integrity First Automotive for all BMW vehicles. I have take my late model 3 Series (E90) sedan there for many routine and special service appointments and always receive high quality repairs and customer service. Damien and the crew always keep me well informed of repair status, consult with me on repair costs and options, provide a loaner car if needed and meet their delivery commitments. On a recent oil leak appointment the team went above and beyond to find and diagnose the problem, provide options and make a quality repair that required more time and effort than I was charged for the job. I am always happy with the work quality and cost at Integrity First Automotive.

They deserve the stars that they have. No one can be perfect but as far as auto mechanic/technician shops go this place has my full backing after only one visit. I normally dont give 5 stars after only one visit nor have I gotten the vehicle back yet but I feel comfortable rating them this but will update if it changes. They have been nothing but living up to their business name when it comes to my dealing with them. My fiancé and I brought in her 2001 BMW with a lot of issues. We had taken the vehicle into other shops to get quotes and everyone else called it a lost cause which in the end means a new car for a lot more money than even repairing it for 10K like some other shop, that will remain nameless here, actually quoted for repair. These guys were 2 weeks backed up but agreed to look at the vehicle. We are getting it back today after only dropping it off Monday (2 full days). Pretty amazing!!! No business will fully make everyone happy but I will only be using this place from this day forward. I couldnt feel more comfortable.Only one word of advice, even if it is a bad comment on here reply to the person. I answer back every single comment on my companies Google and after investigation and recommendations from other people that is a good idea.Long story short this is the first shop in a long time that I have felt this comfortable with. Even family friends that do work on the side havent made me feel like this place has. Great Job Integrity. Keep living up to your name. For my sake and yours :)Oh and my bill is only going to be about $1700.00, that is a far cry from $10K.

I love Integrity! I moved to Utah a little over a year ago and was looking for a good mechanic because my free service through Toyota for my Corolla had recently ended, anyway. After reading reviews online through Yelp, I came in and could not have been more impressed. I always feel like theyre being honest with me and taking the best care of my car without trying to talk me into services I dont need. They just present an honest report of whats going on with my car, with recommendations for things that they think need fixing. Perfect. Though I dont know anything about cars, I do love information, and Ive never felt as involved in my cars service as I do with Integrity. Its great! Now I bring my hubbys 10+ year old Honda Civic in, and I have a feeling that car is going to run forever under Integritys care.

This place is hands down the best mechanic shop in the valley. Dan takes great pride in providing personal attention to his customers. My car has a strange complicated problem related to its ability to hold charge and Dan is committed to getting it back on the road. I have been to other places that run you a long list of charges and you still don’t get the root cause fixed. This place in my opinion blows them all out of water. Best auto shop I recommend integrity to everyone. Even feel comfortable sending my wife without instructions ;). Great guys and great service honest and true.Even after a few years they have some great technicians that explain things simply yet effectively and I appreciate that. My 2004 Porsche Cayenne Turbo sprung a massive coolant leak and my 2011 Audi Q7 3.0 Supercharged has been overheating. With very little notice, Damian provided me with a loaner and got both of my vehicles right in. They took fantastic care of me and my cars. Jeff has been great at communicating with me and keeping me updated on my cars progress. Integrity First Automotive is the best shop in Salt Lake Valley for all makes and models, but especially for European cars!

Excellent service through good communication on what they recommend to have a healthy car. I drive an older car, not very fancy or anything, but it gets me to work and back home everyday. Integrity helps me know how my car is doing every couple months when I drop it off for the oil change. I love their check up report. It insures my car stays reliable and gets me to work and back to home.

I recently purchased an older BMW that I knew would need some work. Never having owned a European car, I was careful to research where to get the work done. After working with Damian and the rest of the staff at Integrity First Auto, I feel like I struck gold. I definitely found the right guys to take car of my car. My car needed a tow to get to the shop - Damian recommended Scott at Beehive towing who did the job at a fair price. Damian then emailed me an inspection report which went into detail about his recommendations to get my car back on the road. Damian was willing to spend the time to help me understand the reasons behind each recommendation, and worked with me to get the most critical items done within my budget. I will definitely be bringing the car back to get more work done as needed. My car now runs great, and as it is my daily driver it is comforting to know that I have Damian and Integrity First Auto to take care of anything that may come up in the future.

I have worked with Damian and the crew at Integrity First on a variety of Land Rover LR3 fixes and maintenance. Their customer service has been top notch and Ive always felt like they were honest and up front about all costs, problems, potential problems, etc. Other shops are, on occasion, less expensive, but I believe thats because Integrity First doesnt cut corners, uses name brand parts that are covered under warranty, etc. I have always come away feeling good about the work they did and how I was treated. The only complaint I have is that theyre located in Salt Lake and I live 1.5 hrs away, so its not always convenient to get work done, but thats not their fault.

Integrity First Automotive is an amazing place to take your vehicle. I have never been more fully informed what to expect and how long a vehicle would take to be finished. I have now used the shop twice and have been helped by Damian, the owner of the shop, personally multiple times. Damian made working around a vehicle repair as pain free as it could be. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle, Jason, was amazingly qualified and I felt no other mechanic has done such a thorough job on my automobile. I will be suggesting the shop to family and friends and will be a returning customer.

My experience at Integrity First Automotive was by far one of the best that I have had in the Salt Lake area when it came to getting my car taken car of. Lisa at the front office got me in fast and was very friendly about making sure my needs were taken met. The other employees and mechanics were really nice and I felt very comfortable. I really liked the service and friendly atmosphere that Integrity First Automotive presented during my visit. The shop was clean, the waiting room was clean and they offered snacks and drinks as well as access to WiFi. Talking to Todd about my car and what needed to be done, gave me reassurance that I was getting service from someone with years experience and extensive knowledge. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Integrity First Automotive, they offer service far better than any other shop that I have been to and you know that you will get the best care for your car.

Honest, Knowledgeable, Efficient. I took my X5 to another BMW shop and they couldnt figure out what the problem was. Integrity Auto had it diagnosed and fixed in a few minutes. It was my second time there and I can say for sure, they know what they are doing and can get you in and fixed up much quicker and cheaper than the dealer.

Dans team of technicians and mechanics are top notch. I recently purchased a BMW X5 and had a very strange electrical/computer issue. Dans team figured out the problem, cleared some codes and had everything working properly in short order.

I had been my a little neglectful in keeping up with maintenance on my 2008 BMW 335i, so I knew there would be a lot of things that needed to be done. Damian was honest about what needed to be taken care of immediately and what could wait a little longer, and did a great job of keeping me in the loop every step of the way. For my next car I had been thinking about going with a brand with a reputation for less expensive maintenance but after the great work Integrity did, quickly and at a very reasonable rate, I think I will stick with BMW since now I know a good mechanic. :)

This place beats out the Land Rover dealer! Getting ready for a long-haul trip home in my Discovery, my headlight went out. This place got me in first thing on a holiday morning, whereas the dealership couldnt/wouldnt fit me in. They found a few more lights to replace and topped off the fluids. All with a friendly attitude. Nice, clean shop as well with a better SLC centric location.

Just made my first visit to Integrity to check out my recently acquired 2004 BMW E46 for my son attending school here in Utah. Service was very good. Their inspection report was the most thorough and comprehensive Ive ever seen. While the repairs were expensive, the quality of their work seems to be top notch! I hope I can continue to financially justify taking this older car to them because they really know their stuff.

I usually dont trust car mechanics but I do now.Thankfully we found Integrity first automotive not because our cars we in need of repair but because we now have a place we trust to keep our cars in great working order. It gives me peace of mind to know that the my family vehicles are comprehensively inspected and well maintained. Great service by a great staff.

What an amazing experience. Searching for my dream car, and not really knowing too much about automobiles is super risky for me. I am SO lucky I found these guys!! I took a 1993 VW van to have it looked over before purchase, and ended up with such a full report that Im totally blown away. I ended up not purchasing, but was given some great advice on what to look for. Super friendly, super knowledgeable, and super TRUSTWORTHY. I have been to just about every European automotive shop in the valley (and some beyond) and I have to say that Integrity First is by far the best for so many reasons. I have taken several cars there so far and seen nothing but extremely professional, courteous, and attention to detail oriented service. They have gone above and beyond with all the repairs and maintenance as well as recommendations as to how to properly maintain my car as well, all without being pushy. I will not be taking my BMW to any other shop ever again. Oh, and if the service isnt that important to you haha their shop is always immaculate, theyre waiting room is comfortable and spacious, and they have great amenities while you wait like snacks and a computer. Seriously... check them out.

Damian and his crew have worked on my BMW 525i and Mercedes C240, and I have always been satisfied with the results. I appreciate his thorough inspection printouts that list out everything that needs repair. Usually I end up making some of the repairs myself, and Damian has never pressured me into having work done that I could have done myself.

Ive brought my Range Rover to Integrity a few times and theyve done great work! Their Integrity inspection that they do every visit has been great in helping me to maintain my vehicle. They are very upfront on pricing and I always know what Im going to pay before the work is done.

My 1997 Audi A4 1.8T was experiencing some engine power-loss issues that proved quite difficult to troubleshoot. As an Audi enthusiast, I felt that my passion for my vehicle was shared by the entire team at Integrity First Automotive, and I knew that my time and money would not be wasted heading down dead-end roads in the repair process. Most repair shops are typically aesthetically unappealing, but Integritys shop was, well, aesthetically appealing. Furthermore, the loaner vehicle that I was able to use while my vehicle was in the shop was a huge benefit. And if the great customer service and quality workmanship wasnt enough, I received a hand-written thank you note a few days later in the mail. Just when I thought things were great, they got better. When I find a company that under-promises and then over-delivers, I take note.

1st time and the service was great. I went in to get a quote on some brakes. For free they checked the brakes and found that I was still at 80% and sent me on my way, free of charge. Gotta love that.

Hope I dont have to use them for Rolls-Royce repair, but they do have an ample and adequate facility to service anything on my Rolls

Great shop to work with. I have two separate cars maintained with Integrity First Automotive, a 2003 BMW M3 and a 2007 BMW 525xi and they have taken excellent care of both. My repairs have included transmission replacement, starter replacement, oil leaks, belt replacements, alignments, SMG clutch shift point reset and learn in, etc. I have taken my car to several other BMW or European Specialty shops in Utah and few have made me as confident that my repairs are being done right. Damian and his crew have taken extremely good care of my cars and my piece of mind.

Serviced my Toyota Tacoma with ease and precision--taking care of the minor issues to get it to pass safety and emissions. I sure enjoy working with them. I feel like they have my best interests at heart, which is difficult to find in car repair.

Ive been bringing my BMW Z3 to Integrity First since I moved to Utah. My car looks and runs as good as it did when it rolled off the showroom floor, thanks to Damian and his crew! They are ethical and knowledgeable, Id recommend this shop to anyone who want to keep their car on the road.

I engaged Integrity First Auto to inspect a vehicle that I had hoped to buy, as I am not in Utah and so wanted eyes and ears on the car before I made the trek to collect it. The dealer gave me 3 names of companies that do pre-purchase inspections, and I chose Integrity First. Thank heavens I did. Damian Shaw/Integrity First Auto was fast, thorough and, above all, candid and honest. He pointed out some body and paint issues that I would have been VERY disappointed to discover after 8 hours on the road to pick up the car. Best money I could have spent. He earned every dime, was a professional in every sense, and so I strongly recommend him and his company.

This shop is basically like all the other shops. I brought my Mercedes in to have them look at my air suspension because it wasn’t rising all the way. They look at it for hours and determined it was the compressor. I have no time to do it myself so I thought I would give a shop a chance. 2 days after paying $1000 to have it replaced my suspension started leaking air. I brought it back and of course they said that it will be another $1000 to replace a strut. So the classic shop move. I told them to keep the old compressor so I could look at it. Of course they threw it away. So I told them to not touch my car I’ll replace the strut. I had a friend who is a Mercedes mechanic help me. It was determined that the airbag had a tear in it from being lowered all the way and either having the wheel turned to much or driving it while it was so low. Which no doubt was done when the compressor was replaced. It cost $600 for the strut which I probably wouldn’t have had to replace. I would suggest another shop if you own a Mercedes.

I brought them a 2006 Range Rover with issues while braking. They had me replace costly lower control arms insisting they were the problem despite my doubt. After repairing the problem that they thought it was, the Rover still has braking issues. I believe they did not spend enough time diagnosing the real problem. I expected this business to do a good job, however they just made me throw money down the drain.

Very professional, and willing to go the extra mile! I was stuck on the side of the road, and appreciated that the team at Integrity First recognized my call for help and immediately took action. They helped me get to the shop with a tow, fixed the problem with parts on hand, (so no waiting) and made the whole process as easy as possible. Over the years I have used Integrity and will continue to do so.

Our 73 Westafalia broke down on the side of the I-15 on a Tuesday and we brought it here. They put in an immense amount of work and had us out of here on the following Thursday morning, less than two days later. Amazing service. Very friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks again!

I had a local well-known auto dealership (Ken Garff of West Valley) mis-diagnose my Fiat 500 telling me I needed a new transmission and clutch assembly. With only 24k miles on it, I couldnt believe this was accurate. I took it to another auto dealer in town and had them give me a second opinion. The second dealer told me there were no issues with transmission but needed some other repairs instead. I was not satisfied with this diagnosis so I took the Fiat to Integrity First and asked them to give me a THIRD opinion. I told them the story of the first two dealers and asked them to tell me what was going on with my Fiat. They ran their diagnostics, and called me the same day. They told me to come down and go over their findings with them in person. I did. When I arrived, they had the car up on the rack and showed me the engine and transmission and told me that there was NOTHING wrong with the transmission or clutch assembly! They showed me each part that the previous dealers said was cracked and needing repair. They also showed me two items needing repaired that the first two dealers didnt see! I told them to fix it and they did, that day! These guys stand by their name! They could have EASILY told me I needed a new transmission and I would have had them replace it. They could have had a $5,000 repair ticket, but instead fixed the real problem and charged me $150! I am impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, expediency and honesty! WOW. You guys rock and will get all my future business and referrals! Thank you!!

I have pondered whether or not to leave a review for a couple months now but a wise friend told me I should, so maybe others wont have a similar experience. I had my car towed here after breaking down in the parking lot of my employer. Living in Ogden, I was unfamiliar with the local repair shops. I found this place after Google searching vehicle mechanic shops near me and figured, Integrity First, must be a decent place!My initial experience made me feel confident about my decision. I spoke to the owner a few times, he answered all my questions and seemed to be a genuinely good person. My car was covered by an extended warranty, so I needed to find a place that works with 3rd party warranty companies, which they did, and ideally a place that has a good idea how things work and whats needed from them, which he stated they did. My warranty required a $100 deductible, so thats all I was anticipating having to pay for the repair. I shared that thought with him and he was very reassuring that he would work things out and there would be no problems. After having my car for over 2 weeks, almost a week longer than I was told, I finally got a call telling me the repair was complete. Much to my surprise, I was told I needed to pay over $900 before I could actually take the car. I was stunned and upset, to say the least. But, the owner told me it was due to the warranty company compensating him a lower price for the parts than what he could get them for. So, I called the warranty company and I was not nice. Theres a stigma about this type of company, which the shop owner was sure to mention about 30 times, and it seemed like they were living up to that. This is where everything took a turn.It turns out, the warranty company offers MSRP cost on parts. So, according to the shop owner, his cost on parts is more than MSRP. Seemed strange, so I took the list of parts and found all OEM equivalent parts. I was able to get the parts for 23% less than the MSRP cost the warranty company offered. Ready to hear what Integrity Auto marked them up? 168%. Thats right... more than double. Industry standard is 15%-25%. His excuse? Thats less than I pay for them. So, a shop owner pays more for parts than an average person can get them for. Not only does he lack integrity but also appears to lack business sense.Aside from the marked-up parts, he also failed to add nearly $400 worth of covered parts and labor. The warranty company actually noticed it, based off the invoice I sent them from the shop, and adjusted the total cost. Rather than apologizing, offering to reduce the price, or pay me the extra money they offered right away, he made me wait until the warranty company paid in full, to be sure theyd pay what they said, before calling to put the charge back on my card 10 days later. He also charged $160 hour for the labor, which is nearly double any other shop I could find. Luckily the warranty company paid it, even though they confirmed it was an outrageous price. After all that, they guy tried to convince me that we were friends and asked me to refer friends and family. I was quite literally disgusted. All this guy sees is $$$. Integrity Last is much more fitting, in my opinion.Sorry for the long post! If I can keep even one person from getting ripped off and over paying for an average, at best, repair, thats a win. An extremely stressful situation was turned much more stressful thanks to my experience and there was zero empathy, even after being found out. Unless you enjoy paying twice as much for things, find somewhere with real integrity.

I have a 2006 Range Rover that needed some service. The Tech assigned to work on my SUV did a great job, and had the work done quickly. Integrity First Automotive does a great job with pricing and trying to keep the cost as low as possible, the dont nickel and dime you or try and up sell unnecessary repairs. Ive taken two cars in and both were handled quickly and professionally. Very clean shop with snacks. An awesome place to hang out if needed while you wait. I definitely recommend them.
