We were having continuous AC problems on a flipped house we purchased and no AC during our 100+ Degree heat wave. Another HVAC company made several visits to our home and were unable to solve the problem so I called Johnny with Elite. He was extremely responsive and solved our issue within an hour of his visit. He also found other issues with our system that would have caused water damage in our ceiling and fixed those as well. Johnny and his son came to the house found exactly what was wrong and gave us options to fix or replace. We went with replace and within five minutes of installation the house was warm and we were turning down the thermostat. Excellent work! Excellent in communication and giving options no pressure to spend more money than necessary! Definitely worth the call, and will call again.

I was very happy. Jonny did the remodel on our 120 year old house and added AC to an area we converted to an office. Jonny is a stand up guy even though routing the refrigerant lines was much more difficult he finished the job promptly and without extra charges. He even fixed an old existing air conditioner in the house to keep us going without charging. Great way to run a business.

Johnny and the guys at Elite Heating & Air are always amazing, our family has been using their services for years. Hes a magician when it comes to fixing problems created by other hvac techs that didnt do their job properly such as the case with my Mothers home and our new residence. I am new to the area, and called this guy as I found his number online.....someone answered the phone....and said Your gay and hung up! I called from my cell so it was a different area code, but wow...is this how a business answers a phone?
