BJ was fantastic! We called him for a second opinion cause the first quote we got from a big named company was $19,000 and it didnt sound right to us or to anyone else who had a similar issue. He was able to fit us in and gave us a more reasonable quote and explained what the previous company was trying to do and overcharge for. Not only did he fix our issue he went over yearly maintenance so we are aware of how to properly take care of the drain. He and his crew were courteous and they left no mess, they even vaccumed everywhere that looked like it was a mess. I first used BJ last winter when my furnace motor died on a Saturday morning. I talked with BJ and he came right over and was able to get heat back for us. The price he charged was extremely reasonable, especially for an emergency call out.After our first experience with BJ, we called him again after we upgraded to a gas stove. BJ came out and we decided on the best plan and date to get a gas line ran over to our kitchen. We even decided that since the line was so close we would have him extend it to our back yard so we could convert our BBQ to natural gas. The next day he took the time to follow up with me to make sure everything was working correctly.BJ has always been a pleasure to work with. I could not be happier with BJ and his team! We originally had our furnace and AC checked out by Any Hour Services and they would not give us an estimate for how much it would be. They were rude, not transparent about anything, and took up SOOO much time. They told us we had to replace both systems and they sent out their Supervisor aka salesman to come give us a quote. They were terrible.BUT then we were referred to BJ at 911 Plumbing by a friend and he was literally an answer to a prayer! He was so responsive, honest, and upfront about everything. He told me the price as soon as he checked out the damage, he was very professional in getting it done, AND to top it off, he showed me a couple of tricks to help preserve the life of our furnace and AC unit. Low and behold... neither of them needed to be replaced. Just deep cleaned!Then he noticed when washing his hands in our bathroom that the sink was draining slowly so he asked if I wanted him to look at it and he took it apart real fast. BJ has done work for us previously and we moved so needed several things done including installing a water heater, fixing a broken faucet, replacing a ton of out of date plumbing, fixing a clogged floor drain, replacing outdoor hose spigots. This was a huge job and took many days. BJ and Gene were great--I am WFH and needed it quiet at times so he would always check if he could do things that would be noisy. He found several unexpected problems in our crawl space (we had never gone in there!), took pictures, made a rec and then fixed it. He always explained our options and showed us what he found. We feel we got a really great deal for all the things he did. We didnt know he also does HVAC and made some recs on a humidifier and an air cleaner for us. He also was working when the power was out for 8d and when he heard we were STILL without power, he went in search of dry ice for us!! HIGHLY recommend 911 Plumbing

Today, our A/C had started leaking, and not only did he diagnose my problem over the phone without having to make an appointment, but gave me a DIY solution for a temporary fix. And on top of all that, he even remembered who I was, where I lived, and my home setup after months. Anytime I have a problem, BJ is the one I do and will call.

I got a referral for 911 Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning from a trusted neighbor for a furnace we were having trouble with. I knew the big companies like Whipple and Action Plumbing and Heating would likely try to just sell me a brand new furnace, like they always do, especially since mine is over 15 years old.I scheduled an appointment, but they were running behind. From early in the day I got phone calls and periodic updates on how they were doing with their schedule which I really appreciate. Being in the plumbing business years ago, I can understand when a job goes overtime, but they made great efforts to keep me informed.When 911 got to my house, BJ quickly assessed the problem and assured me that my furnace still had several years left in it if I took care of it. The pipes that connect to my swamp cooler broke so the water wouldnt shut down. I called these guys and got BJ, the owner of the company, to help me fix it. He was very thorough in explaining what he was going to replace and fix. Im very satisfied with his work. He even fixed the door knob of my glass door as a little bonus.

I already described my experience on Angies list. We contacted this company back in July about installing a new air conditioner in our 5th wheel. A guy named Darrell showed up with a new unit, without even coming to see what we needed. He put the unit in place, then said we had the wrong thermostat. We agreed to purchase a new one and he would come back the following Monday to finish installing. Weeks went by with no response. Our phone calls were ignored. Then in September we finally got ahold of someone named B J, who is suppose to be the owner. But just like with the other guy, all we get is our phone calls ignored, broken promises. On at least 3 occasions he has told my husband we would be the very first service call the following day. I dont see how this business has legitimate good reviews. The first guy showed up apparently higher than a kite and the second one appears to be nothing short of a liar. I think this business should have their license taken away. By the way the a c unit is tied in with our furnace. So here we sit now that it is October and the temps are in single digits. This company is the worst.

BJ and his team did a great job on my Central Air. My Ac had stopped cooling and I called the big name guys that had originally installed it. They sprung into “action” and told me the entire system was needing to be replaced and I was unfortunately out of warranty by a year. So I would need to spend 8000 to fix it. It didn’t sound right to me. I looked up who the closest service company in my area was. That was 911. They came by about 3 hours later, spent 15 mins diagnosing and had the system fixed in about 30 minutes for around 300 bucks. Some difference.I had BJ and his team do some additional work for us and it was excellent and BJ made sure to explain the repairs.I highly recommend them!

Our air condition quit working on a Saturday night during the heat wave. I started calling around on Sunday and 911 is the only company who would answer the phone. He was at my house within a half hour and determined the control board was bad which was causing the blower motor to not run. He bypassed the module for the blower and got our AC up and running on Sunday and then came back on Monday to replace the board. The AC has been working perfectly since. His price was fair and reasonable and I will call BJ with any future HVAC needs I have.

BJ was very professional and honest!! He answered his phone every time I called and answered every single question I had AND made sure I understood. He took the time to explain everything. He wasnt about making money off of my lack of knowledge. Even though he was available to come to my house within an hour, he gave me some pointers and made himself available to come later that day or the next day (which was a Sunday) if they didnt work! But thankfully his tips worked out and he saved us money!! What?! Who does that?!! Youre awesome BJ!! You got our business for life!! We will forever reccomend you!!

BJ has always been the consummate professional. I recently had my furnace break down. My furnace is 17 (!!) years old. Initially, BJ thought the furnace was just dirty but upon cleaning it, he found a crack in the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger, BJ explained to me, is the part of the furnace that contains noxious gasses like carbon monoxide. Instead of scaring me about that, and encouraging me to buy a new furnace, BJ took the time to go to the furnaces manufacturer to see if the part was still under warranty. Wouldnt you know it -- heat exchangers from this particular company come with a lifetime warranty. BJ replaced the part and had the furnace back up and running. He literally saved me thousands of dollars. If I had used another HVAC company, I am sure they would have taken advantage of me and told me a 17 year old furnace isnt worth keeping. I am so appreciative of his honesty and the integrity of his work. Thanks for a job well done, 911 Plumbing!

BJ was the most knowledgeable and affordable technician weve come across. We called him late in the evening but was here within an hour. He inspected our heater thoroughly to find the problem and was able to fix it quick and did not cost as much as what all the other companies were charging. Definitely give him a call for any of your heating needs. Glad we came across him, now theres no need to find a different company if we happen to have any other problems in the future!

Fast, honest, friendly, and great service. We called on a Sunday night when a leak happened in our basement. BJ was here within an hour and fixed the leak quickly and efficiently. He was great to talk to and explained the whole process! I would highly recommend them for any and all of your plumbing needs!!!

BJ was awesome! Water pressure in the my house kept dropping, so I tried troubleshooting myself (the YouTube way), asked all my friends for suggestions, could NOT figure it out. So I called BJ, he took one look at my utility room and spied the problem immediately - clogged purification filters (which I didnt know were there!). He plumbed a bypass so we could run the water in the house until the new filters arrived. Excellent work, reasonable price, and worked after hours to get the work done! Ill be calling him again!

Simply Amazing. Ive had a couple of bigger companies come to my home to help me with my furnace and am disappointed almost every time due to either not getting the help that I need or left thinking that there is nothing that I can do other than fork out thousands of dollars on a new furnace. BJ and his team came to my home and very kindly diagnosed my system, walked me through the entire process of whats going on and didnt even charge me a fee to take the time to help my wife and I. There was never any pressure to purchase anything or even utilize their services. I got my furnace up and working in no time just with the knowledge that was provided of HVAC systems. I had them do a maintenance job to prolong the life of the furnace and they did an amazing job. They have earned my respect and a customer for as long as I am a home owner!

BJ is extremely hard working with excellent HVAC and plumbing knowledge. My personal experience involved a major HVAC and plumbing renovation in a historic Avenues home but I would be confident in his work on any home or commercial project. Price and service are 5 stars all the way.One thought on the 1-star reviews for missing sales appointments. When you read glowing reviews of how BJ responds in an emergency realize that maybe he was distracted from your non-emergency job by an emergency job.

They were fast on arrival, friendly and extremely helpful. Fixed our heater within an hour. Would highly recommend them for emergencies or just in general.

B.J. went above and beyond to help us after our dishwasher flooded our kitchen. He initially just came to reconnect our stove after another company had disconnected it to dry out the kitchen but ended up staying to fix the dishwasher as well. Also, when he was reconnecting the stove he noticed it was missing an anti-tip bracket and ended up coming back FREE OF CHARGE to reinstall it after I had bought a replacement one. His customer service and prices are really incredible. Im just really pleased to have found a reliable and trustworthy plumbing company to work with in the future should we need it. I have used 911 Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning several times over the past several years. I have had them come out for plumbing and air conditioning services. They also installed a new surround around my tub. I have been pleased with their work and even more pleased with their honesty and fair prices. I will be calling on them for all my plumbing and HVAC needs.

These guys are as fair and honest as it gets. They helped me throughout a kitchen remodel and several emergency leaks in the house. Ive had them out at midnight and later to fix leaks and during normal business hours doing bigger projects. They are local and your money isnt going to some corporate big wig so there isnt a huge mark up.

BJ was amazing and honest with the quote. When he found the solution was simpler than what he expected, he reduced the price on the quote and help me understand the issue and how to prevent them in future
