Guy is an extremely nice and professional computer expert. He has great knowledge in regards to diagnosing and repairing problems, as well as, knowledge in regards to new products for computer build outs. Called with a broken key on my Dell laptop and he agreed to let me swing by so he could look at it. He was going to order the replacement key for me but found the entire keyboard for about the same price. He called me to tell me he found the entire keyboard for the same price and instead of ordering it and bringing it to him to do it, he instead walked me through how to do it myself. It ended up being super easy once I had a knowledgeable expert like him to teach me how. Very honest and super nice guy. Ive already given his information to two other people Im about to give his information to a third.
