I upgraded my desktop computer and had several issues trying to transfer files from my old computer to my new computer. I dropped off my computer and a thumb drive the next morning and I was back in business by early afternoon. Great job!

I havent visited for service yet but the woman on the phone sounded very nice and informed me about the service fee ahead of time vs throwing it at me upon arrival. ( i hate when you go somewhere and their like oh yeah and this service fee ect ect)

I had the opportunity to meet with the owner and sales manager to discuss my concerns regarding the computers and phones at my office. They got right back to me and accomplished everything I was looking to fix/improve. Huge plus that the cost was much lower than what I was paying in the past. I highly recommend this business.

Offered me money for a computer if I could fix it, but they disabled my audio card but l per their custom ROM for Windows 8.1, which didnt work. Good job, you messed it up worse than it already was and you said you put Windows 10 on there and it didnt work... Guess what... It works now and I sold it to my best friend who got an amateur to fix the audio, which professionals failed to accomplish or acknowledge that their fault cost my l me money with them to try to cheat me out of fixing it so that they can sell it and buy it off of me.

Gave my computer to Lukasz to unlock. He had it for three weeks, said it was fixed the second week. He held the computer hostage, refused to give it back. Made excuses so I couldnt get the computer. Chased him all around town. Come to find out, now on week three, he never fixed it. I will never give him any of my electronics again.
