I love this Location. The manager, and the staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is completely satisfied with their purchases. I would definitely recommend this store.

Sharda was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond to help my fiancé and I get the ring we wanted. 10/10 would recommend Zales for your engagement/wedding rings. Their customer service has been very helpful.

From my first visit about 2 years ago up until now, I have only had a great and friendly experience at Zales in Willowbrook. I upgraded my engagement and wedding rings here. I also have bought other jewelry from here since then. They never pressure you, they are patient, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I have been attended by Roseann and Sharda. They make you feel at home and like family. Everyone has their own experience, but I dont understand the negative reviews on here. To be honest, its also what attitude the customer brings as well. Its not always the sales rep. I have had interaction with 2 other sales reps and they too have been very friendly and not pushy at all. I will continue going here for my jewelry needs as they have always had my best interest in mind. Im not one to write reviews, but I feel this one deserved a 5 star for service!

I went to Zales after the diamond on my wedding ring fell off to see if I can fix it. Sharda helped me in every shape and form, making me feel less anxious about the current state of my ring. She was very professional and made me feel as though everything will be well taken care of in a swift manner. I highly recommend you get your diamond from Zales! The customer service is exceptional!

I am very disappointed with the customer service I experienced. I walked in into the store in hopes of buying a few gifts for some family members, I walked in and was greeted by absolutely no one. All of the employees ignored me as I walked in and sat on their phones. As I walked I had to search around by myself while employees ignored me being there. Because of this rude customer service I got upset and left. As I walked out I watched as a white women walked in and was greeted by every employee, as a Black man in today’s society i am very offended by this. I hope this comment isn’t ignored and some form of cultural competence and diversity awareness training is given to these employees so no one else has to deal with what I had to today.

Chima is a wonderful sales rep. He is friendly, thorough and knows jewelry... He takes his time with you. He gives his honest opinion and is always happy to answer a question. I would definitely go back to Chima for more purchases at Zales Willowbrook.

Zales is my favorite jewelry store for over 20 years. When I walk in it feels like family. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous and attentive to my needs. For my personal experience i will never be dealing with this location ever again. Nash and Hava will be nice and professional to anyone until you cancel an item. Commission will be more important rather then the costumers satisfaction.

Will NEVER use Zales again. Zero Customer Service and they Claim Lifetime Diamond Guarantee and as soon as you need to have a repair they blame you and say you have to pay for the repair. UNBELIeVABLE. You spend over $1000 at a place and you expect to get quality service, quality products and store guarantees honored. EXTREMELEY DISAPPOINTED. Look elsewhere for your jewelry. Trust me!

Sent in an engagement ring to be resized. It had an engraving on there I was concerned about getting damaged during a downsize. I was assured they would work around it or redo the engraving. We even had that put in the notes given to the jeweler to keep the engraving.We waited 3 weeks and when we inspected the engraving, only some of the letters were there. I didnt understand how it could of happened in general (taking material from the center and cutting letters out of a word while thinking that was ok). We sent it back to have it fixed and was told only a few days. Over a week later we show up for pickup and the rest of the engraving was wiped out. No engraving. So when they send the ring off to the jeweler they take images of the engraving and add notes to the order. These were ignored twice. We sent it back and they engraved in simple font what we originally had - which was a script font with darkened letters.We were gonna get our wedding bands there. No chance. Im wish I could recommend the workers at this location because they were great. But the jeweler must not have any quality control or any sense of work ethic since we had two complete screw ups that left us with a less than perfect ring in the end.Never going back and never recommending to anyone because of the partners they use.

It is safe to say that I am officially done with this place. What was supposed to be a joyful experience turned out to be 3+ weeks of pure stress and confusion. On my first trip to this location, my girlfriend and I went to shop around. She was trying to explain her likes to the sales associate Hava who helped us and then afterwards while my girlfriend kept on shopping in the mall I felt pressured to buy a ring right then and there. I should have trusted my guy and waited, mostly because the quality of the diamond was not that great, but also because I should have shopped around. Long story short, I ended up purchasing a diamond ring and a wedding band and their jeweler was going to take the diamond and place in on the band. After learning more about the engagement ring my girlfriend is looking for, no more than 24 hours after I purchased the ring, I called to ask to cancel the order. I was told to not cancel and show up and describe what my girlfriend was looking for. I was assured that no work was started, but then told after that they had already taken the diamond off the setting of the engagement ring. On three separate occasions I asked to cancel the order and have my card refunded. On each time I was told to not cancel and that they would work with me to find the perfect ring. They were even trying to sell me on getting a 2 carat diamond to replace the 1.5 diamond I already had purchased and I wouldnt have to spend a dime more, and that eventually we would find the right setting. After persistent efforts by Hava and the assistant sore manager I told them I wanted to cancel. Especially after taking a trip to the diamond district in NYC and seeing better priced and better quality stuff online, I wanted to get refunded before my 30 days were up and I would no longer be eligible for the refund. I was told that I would need to wait 2 weeks for them to get the ring back from their jeweler before the refund could happen. After 3 weeks and 4 visits to the store and multiple text messages and phone calls, I finally got my refund, but still getting hustled for a $300 customization fee for a ring that 1) I never brought home and 2) never actually got CUSTOMIZED. They tried to tell me that work started when I was assured from the first time I mentioned cancel that no work was actually started. They then tried to tell me that work had started. When my future sister in-law called to try to understand why that $300 fee was not refunded, Hava was very unprofessional and rude with her and even hung up the phone with her. Eventually we got a hold of the store assistant manager and although he was making me to be the bad guy here, eventually gave me the $300 refund for the customization fee. After this experience I will never return to this Zales location and if I was to find these Zales employees at another location I would walk right out. Dont come telling me you are not even worried about the commission and then when asking to get refunded for a fee of something didnt even get done you are getting all offended. Word of advice to them: do not act unprofessional when dealing with clients

The general Staff hands get tied up, do to excessive bureaucracy onthe Administrative level, long term stalling tactics and poor customer relation skills. Zales is truly in need of a total revamp of policy and procedures, concerning customer satisfaction. Especially if Zales truly desires to keep customers and receive other referrals. Its been over a year of pure misery, by not having proper ring sizing or ring replacement at this location. They made the ring to small and have to replace it, thats the bottom line. A womans prize possession is her lifetime dream, now this ring has become her nightmare for over a year now. It takes years for Zales to get the ring sizing right at this location, especially when they sized the ring to small and caused bleeding and swelling of the ring finger. This is the Gospel Truth (We are still waiting as of today!) You will have to get legal representation to be treated fairly and quickly at this Zales location. It now appears that very bias actions have occured for this matter not to be resolved! They never apologize for the inconvenience. 👎🏾Minister Murray

Hava and Nash the store assistant manager took a joyful moment and turn it into a very stressful experience. I went to zales in willowbrook mall 3 weeks ago shopping for an engagement ring for my sister. My brother in -law bought a ring. It ended up not being what my sister wanted. We called the next day to cancel because it was going to get customized. Hava promised and assured us she was going to cancel the ring & stop the jeweler from doing any work to it. My brother in-law went to the store 3 times to cancel the ring and they kept saying we had to wait for the jeweler to mail it back. My brother in-law went in today to return the ring for the 4th time. They refunded the money back to his credit card but charged him a $300 fee for a ring that wasn’t customized. When I tried calling the store Hava was really rude and told me she was really busy and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to Nash and after fighting with him he looked up the receipt and refunded my brother-in-law law the $300 after I said my brother in-lawhad all the messages from Hava assuring him she would cancel before the jeweler started working on it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

The customer service here is terrible.Unless you are here when the employee who helped you is here, you are waiting and waiting.Its almost as if we are being ignored.Last time we were here the woman informed us she cannot help us because we need our paperwork yet the advisor we worked with previously said the purchaser needs to be present, which he was.Its unpleasant experience each visit.My ring was resized twice and a diamond is missing-just would like my ring fixed.

HAD A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE HERE! The manager was beyond rude to me and my friend when I went into the store trying to figure out why it was taking a month for my diamond bracelet to get links removed. She kept turning her back on me in the middle of talking as if she couldnt hear me talking. I felt so disrespected. Long story short the bracelet came back a month later UN REPAIRED. So I returned it and brought my business else where. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Worst costumer service Ive ever experienced.
