I saw other reviews of this place and I wasn’t too sure if I should give it a try but all I can say is I am very pleasantly surprised. Extremely friendly staff and walked in today with the intention of just browsing, ended up purchasing 2 great pieces. Compared to the other jewelry stores I’ve been to, this place had way better prices and an awesome selection. Great overall.

We went shopping at many jewelry stores to learn about the kind of ring we were interested in which was a ring that had nice size diamonds all the way around. Some stores pushed rings they had on display to get rid of their inventory even though they were the wrong size and anyone who does not shop around for jewelry is nuts. At Jewelry By Jakup we chose a ring which we already knew costs 50% more elsewhere. We are happy because we bought a truly beautiful high quality ring at the most competitive price. Thank you Aydin. Extremely rude older gentleman (gray hair, glasses, accent)as soon you walk in the front doors to the right. So effin rude, told us hed charge $350 an hour to educate us on diamonds... When in reality we wouldnt pay them a single dollar ever. You lost out someone ready to drop $20,000 on an engagement ring. Your loss. Taking our money, time and business elsewhere. Oh, and telling everyone we know never to come here. Word of mouth goes a long way. See ya, scammers. Be better. Train your employees, horrible attitude.

Go elsewhere for jewelry perchases, The manager is corrupt, rude. They say a deposit is just to hold the item so nobody buys it until you come back but then they’ll make up an excuse and say it’s for our time if you end up not buying it. This place is a total scam, and a waste of $2000. Make sure to analyze all of their jewelry and ask for authenticity proof. If you do happen to go(which I highly discourage)

I’ve gone to MA jewelers several times & each time the experience is better. Morris is super honest & very knowledgeable about diamonds & all jewelry. Most recently, he created the most beautiful ring under super tight time restrictions. I wouldn’t trust anyone else or to to anyone else!

Our family has made many purchases at MA Jewlers which is located inside of the Jewelry Exchange. Working with Morris is great. He is patient and takes time to explain the differences in the various pieces you are interested in. There is a wait sometimes, but you know when he gets to you, you will have his full attention. The staff of young ladies are also knowledgeable.

If I could vote no stars I would. Spoke with an older man that told me the diamond in my ring was only .65c. I had the ring made years ago with a 1c diamond. He offered me 700 dollars for it. Mind you it was set in 7.4 grams of white gold. It seems to me that these people prey on customers that do not know much about jewelry. Stay away from this place!

Very rude staff

Worst experience I have ever had in a watch shop by far. Dont spend your money there, they are rude to customers and not knowledgeable on how to properly fix watches. 0/10 experience detailed below:I went in for four watch batteries and there were a flurry of issues. First, while removing the back of one of the watches the guy (Morris was his name) broke the case right next to the crown. I unfortunately didnt see this until I had left. Second, I had a watch which was still running but very low on battery which he replaced and suddenly, the watch was no longer working at all... It was my favorite watch. Third, after replacing the battery of another watch the dial was crooked which I noticed and said can you fix this and he said this couldnt have been us, even if we wanted to move it we cannot. I had to argue with him for 5 minutes before he would fix it and he gave me attitude saying we usually charge $100 an hour for repairs when they had offset the dial.

Be careful!!!!! These guys are con artists and will screw you any chance they get. I got low balled on my gold when the prices were posts right on the wall! He shorted me more than 100 dollars than the posted wall price. Prices are horrible and dishonest staff!
