Mary and Katherine fixed the mess from the inept store manager at the Lehigh Valley mall. The ease in which these ladies resolved my issue makes it clear that I had been dealing with incompetence all along. They are exceptionally knowledgeable and my ring is stunning!!

Stopped by to take a look at watches. Was interested in a Rolex and asked to take a look at it. As an assistant manager at Helzberg in Willowbrook Mall in Wayne, NJ, SEAN HOGANS action should have been to accommodate the costumers request but rather he mentioned. Its $11 grand and did NOT honor our request.Helzberg should retrain this individual on how to PROVIDE appropriate satisfactory costumer service.Ill just go somewhere else where i can receive unbiased service somewhere else and buy a watch for his birthday that provides excellent service. I am updating my review as my first experience was not the best, after reporting my issue it was addressed by several members of the company,including the regional manager. They took care of the way my fiance and I were treated and we returned to purchase another ring as well as a wedding band and we were treated absolutely amazing, so Thank you to Helzberg for treating customers the way they should be treated and acknowledging the first errors thats were made. We will treasure our new rings forever.

Great customer service . This helzberg location is extremely helpful . They cleared up an issue I had with my ring from another location. Order’s always come in quickly , they call me immediately when my jewelry is ready in addition to other up and coming events such as appraisals. I’ve dealt with bad customer service at the Paramus location but have always been pleased with the employees here . I will only use this one from now on.

Also they have great options as far as financing, they gave us a hell of a discount and a free gift 🎁 to take home after the purchase. Three days ago, we bought our bands there and I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with their help, service, and again another set of gift for my wife to be. I am writting a huge letter to the Corp. I have been a customer to this company for the last 6 years never had a problem. UNTIL I got my engagement ring and wedding band and my husbands. I went to the store with my husband to pick out are wedding bands. Mary who is the manager to this store helped us she put our two bands on the helzberg credit card. She had did the $50 this isn’t the ring which is a discount and you get a tiny $50 ring with both our other rings on the card and WARRANTY for our bands. We did the financing of 12 months. Once I got a call about my husbands ring is where the problem was. I was told Mary messed up and took a lower deposit then she was suppose to. She had mentioned I owed them another $400. I almost lost it! I told her that I thought I was coming here to just pick up the ring and leave not owe you guys money after she fust with the computer when I stood behind her she had removed the warranty and said ok you guys owe us 200 I said no and now I don’t have warranty on my rings! I don’t owe you anything you guys messed up! I told her I move out of state in 2 days! I explained I won’t have a job. That they messed up she had re printed out the amount again for me and then once I said I’m not giving you any money she noticed it was bad. she did more stuff on the computer. Me not knowing what she did! So after all of that because they messed up they thought giving me a free necklace would help! I don’t want the free necklace! I want warranty on my ring and my husbands ring which there was and she removed it! So now I’m not happy I have to worry everyday and make sure non of my diamonds fall out of them! I’m extremely mad!I should of got a bill in the mail for the helzberg card and still haven’t and I got to make sure the amount on the card is right on the printed out paper she handed me! The worst! So now I have to find away to get warranty back on my ring and his ring! She said after I freaked out you can always call an we can put warranty back on! Which would cost me money so she be pulling more money from us when we had warranty and she willingly removed it without my approval! A HUGE LETTER WILL go out to helzberg Corp of a huge complaint and they better put the warranty back on these rings!

Today Id try to use a coupon for 50$ , i choose a pair of earrings for the cost of 79$ the men charge me a warranty by his opinion..he didnt ask me IF I want the warranty...🤔I decide to dont buy anything 😠

Very unprofessional , bought a very expensive timepiece from them , when the bracelet was too small they said they would order the links and they would be in in a couple of days . 2 weeks later , still haven’t heard from them ..Do not buy jewelry from them , they will forget about you once you walk out the door

They don’t even know what they have in stock - tell you they have a product make you drive to the mall and then they don’t have what you called about - learn your inventory !!!!
