Wow! I have a package to ship USPS postage paid! My usual location in Little Falls takes them at no charge. I come to this location because I was in the area and they want to charge a $1 to take the package?!?!? What??? Are you insane? WTH! You get deliveries and pick up daily from USPS and you are going to charge for a postage paid drop off! Horrible! What a rip off! I would never do any business here!

I appreciate the store owner. He worked with us the whole entire day. Very flexible with our needs. Nominal service charge. We had to have storage for 25 days before it could be shipped. Our needs were addressed with courtesy and care. I strongly recommend this location for your business.

I would like to echo all five-star reviews for this Berdan Avenue, Wayne UPS store location, the customer service is outstanding, Jin is very helpful in all aspects. I have been coming to this UPS location for many years and I always get the best service and best price. He always makes sure that your shipping, copying, notary, and other needs such as faxing or scanning as well as Passport photos are done quickly, accurately, and to your satisfaction. Very highly recommended!

As you may have known by now, I usually like to write reviews and this is one Im overwhelmed to suggest, due to the amount of help and services, I have received from this UPS store! This has to be the best UPS store I have been to. The Manager/Owner Mr.Jinn is very polite! I actually rent the computer there for the printer and his fees are phenomenal! He charges less than a fast food meal to rent a computer and print out a few pages for nearly an hour! He does a lot and I mean a lot! From Notary to printing, faxing, sending out any kind of boxes or mail to any location at a low cost. You can use the computer and printing services, and he even cuts and protects vital documents with plastic heated wrap at a cost cheaper than a cup of coffee! Sometimes I wonder how the store sustains with such inexpensive prices! Stamps, envelopes, notary, packaging, laminating, private mail boxes to rent and much much more at prices that are remarkable! In addition, he helps you navigate through using the computer if youre not too computer savvy. You can actually sit and use the computer in a very well conditioned, and very clean and sanitized environment, all with a nice smile! There is also a lot to purchase from high quality flashlights, to post cards and much more, all with a nice smile from Mr.Jinn. I highly recommend this store and UPS should be honored and proud to have an owner like him to manage the UPS store in such a professional and helpful manner! May GOD bless him!

Place is always quick and easy. The guy who runs it is a nice old man, but hes quick with your UPS needs.

Asian man that works behind the counter is insanely rude. Told him I needed to drop off a package to send back to the company I work for and he gave me an attitude from the jump. The labels my company sent me needed to be processed differently and he wasn’t even trying to rectify the issue. I went to a different UPS store and they didn’t give me an attitude and actually was nice enough to helped me fix the problem, which you would expect from great customer service. I don’t know if the man at this store is prejudiced or what but...it’s sad. Would never go back here even if it’s the last UPS store I could go to. Disgusting.

This UPS Store branch/location at Wayne, NJ 07470 is very efficient; the owner is diligent, attentive, organized, and fast in managing customers and transactions we need to accomplish. He relates well with us, his customers, and does his best to be professional, honest, helpful and fair in providing UPS services. We keep using our neighborhood UPS services because of how great Mr. Jin (owner), handles our packages and etc.

Mr. Kim was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure my clients package made it to our facility in a timely manner. I had inputted an incorrect return label, which would of cause a delay in receiving a new clients package. Jinwan Kim was able to locate my new package, follow up with me and was able to get the situation corrected. I dont live in the area however, I will recommend anyone we work with to use this location.

We run a creative business, and a customer in Arizona requested that we make a fairly expensive custom mask with horns. Due to the size of the design, the finished product was about 40 inches wide and required either a shipping crate or a size of box we didnt have.I brought the item in question to this UPS store on May 9, 2018, to discuss our options for sending the item to Arizona. I specifically inquired about packing services and about whether or not they had boxes or containers available that would fit our item. Given that our client had paid over a thousand dollars to have this thing custom made, we wanted to err on the side of having it packaged by a professional.I spoke with Jinwan Kim, the man behind the counter, about our specific needs and concerns and got a quote for shipping. I asked about their packaging services and was given an additional quoted cost for the price of having the UPS Store assemble and ship the item themselves. I was happy to find that the rates they quoted us seemed quite reasonable, and felt like it was probably best to leave it to the professionals.I returned on May 10, 2018, having conferred with our client and confirmed the details. I brought the mask back, paid for the cost of shipping, insurance, and the additional cost of having the UPS store pack the item themselves. I left it with Mr. Kim after indicating a few areas that I thought might require some additional padding or attention.The package shipped in a timely manner and arrived at our client in Arizona. Unfortunately, it does not appear that the UPS store did ANY meaningful packing of the item. There was no bubble wrap, padding, peanuts, nothing at all in the package to secure the item - it was simply thrown in a plastic bag, and then thrown into the box. Unsurprisingly, the item arrived in Arizona destroyed, with the horns broken in multiple places. Our client sent us photos of how it was delivered, which Im attaching with my review. There is no way on earth anyone who ships items for a living could possibly consider the way it was packaged reasonably likely to survive.We have filed a claim with UPS regarding the package, but the process seems to take weeks or months, and in the interim our client is understandably distraught, as hes going to end up missing the dates for which he initially purchased this item.I feel like my trust was entirely misplaced. I assumed that a business primarily focused around shipping, that offers packaging services for additional cost, would be able to do a professional and reasonable job. I cannot in good conscience recommend the services of this store, and will never be returning.

It was my first time here.. I needed to send something overnite on a sunday..the store normally closes at 1230pm..i called and explained my situation..he graciously stayed open until i got to the store at 1245pm..he was very pleasant and very helpful. I couldnt thank him enough.

I used UPS first time at this location. I dropped my box on Saturday and was unable to see the online tracking status till Monday afternoon. When call this location, the owner was ridiculous. The box was still sitting there and he updated that it will be picked up by Monday evening. The owner was telling me to read the details on Monday and the UPS customer service was telling to visit the shop for further changes. This was my first shipment through UPS.Nagesh

I am the owner of this location. There is no pick up for ground package on Sat. His package is for ground. Thats why his package was still on Mon in my store. He can track it after the driver picks up. The driver picks up the ground packages around 5 pm Mon through Fri.

They were incompetent and unable to certify a document that was done by a lawyer and screwed it up and refused to print out another copy

Not sure if this is UPSs fault or google, but it says they are open until 1 on Sunday, so I drove there to find out it is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. The store was closed so I wasted a trip.
