Dispatch Is never honest about arrival times. They miss pick up windows constantly. Give yourself 2-3 days extra on any freight shipments

I went there to pick up a package. They were very quick in finding and giving me what I came for.

Sent there for a pickup as my item kept getting delayed and I was getting frustrated. So, as soon as I saw it was at my local distributor I went myself to pick it up. Everyone was very helpful, helped me load the pallet into my vehicle even. So no complaints here other then FedExs horrible timley servieces. I honestly hate using them when I have the choice, unlike this time. But it is what it is. So be it. At least I could cut out the wait and any further delay in delivery time by personally picking it up, glad they allow it. But this particular facility is great, has an excellent staff that is very helpful.
