They treat it as a one size fits all program, don’t take patient concerns seriously, and instead of offering help tell us to get over ourselves.

Don’t waste your time !

Check on your patients and make sure they are taking their medications please. Not just for their safety but also for the safety of others. I will not hesitate to call about an emergency situation.

I have never in 10 years of practice as a nurse and 6 years of dealing with mental illness EVER experienced a worse therapeutic environment.The set up is beyond atrocious, and assumes everyone with a mental health issue to be on disability apparently, and without a life.
