This place is very helpful. They are kind, compassionate and have answered every one of my phone calls. When I leave messages, they call me back. They even send out text message reminders. I highly recommend them if you need therapy.

They reschedule appointments constantly (they have called me to reschedule one appointment 4 times in the past week). Sometimes they forget to call you at all, making it impossible to not miss your appointments. They have a policy that if you havent seen a therapist there within the last 30 days, they will refuse to let you see the APRN. My sister has been off her meds for over a month directly because of them rescheduling and that policy. Also, they often forget to fax refill requests to my pharmacy and havent answered my pharmacys faxes for 10 days. Im about to run out of my meds because of this. They can barely hold onto a therapist for more than 2 months, they all quit and move elsewhere. My sister and I have each been bounced around to several different therapists within the last year and a half. This means spending the first half of every 40 minute appointment slot catching up the new therapist before actually talking about anything recent. Most of the office also has a very unprofessional attitude toward patients lifestyle choices. This isnt a judgment free place or a safe space to focus only on mental health. This office is probably best for counciling on average family problems and low stress situations. Absolutely avoid if you have anything serious going on.

They are horrible. They never answer or return my phone calls, especially when its urgent about medication. They sent me a letter for not calling to reschedule a missed appointment when i called them three times already with no answer or call back. Perspective Center for Care is so incompetent and i would recommend every to STAY AWAY from this joke of a business.

If I could give you zero stars, I would. Horrible experience, canesele a personal appointment I had because according to them was the only day they had available to see the psychologist who is an hour from my house. When I got there 10 minutes early no one was at the counter and in the distance you hear the gossip and the ripple. After 20 minutes they go out and tell me that I lost my appointment because I was not on time there. I confronted them and told them they were wrong and even the people in the waiting room gave me the reason because they were also waiting. Then they talked to someone else and said yes, they had made a mistake but still had to make a new appointment. Right there I said goodbye and I will never come back. We had not started the program and this is the impression they give me? And my gasoline? Who pays for it? My time? My personal appointment to cancel? If so! How am I going to entrust my sons medication? I lost my confidence and they made me very inept! It is not to despise them but it is the truth. My experience and my advice, look for another center. Mental health is very important and if they do not give importance, who assures you that they will care what you are going through? I am very sorry for the organizer because it is a persons love but this organization does not have a bit of professionalism. My voice counts, like a mom who is looking for help for her son, yours also counts. Search for professionals to share your fears and intimacies. I know there are not many but in this world full of so much selfishness, and materialism, there are still people who want to help. Do not give up. Unfortunate for others.
