Clean, staff is great and they follow protocols for Covid. I just started here but I’m feeling really great about being here. It’s difficult to go in and ask for help and I was anxious as hell. Eventually I was able to go in and get seen right away. I’m hoping that this is FINALLY the place for me.

It’s a good medical clinic, receptionist try harder to help you get what you need. But It will be much beneficial is wheeler’s clinic have direct telephone lines to get connected faster without navigating the system for the medical services you need.

I have been seeing a therapist for 25 years and I have to say that my therapist Kionna and I clicked the first time I met her. Shes the best! Easy to say anything to about everything and you dont have to worry about her judging you.I grew up in wonderful family and was at the top of my class. I have survived Breast Cancer and Toximia and other major health issues. And at one point I was having a very hard time staying positive. I believe that Ive been through everything to help others. I think that people should never feel embarrassed for having a therapist.We are very fortunate to have the programs at Wheeler Clinic and would like to encourage all of you to take advantage of them.

Clean facilities warm a welcoming very personable staff from front desk to the doctors always remember my face and name needed to get vaccinated had no issues what so ever never crowded never had to sit wait all my appointments have been on time

On February 11, 2021 and March 10, 2021 my wife and I received our two Covid-19 vaccinations at Wheeler Clinic’s facility on Lakewood Road in Waterbury. On both dates everything was handled perfectly and the staff could not have been nicer. They were efficient, informative, friendly and very professional. I was never sent an appointment reminder and missed a session. I rescheduled the appointment and took time off work. My appointment was scheduled for 1-1:30 and at 1:20 I left because had another appointment for 1:45 elsewhere. I will not be back.

1 star review due to their Covid-19 testing policies.My son is having major open heart surgery in Boston next week. This Friday we have to be there for pre-surgery testing but cant go unless we have a Covid-19 test done today. We received a list of all facilities in the Waterbury area, from our insurance provider, that offered either walk in or drive up testing. We cross referenced this with google and found that The Wheeler Clinic on Lakewood rd was one of the locations. I called this morning and was told that we werent allowed to get tested unless we were primary care patients. I mentioned that this location was on a list of approved sites and was told that that wasnt correct and that we would have to drive to their main location in Hartford. The best part was that the obviously clueless receptionist stated that it would take a WEEK to get the results back. I said thank you for your time and quickly hung up. I hope that this type of banality only applies to Covid-19 testing and not any of the other services this company offers.In summation: DONT GO HERE FOR COVID-19 TESTING! Either go to one of the hospital drive up locations or go to where we went, which was incredible, Duggan School! Be safe everyone.
